I don't write reviews often, but this one deserves to be written. Roy Ruttenberg is the best! July of 2021 I purchased a Lexus IS 350 F Sport from Roy at Wilkie Lexus. Fabulous vehicle! I approached other dealerships but Roy earned my business. He was professional, knowledgeable, and diligent in his search to locate the Lexus model that I was interested in with all of the optional upgrades including the premier paint color.
It took a few weeks but Roy located a car for me. I took delivery the following week which was a pleasurable experience at the dealership as I received a tour of my new vehicle. 7 months later I noticed an error in the vehicle paperwork not created by Wilkie. I reached out to Roy for assistance. He immediately remembered me. That's where "the rubber meets the road" exemplary of a true professional. Roy promptly engaged to assist me and worked with Toyota Corporate until my issue was resolved.
He did all of the work and within one week Roy provided me with the revised documentation of the corrections that he initiated on my behalf. Premier dealerships do not earn their reputation without excellent employees and exceptional products and Wilkie Lexus has them both. Thank you Roy for your continued service and finding my Lexus!

Do not recommend buying a vehicle from this particular dealership. The sales person and business manager I worked with were not honest. They appeared biased towards me for wanting to buy a luxury vehicle. The sales person and finance manager had my credit pulled and falsely claimed that my credit report was not accessible. This was even after I received an alert from the credit reporting agency that my credit report was accessed by Wilkie Lexus.
The sales person did not follow up with me after my credit was pulled. Instead, he decided that the dealership was not going to assist and work with me in buying a car. The dealership would not accept cash sales. Consequently, I had to file a fraud claim with my bank to get my deposit back. Also, a complaint had to be filed to have the tradeline on my credit bureau report by Wilkie Lexus removed since the dealership was dishonest about accessing my credit and swept me under the bus. The people I dealt with at this particular dealership were unprofessional, unorganized, incompetent, and not business-like.

David Ginsberg was able to help make my car buying experience as stress free as possible. I contacted him after seeing the positive reviews he received from other buyers and he did indeed provide a great customer service experience. I was able to purchase and drive away with my new Lexus within a short period of time and am now waiting for a phone call from David to let me know when my NY tags arrive at the dealership. Josh also did a good job reviewing additional options such as extended warranty etc. he was clear and thorough. I would recommend David, Josh and Wilkie Lexus to anyone in the market for a new Lexus.

My daughter and I were looking at cars one weekend and thanks to Duy Tran who was very helpful to me in making my decision to buy my new RX 350. He immediately took us for a test drive while explaining all the upgrades of the new model. He is very knowledgeable on the car and knows this car inside and out. My wife and I were searching for vehicles with dealerships in our area in NJ Burlington with no luck. We knew what we wanted and were told it would be weeks and to leave a name and number and they. We searched online outside our area and found Wilkie Lexus and had the exact vehicle we wanted. We called and arranged a test drive the next day. We met with David Ginsberg and he took the time to show us the vehicle and perform a test drive. Dave was very professional and understood the workings of the vehicle and rode in the back with us to answer any questions we had while driving. Mr. Ginsberg explained our financing/ purchasing options and allowed us time alone in his office to discuss what our next actions would be.
We decided to proceed immediately to purchase the vehicle and Dave processed the purchase efficiently with his other team members. The experience was simple, transparent, and stress-free. A few days we picked up our vehicle and Dave took the time to explain additional features to us as well as our NJ registration process which we received the plates and registration a week ago as Dave explained to us.
The experience was painless and relaxing and quite frankly I will be bringing our Lexus 450RXh back here for service. It has been 8 weeks since our purchase and my wife loves the vehicle and is very happy which is most important to me thanks to Mr. Dave Ginsberg and the people at Wilkie Lexus.

Purchased my first car from here - 2021 NX 300 and enjoyed the every process of it. Especially Mr. Kim maintained good communication with me and answered all of the questions for me. He also thoroughly went through all the features of my new car. The dealership was far away from my house but he made all the trip very much worth it. Also, overall atmosphere of this dealership is great.

Purchased service contract each time I went to use I was told it wasn't covered. When at the time of purchase it was. I love my car but in two years after this experience switching to something different. I don't care if it a go cart. Lol. I'm done with Lexus and it hurts to say that but I don't like being lied to.

