I can't believe what's happening. I have left my car at body shop since February 11. I don't care if my car stays there for thousands years as long as my insurance company paying for rental car. But the insurance company stopped paying because they can't reach anybody at the body shop to get a clear answer about car status. In the last week I called them 4 times and asked them answer or call back to my insurance company but they didn't.

I called Pacifico for complaints but they hold me on the line for 2 hours and at the end nobody answered. I am their customer. I have bought two cars from this guys and always leave my car there for any services. also I left my car two times at body shop before and always I have gotten a good service. I don't know what's going on there but I am done with this guys.

I have leased 2 cars from Pacifco with ease. Their updated showroom competes with any luxury brand out there and their service department is beat in class. The free car washes don't hurt either!

I love the service and level of care Pacifico offers. They are accurate with their assessments and try to be as timely as possible. The service desk is also friendly and personable, offering full explanations of the services provided and answering all the questions I had. Highly recommend.

Someone traded in the car I was looking for. It came in on a Wednesday, saw it Friday, bought it Monday. Ed Felman, sales associate, made to process fun. I wasn't gonna let it get away, had a blast negotiating the price. Gotta better deal than I envision. Well done Pacifico.

I'm very honest with my reviews. It's a mixed bag depending on who you get to assist you during service. My experience the the service manager is why I would give the place zero a if I could help it. But the other good people that work there brings it up to two. It's a shame because if there were another service provider near by i would avoid thier service center.

10 mins. I pulled up, went inside, checked in, then a driver drove us 5 min to the airport, popped the trunk and put our bags on the sidewalk. When my flight returned, I called the office, a driver showed up in 10 mins, put our bags in the truck and gave us the key. My first time using and I will be back.
