This is the first review I've ever wrote on any platform so it speaks volumes to my experience! Called to make an appointment was told nothing was available till next week! Made my appointment for 9:30 5/25 dropped my car was told it would be done in a couple hours. Called 1pm no answer left a message stating that I was calling to ascertain info regarding my car no return call!
Call back an hour later was placed on hold to be informed that my car was not serviced and wouldn't be do to An emergency with the technician! I understand emergency but the lack of communication was totally unprofessional! Furthermore get ti the dealership told to see the cashier receive my keys was told my car would be located outside the service department.
Get there no car have to go back in find an employee and wait while they locate my car! First visit with CDJR and if this is an indication on how they treat they customers I would say drive a few extra miles and find a better Chrysler Dealership

Family Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Philadelphia Automall 6735 Essington Ave Philadelphia PA 19153 whom this may concern, I brought my vehicle in for service at your dealership around March 28, 2022. I brought my car in for an oil change, 2 new tires for the front wheels (tires were semi new), and front and rear brake service. I received my car back on March 31, 2022 and paid $1,660.94 for the work.
Before I left the dealer that day, I noticed the "Check Engine" was on. I informed the service person about the Check Engine light and was told I had to make an appointment to bring it back for them to check that. The next day, I was driving the car and one of the tires that Family Dodge replaced blew out. A donut tire was placed on the car and then I called and the service department told me I had to wait to deal with the issue because no one was available to assist me over the phone on Saturday.
On the next Monday, I returned to the dealership with the car. I was advised that a new tire would not be available for 2 days. I returned and got the new tire that Wednesday. While I was there, I informed them about the Check Engine light again and was again told that I had to make an appointment. I had to get a rental car while my car was in service.
On April 27, 2022, I returned my car to the dealership to deal with the Check Engine light being on, the brakes squeaking, the car overheating and the engine was rattling. I have not spoken to any service person at the dealership since I left my car there on April 27. I do not know the status of my car or what services are recommended to fix it. I've called a number of times and left voicemails and no one has yet to reach back out to me.
I feel like I was subjected to different treatment to others due to my race and that I paid money for service that wasn't properly done. And now, I am being told that my car will not be fixed at all for some unknown reason. I will not be bullied nor taken advantage of. The entire service staff displayed a cold unresponsive demeanor. Why did I have to make an appointment after I already paid over $1,600 for a service that was improperly done?
I was told that I "had 30 cars ahead of me" why wasn't my car made a priority. Why weren't I offered a rental car as they did for other customers? I have suffered tremendously as a result of this situation. Paying hundreds of dollars for a rental car, Ubers and having to borrow family members cars for transportation. I would like my vehicle returned to me as soon as possible in such condition that it is able to be driven.
I would also like the work I previously paid for to be completed properly or I would like a refund. I will contact an attorney to assist me with this matter if it cannot be resolved amicably. Thank you. Ashley Williams

My son purchased his 1st car in December after 2 days the car broke down. it was supposed to fixed and returned about 1 week later only to break down again. the car has been in the service shop since December they tried to return the jeep on April 8 but the car will not drive over 40 mph so it's back in service. dealership refuses to make it right & trade him for a car that actually works. customer service along with vehicle service is horrible. everyone wants to pass the buck. worse experience ever

This is the worst place to have your car serviced. I should have known when after the first service visit my hood had a long scratch on it. It was a new vehicle with no scratches prior. I had my car serviced four times for the same issue. Finally I went to another Jeep dealer and was told the repairs done were so severely messed up they refused to work on my vehicle. Do not trust your car with this dealership. They try to be overly polite and smile to make you think it's a good place. It is the worst place. I will never go there again.

