Always a pleasure working with these guys! Jim Cleary was great and explained everything in clear detail and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was sure to make sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving the lot. AJ Aquino is always great to work with as well! All around such a great group of people that are all honest and put the customer first. This is my second lease from NYE Toyota and will definitely not be my last.

I bought a 2022 RAV4 2 weeks ago. I had a great experience at Nye! Mike in sales is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. pleasant & very helpful. I also had a great experience working with Brian in finance. He was able to get me an excellent interest rate. Nye gets an A+ from me! And by the way, I absolutely adore my vehicle!

I love my new Tacoma! The guys at NYE Toyota were awesome to work with. I saw a truck I was interested in online and met with Devin Baird to setup a test drive. He had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived and was knowledgeable about all its features. I also worked with Brian Lorento the Finance Manager. He was terrific, going above and beyond to answer all my questions. Brian was able to get me a great interest rate on my loan. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had. Well worth the trip from Utica and I recommend NYE Toyota for your next vehicle purchase!

I need to give a huge shout out to the Nye Automotive Group in Oneida. especially Eric Brockway. They never disappoint! I have been leasing from Nye for over 15 years and today I picked up this beauty These days of life are difficult to do just about anything, and getting a car is no different. Eric Brockway is not just any salesman, he truly takes a personal interest in his customers. I encourage anyone in search of a vehicle to visit Nye Toyota! Thank you Nye for your sales, service, and all around customer care!

I just purchased a new car working with the sales consultant Jim Cleary. From the moment I sat with Jim and discussed the vehicle I wanted, to the moment I bought the vehicle Jim was very professional. Jim kept me well-informed through the entire process as to when the vehicle was being shipped to when the vehicle could be picked up. On the day I picked the vehicle up, he was on top of everything that needed to be done including working with Brian for the finance part, which made the entire process feel easy. Jim went over the vehicle with me and explained all the features and never once made me feel rushed. Jim was a pleasure to work with, and I would work with Jim, a knowledgeable salesman, again on my next car purchase.

Superb service and friendliness. We were on a road trip in the region, and had problem with Toyota. So I called them for help. From the receptionist to the service manager to the service rep, they were all knowledgeable and friendly, getting me in without an appointment to figure out what the problem was. We only wish we lived closer to them to have them as our Toyota dealer :-

Jim provided an excellent customer experience right from the initial phone call through the delivery of our 2022 Toyota Highlander. We appreciated Jim's no nonsense and straight forward way of doing business. Jim is also very knowledgeable of the product and was very helpful and thorough in explaining every function of our new vehicle. Jim and Brian both made our car buying experience a pleasant one.

I got a car inspection earlier this month with NYE Toyota service. I had dropped my car the night prior and called in the morning to let them know I had a noise near my motor and asked if they would check it out. They assured me they would. When the service dept called me about my car, I again asked them to check out the noise. They assured they would.
When they told me car was ready, they passed the car inspection and told me everything was good with my car and I was all set. I picked my car up around closing, so I didnt see anyone in thwir offices, and when I drove, I still heard the noise. Trusting they know what they were doing, I drove for a while like that. I then brought my car else where to find out my car wouldnt even pass inspection now, less than a month later and resulting in 2500.00 dollars in expenses.
I have gone to NYE for all repairs for over 3 years and have been happy thus far. I had always dealt with Jeff Williams who was accomodating, and caring. Today, when I called, there is a new person who was in Jeff's position. (Amy or Lisa) The person whom I spoke to was unapologetic and responding to anything I was saying with, well this wasn't in the work order, so there is nothing I can do.
I am a Supervisor, and would never speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. I then spoke with Ryan who was apologetic and admitted to their faults. However, nothing to assist or help me. Which is fine. This situation saddens me as I always enjoyed going to NYE and got to know the staff there. Unfortunately, this lost my business.

It's interesting because I used to be a big fan of Nye. I had bought about a half dozen cars between my wife and I over about 12 year period. The sales became harder until I finally decided to pursue other options. The service was still decent, but even that has gone downhill. Below are two recurring issues that I've begun to experience at Nye. I've brought it to the attention of the customer service manager, so I'll update if I hear anything. 1.
I had brought my car in for basic oil change and tire rotation and the service writer had come out to tell me that they recommend replacing the air filter (as per the Toyota inspection checklist they do). I laughed at first because I had just changed the engine air filter, until I realized that they aren't even doing he inspection. I took he service writer out to the car, popped the hood and showed him a snow shore air filter.
After that, I simply discount the nonsense inspections that they do. 2. The last three or four times I've brought my car in to the dealership for an oil change, I come home to the car dripping oil into the driveway/garage. In fact, the first time it happened there was so much oil that I took the car back in because I wanted them to check the drain plug.
It turned out that the techs just made a mess filling the oil reservoir and it was because there was oil dripping down the side of the engine block. Today, I returned home from Nye, again to find oil drips in the driveway, but this time on a freshly sealed driveway. Ridiculous.

I wanted a spare key and fob for my Tacoma. Called on Friday and the parts guy told me the fob would be there on Saturday and transferred me to service for an app. Appt. was for Monday as they were booked for Saturday. Went Monday and spent 45 minutes only to be told that "we don't have the fob in stock"!? What? O.K. so come back tomorrow and we'll fix you up - it's a 1/2 hour job. 1 hour and 40 minutes later they tell me I'm all set - slight glitch with their computer not allowing them to program the fob. Whatever.
I just got this truck and it was detailed to the point that you could eat off the floors. I open the door and the running board on the driver's side is filthy with grease and there are greasy fingerprints on the passenger door? I called the service mgr. over and asked what the deal was. Yes, I was mildly irritated. He "patted me" on the head (not literally but patronized me ) and told me to calm down and got a bottle of cleaner and a few paper towels and wiped the grease up.
The fingerprints are still there despite him trying to remove them. Basically 2 trips and 3 hours of my time for a "half hour job" and a couple hundred bucks to boot for a basic key and 2 function fob. First and Last time I'll bring my vehicle there.

I had a very positive experience buying my first vehicle from NYE Toyota last year. My salesman Dustin did a great job showing me the vehicles I requested as well as letting me take them out for test drives alone so I could get comfortable with the vehicle. After a second visit to the dealer, I was ready to make a deal. Dustin was great through this process and helped me find the financing and terms that I was comfortable with.
My only knock during this time was when I came to take delivery of the car, some of the financing terms had been modified without my clearance, which I wasn't thrilled about. This took an extra 45 minutes to get changed which made the pickup longer than necessary. Service so far has been great - calling me to remind me of the free services that came with the purchase. I will continue using them for service calls as needed and plan on going back to shop them again when I need a new car.