Avoid them if possible. They will create non-issues to create work, and then charge 3x fair prices. For 99% of your car needs, chances are there are local, fair and honest mechanics. They failed me for an inspection, giving me a bill with $2.8k in car repairs for a car that I bought from them with 50k miles 10 months ago. Mind you this car has been sitting for most of that 10 months. Went to another mechanic with over 400 reviews and average rating of 4.8. He found no issues and passed my car. Wilkie puts the steal in stealership.

Sales Department was understanding. Great customer service. I finally had the pleasure to deal with salesperson: DUY TRAN. A special order was placed on July 2020 for a 2021 Lexus RC 350 F Sport AWD with all the bells and whistles. Mainly, the flare yellow exterior color was not available at the time. Importantly, I was able to get the Lexus rebate for December.
On the week of delivery, Mr. DUY TRAN finalized the documents and delivered my new car expertly. I am satisfied with his sales performance. Wilkie Lexus is a great place to purchase a LEXUS.

Not sure what's happening with Wilkie-Lexus but recent $1.4k repair came with dreadful service. Arrived early morning. Zero pro-active communication from person who took my paperwork at service desk. I texted 1pm to ask for update, told additional repairs needed. No follow up. I call, leave message, no follow up. Call showroom and then go to service area to request call back on my behalf. I'm told car still not ready and shop is shortly closing.
I manage to pick up car after hours ("so long as you pay now."). Here are pictures of what my car looked like. I've used Wilkie exclusively since buying my car there -- not sure that I'll continue to do so. Disappointed.

Prior to me selecting Wilkie Lexus as my preferred dealership. I had contacted several dealers locally and out of the area and initially went with not only the one who responded quicker but who also understood what i was looking for. I was speaking to an internet sales manager(Megan Todd) who in my personal opinion did an exceptional job. She was patient with me and took her time to understand what is it that i was looking for.
The process was very tedious but well worth it. She didn't rush me into a sale just to make commission off of me unlike how i felt other Lexus dealers did in the area. She walked me through the procedure and made me feel comfortable and after us speaking for about 3 weeks (i'm a very precise and picky person) we finally narrowed down not only the car but the price i was comfortable with.
She then had transferred me to Duy Tran (sales representative) who would be assisting me in person and helping me with the paperwork. He was very kind and helped me understand what my monthly payments would be like on my lease. Even after i had made the purchase Wilkie Lexus and many of their employees still contact me after my visits to congratulate me and send me tips on my new vehicle, they still reach out to tell me if i need anything to give them a call, and when i do everyone responds back quickly which i thought was a nice touch on everything.
Overall Wilkie Lexus is and will be my go to place. Because of how they treat their customers before, during and especially after the buying process. Nowadays once people make a sale they could care less about you as a customer but everyone here at Wilkie Lexus treats you like family and makes you feel welcomed.

I purchased my very first Lexus (2020 ES 350 F Sport) from Wilkie Lexus in November. I couldn't be happier with the amazing experience I received from the manager Mr. Ray Johnson and my salesman Sam Carter. They both were amazingly helpful and professional from start to finish of my purchase. I came back with my mom this month to purchase a vehicle for her (2020 RX 350 F Sport) and again dealt with Mr. Ray Johnson and Sam Carter. I definitely look forward to being a longtime customer of Wilkie Lexus and will be telling everyone I know in the market for a new vehicle to come here!

I had a very scary and dangerous driving experience during yesterday's heavy rainstorm where my windshield kept fogging up, obstructing my view almost completely. It made me realize how limited my knowledge is of the numerous car functions available and the appropriate time to use auto, defrost buttons, recirulation vs outside air mode, etc. I left a voicemail with Wilkie Lexus and Lance called me back almost right away. He was professional and super helpful in answering all my questions. I feel very well equipped to drive and feel safe during the next storm, be it rain, snow!

This place is great! I've taken my car for servicing here twice and they treat you very well. They're quick and honest. I never had to wait more than a little over an hour even when the waiting room was full. The lot is small though so it's not a place where you can walk around much when you're waiting. But the area is very nice and safe so it's fine to walk around the local shops etc. They also serve cookies from the bakery next door, coffee, and other snacks in the waiting room!

I'm not really sure why this place gets such poor reviews. I have been going here for service, and every time I go, they are top notch, from beginning to end. The people are all nice, and the waiting room is comfortable with nice snacks and drinks available on the counter. The sales people are friendly as well. When I was waiting one time, they even lent me a phone charger while I waited because my phone battery was low. I appreciate their effort to make my experience a positive one.

