I was looking for a new sienna. I started looking in January 2022, and they were very hard to find. I also had several precise requirements, which added to the difficulty in finding the car I wanted. I personally visited 11 dealerships. I had deposits at five of them, including Ardmore. Ardmore was the only one to look at their allocation notice, and modify it so that I could get the exact car I wanted.

All of the others immediately charged my credit card for the deposit. Ardmore waited until they knew they had the exact car I wanted in the allocation, to finally charge my card for the deposit. Five of them either required a market adjustment charge, a dealer add-on (such an additional brake light blinking system and/or a protective sealant), or dealer financing for six months. Ardmore required none of these. Fortunately, Ardmore happened to be the closest to me physically, and accessible via public transportation to facilitate pick up and service drop offs.

To be fair, most of the dealers treated me kindly and respectfully, including Ardmore. And some, including Ardmore, did not make me feel like they were pressuring me in any way.

Great experience with Ardmore Toyota. Bought a 2022 Tacoma and my salesperson, Steve, was very helpful throughout the whole experience. I unfortunately faced a few setbacks during the process of receiving my truck due to delays at the factory, but Steve kept me up to date throughout the process. No up-selling or pushy behavior during the sale either. Love my new Tacoma!

I took my Toyota Sienna Van to get A/C recharged and a new right windshield washer nozzle. Paid $475.28 and then found out mechanic drove my van into a wall creating damage to front driver Quarter panel. Service manager told me that accidents happen and what did I want to do about it. I asked him to fix it and wash car. He told me that he would call me next day, never did. I called service 2x and then finally got a call back. Worst customer service: No communication and overcharged. Do not go there: you will be disappointed and overcharged.

Went in for routine maintenance and a battery check. I was informed my vehicle needed an update, which I scheduled for the next day. Service and wait was quick and average. I dropped my vehicle off the next day and received one missed call two hours later. I called back and was sent to voicemail. My next call was dropped. I called again a couple hours later to check on my vehicle to find it was ready for hours and I received no other contacts even though I left my email and was available for text.

The service department closed before I got there and I picked it up from the sales department (proper service dept hours are not listed online). My vehicle settings were off (mirrors, a/c, dash) and my phone took several attempts to connect. When I checked my card to verify payment, I was charged 3 times for the service and wasn't able to pay another bill I had scheduled for the same day. The service overall is lack luster and I will not be returning if I can help it.

Was nervous to come here after how horrible I was treated at the King of Prussia Toyota location by multiple people and even on the phone. However, the team here are professional and provided great customer service. I recommend that people go to this location instead of the KOP one.

Very nice and friendly place. Great customer service. Although I eventually didn't get my car there, but it was because they didn't have my preferred model in stock. If they did, I would definitely choose them. They gave me back my deposit very quick without any question, just half hour after I called I received it. Good place.

The staff was kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Even the individuals who weren't directly assisting me made sure I was getting where I needed to be. My 5 star review is based in the quality of my interactions with 2 employees at this Toyota location. First, in the process of buying out my lease, Nate Wiley was incredibly helpful and streamlined the whole process, making things as simple and efficient as possible. He was a pleasure to work with and transparent every step of the way, and I highly recommend doing any sales work with him. Second, Jay Wiehsner in the service department went the extra mile in helping with some documents I was unable to locate after my dad passed away.

He was patient and kind and helped get everything in order, making a process that could have been incredibly stressful easy and efficient. These two individuals have contributed to ongoing loyalty to Toyota and I hope that they both get recognition for their positive reflection on the brand and his location.

Best dealership to work with I've dealt with many others but none come close! Ron and frank were so honest and a pleasure dealing with I've bought an Avalon from them a year ago and now returning to purchase a Camry hybrid it's worth the drive from anywhere! I'm coming all the way from New Jersey.shout out to Ron and frank for all their help they are so nice honest and pleasure to deal with can't wait to be back to purchase another new vehicle!

The best car buying experience I've ever had was with Ardmore Toyota. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else to purchase another car in the future. Their Customer service was awesome, everything was fast easy and Painless. Jeff Levin was the specialist who went all the way to make sure i understood everything about my new car, he helped me shop for insurance and answered all my many questions.

We did the paper work in no time. I was treated like a queen. I will give Ardmore Toyota a 5 star. And i will be back in future to purchase another car and will also be introducing JEFF LEVIN to all my friends and families Anyone interested in getting a car should go to Ardmore Toyota and ask of JEFF. Very disappointed in my experience at Ardmore Toyota. Immediately put a down payment on a listed used car only to find out it's not traded in yet. A month later still no car! All communication updates were prompted by me and I got very little information each time I called. Customer service/sales was less than par; it appears I was getting the run around even with money in their hands!

Great Dealer. I searched for several months from October 21 to December 21 to find a Tacoma SR5 truck. I called every dealership in NJ and several around Philadelphia. Most dealers wanted to charge $1000-$2000 market adjustment on the truck as essentially extra profit over MSRP; Ardmore did not do this. In Addition, Ardmore honored the lease offers on their site and on Toyota's site.