I have been a customer for several years now. Though I was a little disappointed with the work one of their mechanics did on my truck recently, they took responsibility and did everything humanly possible to correct the problems and to satisfy me as a valued customer. much appreciated guys.good customer service.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience trying to purchase a vehicle here. They called another dodge dealership I went to liars about promotions and 0% apr. It made me feel very uncomfortable being there. The manager came off very strong with emotion and it looked and felt unprofessional. I called multiple dealerships and found those same promotions and deals.
I am now hesitant from purchasing another dodge vehicle. If they didn't want to give a deal, they could've just said so. The salesman Josh Wallace was very nice but his manager was not. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle here. Zero stars from me as well.

I brought my Jeep here for repair. They told me I needed a new starter motor and throttle body for $2000, and they had a salesman named Vinny call me to tell me that my car is worthless and I should trade it in and buy a new car. So I called around and another mechanic gave me an estimate of $1000 for the same repair. I got the jeep towed from the dealership to the other mechanic, and that mechanic told me I just needed a new battery for $200.
They put the battery in and now I have my car back. It drives totally fine. I'd give zero stars if I could and I wish I could report them legally. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband purchased a jeep from them in October. In less than 2 months the check engine light is on and it needs a full set of brakes and rotators. The warranty thanks God covers the issue with the engine. The brake situation is over a grand to fix. When we call to discuss the condition of the car in 2 months we were told oh I can put you in something else in the next few months sorry we can't help you. Wow.are these people crazy.
We waited a week without a vehicle we are paying for just to see what was wrong. Beware of these scamming people. Vinny and Dave the sales manager I would never recommend anyone to this location.

I strongly recommend against going to this dealership for service. I had an appointment for my car to get serviced due to an odd noise and recalls. I spent $25 on an uber to get to work as this is my only vehicle and was told (both when I made the appointment and by the person who checked me in) that the car would be done by the end of my workday.
I then got a call at 3pm the day I dropped the car off saying it would not be done. When I asked if they had done any work, they said "no." They asked to keep my car which I cannot do since it is my only vehicle (as I already told them). So now I have to take another $25 uber back. So I am out $50 and my car has had nothing done. If you don't have enough staff to service cars, don't make appointments for people promising same day service. Have some respect for the customer and let us decide ahead of time if the risk of not having your car done on time is worth it.

In 2017 I bought a Chrysler vehicle and they were hospitable. But recently the engine light turned on. I took it in to get it checked out, they simply ignored me. I went across the street to Hyundai and they helped me out with sorting the issue and told me my warranty was still valid. Next vehicle I'll be purchasing will surely be from them.

I give two stars because getting a car here was an easy experience, of course because I was giving them money. Now that I am no longer assets (not getting them any money) when I called for copies of my paperwork I was told it'll be emailed to me the next day. That was 6 days, 4 phone calls, 2 voicemails, 1 chat on website with a rep, & 1 text with a rep ago and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY EMAILED PAPERWORK.

I bought a car elsewhere and only had a three month warranty so I took my car to this jeep on Essington Avenue for a full diagnostic. After discussing with a worker one of the things I was concerned about, I was told to tell the service person. When I got my car back three hours later I was told I needed to update to my transmission and module. I asked about the checklist for my car I was told they don't do full diagnostics they only look into what you tell him is wrong.
What do I know about cars? My car is still doing the same thing I'm no closer to the answer but $290 poorer. I suggest if you want something done and you don't know much about cars you should take your car somewhere else. I was warned that they were lazy but I didn't listen and I paid for it. They are friendly with free drinks that's why they got 3 stars!

I had a wonderful experience. I made an appointment I got there early. They took me right in I was finished in no time everybody was super friendly and very welcoming. Hector at the front desk is just a pleasure! I will definitely come back to have my car serviced there and when I buy my next car it will definitely be there

I've been to a lot of dealerships and this one has been by far the best. Chris was amazing throughout the whole process, he kept me updated on the status of our vehicle. Every person I encountered at the dealership was Professional, courteous and friendly. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a new car.

I love this dealership they get you in and out in a timely manner. If they have any deals going on as far as your services they let you know about them. Everyone is friendly and it is comfortable and clean I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I moved to the other side of the city and have a dealership closer to my house but I still come back because of loyalty. They are loyal to my vehicles and I am loyal to them