When you contact a luxury brand, you expect a higher level of service. I contacted them explaining I had already driven the car and needed a price. I received the exact same neanderthal car sales tactics and avoidance of a direct question. Honestly the interaction was worse than dealing with the alleged "lower" brands because unfortunately for Wilkie, they're interested in getting the ball rolling by providing a price and over email. Their nonsense isn't worth it.

Michael Snyder in service and Dwayne Tate in parts are awesome. I was getting new tires placed at Mavis Tire when they were unable to find the lug nut key to remove the wheels. I spoke to Dwayne in parts who informed me that they keep many in stock but that I would need to bring the vehicle in to determine which I needed. Unfortunately, they did not have the one I needed in stock and it was the end of the day. Michael from sales suggested letting me borrow the key from service to remove the keyed nuts and replace them with non-keyed nuts from the parts department.
This was the perfect solution and now on my old 2007 GX I will never need to use the key again and I was able to bring the car back to Mavis to have my tires mounted. I would just say that the level of customer service that was provided to me in a time of need was awesome and unexpected. Thanks, Michael and Dwayne!

Pros: great product, great price. Great service plan including pickup, delivery and loaner. This is my 3rd Lexus buying experience. This includes purchase in NY and on the West Coast. The facility is small. This isn't a place that you can walk the lot and see what you like. You sit w a sales person and they review the inventory. Then they "order" the car from the offsite.
It took a good 15-20 minutes to get the one car over for view. We were undecided between new and used. The sales person was steering us pretty heavy towards a used car. It could be that it was a great deal or I'm not certain if there was another motive. It was about 4 months old, returned on a lease. The story was "grandma changed her mind" which I've heard at another dealer.
We went with the used. The car had to be prepped. Sunday the dealer is closed. I'm not sure what was meant by "prepped" because days later, I found a magazine in trunk that must have belonged to the man who previously owned car based on mailing label. The car was pulled up to the curb. It was raining. Keys were handed to us and we went our way.
My previous experiences were new cars. Those were delivered (west coast) in a glass door garage, high gloss marble floor, table seating next to the car to complete paperwork. The NY location delivered it in a similar setting but then also made appointment to come to my house on weekend. At that time, they reviewed the car, programmed phone and garage. So, ultimately Wilkie has the opportunity to elevate the new/used car delivery experience. If they don't have the pretty garage, they could consider accessories or even a "thank you" by mail w a plant or something.

Wilkie Lexus is great with the assigned customer facing service advisors, comfortable waiting room has food and drinks, and you get a loaner car. I'm afraid that might be where the good ends. Wilkie service has forgotten the window sticker for the oil change and has not cleared the oil change maintenance message the last two times I've had my LX570 in for service.
Also the last time it was in, the rear lift gate and panic button function stopped working from my keyfob. They said my keyfob was malfunctioning and I'd need to order a new one. However, both my keyfobs which worked perfectly fine now do not work with this function. They both could not have gone bad at the same time. These are smaller issues less than a few hundred dollars, but sometimes they forget to reassemble major things causing much more costly repairs.
I believe Lexus quality and reliability from the factory is second to none, but they need to vet their local dealer mechanics and have quality assurance checks on these maintenance and repairs to avoid these issues that cause a breach of trust in current and future customers.

I bring both of my lexus vehicles here for service and love this dealer! I travel for work and the cost of the oil change and tire rotation might be $80, I love it, why? Because you get a loaner car instead of waiting. The service advisors are friendly, knowledgeable and processional. The hours of service are designed to meet the needs of the customer. Just a quick update to my last review. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Doug, Sue and Kim are AWESOME! They have fabulous and friendly personalities and they always have answers. Consistently helpful, positive and such an asset to Wilkie! I really recommended everyone to this Lexus dealership and it's due to these 3! Thank you for always providing reliable service with smiles! Oh, the waiting room is great too. Yummy cookies, good beverages, televisions, wifi, plus neat and clean! Wilkie Lexus is the best!

Just had my first service at Wilkie Lexus and I couldn't have been happier. Was able to book service just 3 days in advance. I was offered a loner car but I work nearby so I didn't take it so I cannot speak to that. I delt with Steve Martin in the service center and he was very friendly and helpful. I asked about buying All-Weather mats and he called me before Installing the to confirm the price which was a nice touch even though I knew about what I would spend.
Also Kim and (sorry blanking on the other lady name) in the Casher office were some of the best customer service people I've delt with. Both super friendly and helpful. Really glad I bought a car here between the pre-sale and post-sale service they are the best car dealership I've ever shopped with.