My Salesperson was Cody and he was very helpful and patient. I went into this deal with some apprehension and distrust based on the treatment I received at other dealers but Cody was truthful and negotiated in good faith. It was nice to find an honest dealer!

My wife and I had a great experience here recently. We've been looking for a certified Rav4 for a few months now. We checked in for the first time with Ardmore Toyota back in December and they were very helpful that initial visit and always responsive any time we followed up to check on cars we saw online. They have an awesome sales staff and sales manager and when we finally decided on the car we wanted we were able to walk in in the morning and walked out with the car we wanted and a great deal by the same afternoon.

I wanted to buy a new car. I walked in and said "I'd like to test drive x car" I was informed they don't have any of that car for me to test drive. They then sat me down, asked me what I had to trade in, got heavy into finance, then told me " none of that car was available at any dealerships nearby", but they "would look into it for me".

They then tried to sell me cars I specifically did not want. A week went by and no contact occurred. I went to cars.com, found the EXACT car 20 miles away at Faulkner, called the dealership, secured the car that day and was able to buy on the spot. It was like Ardmore wasn't interested in helping me.

I had a very positive experience years ago here, so came back to get a 3 year Prius lease. The dealership overall is modern and friendly, but man - once something went wrong it was a RARE display of unprofessionalism. Text messages, phone calls and emails unreturned. Set deadlines themselves that they then broke, without a proactive follow up, just left me in the dark.

Very passive aggressive throughout and communication was inconsistent and seemingly purposefully vague. I was happiest in the end when they let me just return the car and I could go somewhere else, for this I do commend them. As a person who leases vehicles and expects to deal with the dealership quite a bit, but especially when something goes wrong - friendly, good faith professionalism is the biggest thing I look for. I care about this a lot more then the car itself. Very disappointed on that end in this experience.

Purchased a Corolla in Oct '20. Sales guy was nice but that's where it ends (they had my credit card). Ardmore team offered no assistance or information for a simple flat tire. I had a simple flat (under a "2 year free roadside service and maintenance" flat happened mid March) and received poor customer service from end to end. I properly submitted a roadside assistance ticket to fix the flat yet no information was actually provided in Ardmore's system. Based on my cars location, the tow would only go to Springfield Toyota and no request was ever submitted with service.

I called Ardmore Sales to get some help and was simply passed on to service with no help or concern. Charles from Pantusa Tow and Alysa in Springfield Service were the only humans who had a heart. I am a patient person but after 5 hours of no follow ups and waiting on a tow for a recently purchased Corolla, I would never recommend any car from this brand or office.

This review is for their service department. They are trying to be up to snuff with other car dealerships, so the car drop off is under cover, they have valets to receive you and check in your car if you have called ahead for an appointment, they send text updates while your car is in the shop, etc. Once you get inside, the waiting area is large and clean, with coffee and vending machines with enough room to sit and be socially distant.

The problems come once you get past the PR part and actually get into the service transaction. The service writer that I got was young and inexperienced, which is the opposite of what you want. I was in for annual inspection and scheduled maintenance and checks. I bought my Toyota used and it's always been dealer maintained, so they have all the records right on the computer in front of them.

First problem, writer said I'd need an oil change, since it's been 3000 miles, but the car has synthetic oil that is rated for 10,000 miles so I declined. Writer says the car does not require synthetic, which is why he recommended the oil change, which doesn't make sense. Next problem, car was overdue for new spark plugs, which are rated for 30K miles and I'm way beyond that.

I wanted to upgrade to platinum plugs, they last longer. Glad I always ask how much, I was quoted $24 each, for plugs (Bosch) that sell for $3.95 on Rock Auto. When I pointed that out, the writer shows me on a current work order that they charge $10 for OE (original equipment) plugs, Autolites, which go for $1.46. I'm detecting a pattern here, so I decline.

I leave the car there rather than wait the 2 hours estimated to do the inspection. Get a call that I need a brake caliper replacement or it won't pass. Glad I went home, as it won't be done until the next day. $365 for the part which I later find on Rock Auto (similar at other places) for $87. Obviously big rip off, not going back there as I can't trust them. I don't have any idea k of the work that was done was done properly, I would hope so as it was a simple job.

My RAV4 purchase in December 2019 was pleasant and professional. It came with two years of scheduled maintenance so I've been back here several times and all times the service has been performed accurately and on time. They offer very comfortable individual chairs with comfortable arms and they have three workstations. They also have a vending machine with soda and water in it and another one with some snack items.

Unfortunately there is no free coffee like the other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Maybe They can work on that? Every person I've done business with has been professional from the people outside who check you in to the cashiers to the service technicians at the front desk. And even the managers are friendly. Great customer service.

I rarely write reviews on here. But, this place was so horrible, that I had to. Please see the below. Customer service was horrible and so was checkout. I would never go back again. If it were up to me, I'd give this place 0 stars. Check in was a mess. Valet told me to go in, sit down, and wait for someone to call on me while having my insurance and registration ready, despite stating that I've been to another Toyota branch before, just that it was my first time at this one.

