I've been to Toyotas in North Carolina, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. This location is by far the best. But what made this experience best is a man named David. Not only was he the image of respect but also a man of accountability and kindness. Definitely will be coming here even if I have to drive the extra mile. Come here for your services ASAP.

I was very skeptical when coming in to buy a car because I had been searching for something accommodating for two months. I wasn't too keen to taking a car payment, however with a little elbow grease and some putting things into prospective, I ended up making that decision. I came in a bit early so the sale center was not yet open and I did not wait long until Maurice showed up ready to show me some cars and get me situated.

He was helpful throughout the process (especially when I started balling because lord knows I am a cryer). But he stuck it through the whole day and even stayed later so I could come back from work and sign all the paperwork. I appreciate his help with getting me set up and put the door

Worse customer service and sales representative Ive ever seen in my life. The sale representative has a very bad attitude, I do not know his name but his office is on your left hand side when you enter the dealership. I understand that there is an inflation and no new cars available in market like before the pandamic but they still have to communicate with customers in a respectful way. they are not donating the cars but We are buying a car with our money So they must have a better attitude.

Everyone friendly and helpful from a personal call the night before the scheduled appointment, through on-time hand-off at check-in, discussion with service advisor Brian, message plus a personal call to say when the job was completed, and efficient, pleasant agent at check-out. Shuttle ride to my downtown workplace too! Job well done!

Basic communication skills are lacking these days. One would think that if you had a 2:30 appointment at a car dealership to get just a battery replaced that, without exaggeration, you should be out of there by 3:30 or 4 o'clock at the latest. I ended up leaving at 5:50pm. And why would this be? Apparently the team had a issue with their computers that kept crashing, and they were short staffed.

Perhaps when that first happened in the am they could've thought "maybe we should call our customers with minor issues and rather than inconvenience them, and ask them if they could reschedule". But no one called me. An apology was finally given but not after wasting 3 1/2 long hours of my day at a time that I just did not feel well at all physically.

If I had been kept informed along the way of all the different issues behind the scenes, and the Toyota sales people kept in communication with me throughout the day to let me know the developments, I would have been more sympathetic to the excessive delay. I don't know anyone who would be happy after a 2 1/2 hour wait to then be told they owed $469, when I had replaced that same battery one year earlier for $269 and thought it would be free.

A 72% increase in price was also unacceptable. Rip off for sure. But how does Toyota advertise that falsely and expect the consumer to know that? Originally I went to my favorite, dependable, honest local auto repair shop that I love in Center City Philadelphia called Auto Image, rather than venture all the way out to West Philadelphia to replace that battery last February.

It being a Toyota battery under warranty which required only a Toyota replacement, I thought I should book my appointment back at my dealership this time around, just to be sure. I was told by Archie that the bad battery only had a one-year warranty and that I had to replace it with this very expensive new one. I was smart enough to take a photo of the battery before they took it out and it said "84 months warranty" on it.so how does an 84 month warranty become a 12 month one? Is this blatant Toyota false advertising or what? Looking a bit confused, Archie went back to his desk to discuss the situation with other managers.

About 15 minutes later he came out and told me that Toyota would replace that battery for free, even though technically the warranty apparently was only for one year. I own a small boutique hotel in center city and deal with almost a thousand guests a month. My job is to make each and every person's experience the best it can be, and to have everyone leave with a smile on their face. 21 years in this hospitality business has taught me that if something is awry in your day, let the guesst know and 9 times out of 10, they will always understand and be sympathetic.

But to leave a guest waiting for hours and hours and not communicate when they expect something, is always wrong, All I expected was to be informed along the way. Comminication is key, and it is always free to give and priceless to acquire. The world needs more of it. Useful Funny Cool

From the moment I pulled into the service garage, everyone I spoke with was patient & helpful. Also, not only do they have a shuttle vehicle to take you home while your car is being serviced; but the driver that took me home was very kind as well. It was overall a great experience with excellent customer service. Quick too!

Will made it easy, fast, and great to buy our 2018 Nissan Rogue. Came in on a Saturday, closed on Wednesday and drove it off the lot. We did financing through them and that was easy and a decent rate. A+

I bought my car from there November of 2020, it's a 2017 Rav4. When they sold me the car the tire pressure light was on and I was told "it would go away", it never did. The driver's side headlight went out roughly 5-6 months after I purchased the car. I live like an hour away and work two jobs so I called multiple times to set up a time to come in and no one has ever gotten back to me.

Now fast forward to December 26 2021, the other headlight goes out. I called again to try and get serviced, was told "we'll call you back", three days later, no call. Frankly I'm utterly unhappy with the customer service and no one seems to care. So I'm going to leave this review and see if anyone wants to respond now. Update: they fixed both of my headlights and instantly got back to me.

This time around the customer service was amazing and I think I'll come back when I buy my next vehicle. I would recommend this dealer to others. Thank you guys for your timely response and efforts.

Experience was lack luster. Not bad, just disappointing. The sales associate that helped me didn't seem to really care about selling the car I was there to see. Loved the car and was going to negotiate price, only to be told that they aren't negotiating prices right now. Never heard of a used car dealership that isn't willing to negotiate but it is what it is. Don't love em don't hate em. Car was phenomenal and clean though, I'll give em that.