When I was initially standing on line (because what the valet said to me made no sense), no one said anything to me and basically ignored me, so I eventually sat down. It was until someone was walking around asking if we had been serviced is when I got assistance. (That guy was cool.) Before I went to pick up the car, I was contacted and advised that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced due to cracks (not valid - the cracks were minuscule) and my headlight was out (valid) when I originally came in to get the airbag replaced for the recall.

When I asked customer service in person if I could see pictures of the serpentine belt or speak with someone so that I could look at it myself, customer service got an attitude and stated that he could pull up a picture of a serpentine belt online (which is not what I asked for). He told me to ask for a technician, which is what I did in response to what he said. Also, overheard checkout talking about customers and making jokes about them at the front desk.

That wasn't cool at all. Didn't get my receipt until the technician showed up and hearing customer service say in passing that normally technicians don't interact with customers. (Ok, if that was an issue, then why did you suggest that I speak with a technician then?) Technician was cool. He was patient and I even stated to him that I normally wouldn't ask to look under the hood and have someone explain what was going on with the serpentine belt, but I let him know that I wanted to make sure I saw what was going on. (Also, for legal reasons.) He showed me which headlight was out. Again, I appreciate his patience with me.

Thank you. This was my first time coming to this Toyota branch and I would never come back again. As for a manager seeing this review and contacting me, please don't contact me. I would prefer to be left alone. I work in customer service myself and this isn't the way your employees should be treating people. I understand that it's a hard time to work given that it's the holiday season and it's compounded by COVID, but it doesn't give your employees the right to treat people like crap, let alone talk about them as if they can't hear them. Also, the communication is horrible there. Please fix.

I brought a car from them yesterday. The went to fix 2 recall. One recall I called about twice before and they said it was fix before I leased the car. They said they would gave me a loaner car for a day for free and tried to take 50 dollars from me. lastly, the sells guy never said went to payment is due or went I will receive a letter from Toyota. lastly, I never received a costumer review to fill out. Ii bought a car and do not get a costumer review to fill out. Lastly, went I went to complain they acted like nothing.

I had sales men Mike and Steve. I will never buy for this dealership and will call better business bureau on them. Just because I am a woman does not mean I am silly. This place is sexist

They allegedly sold my 80 year old parents a car and lied about it having a feature. My dad had to pay $1000+ to add it after. Shame on you. Zero stars should be a choice.

This review is posted very late. I got my Camry XLE in March 2010 (over 10 years ago) and the whole buying experience was extremely smooth. The salesperson was Steve Reese and I do remember him till date, he was so very professional! In these 10 years, I have relocated from PA to Chicago area, then northern California and finally to Los Angeles area.

This car went with me everywhere. Even after 10 years, it was an extremely smooth car, much quieter and comfortable than several contemporary cars. I just sold the car to a very nice family and it went for a very good price. Since I keep my cars for about 10 years, my family decided to go in for an electric car and I just bought a Tesla Model Y; but the ride quality of this 10 year old car was better in my opinion! Had Toyota introduced a complete electric Camry I would have bought it in a heartbeat, and would have asked for help from Steve even though I am now across the other end of the Country!

Also another interesting fact: At time of Camry purchase, it was late in night, cold after dark and an African-American gentleman was working hard waxing my car. I did not get an opportunity to thank him but want to acknowledge his work was excellent. Till the time I owned the car, I always kept it waxed. Also, Ardmore Toyota had kept a complementary hand sanitizer in the center console of the car which I never used. 10 years after purchase, at time of coronavirus outbreak & at time of sanitizer shortage, I somehow found the bottle in the car. It was still sealed well, and had a good alcohol content for sanitizer function and so very useful. So awesome! Thanks Steve and Ardmore Toyota!

What can I say about the service department here. They were prompt, delivered as promised and did not try to up sale. I brought my daughter car in which was a used car purchase for a overall check up. I had everything service that they said needed attention. I called and asked if they could wash the car and they did. They only reason I am not giving them a 5 star because I asked them to look over the entire car.

After I picked the car up and drove it for myself I realized there were things that were not looked at. Head lights, interior lights, keys in door/trunk and the console not cleaned however the was was all extra. I just hope that when my daughter returns with her car there is not much to do to fix the oversight.

This review is specifically for Dan Kooperman, who is an absolutely fantastic salesperson and sold my girlfriend her first car. We were both nervous first-time car buyers, and Coop patiently explained everything that we needed to know and answered all our questions in a polite and professional way (not patronizing at all). He took us through the entire process from start to finish, and never once did I feel pressured into buying anything we didn't want since we were looking for an affordable used car. Coop is the best!

If you want a salesperson who cares about getting you the car you want and will answer all your questions, go to Coop! Bonus - he's a quirky cool dude with a great sense of humor, and he's super tall but he doesn't complain when he has to squish into the back of a Prius C for a test drive. Thank you Coop!

My experience at Ardmore Toyota on July 4th 2019 is excellent. I got a very nice sale man and he takes his time explain everything to me and he also tried to find the car I wanted and he finally did find the car I really want and like. Thanks so much. I m extremely love my new 2020 Corolla with my Push button start feature, it's a very good car.
