I worked with George throughout the entire process of buying my car and I cannot recommend this place or George enough! He was incredibly helpful and kind he genuinely cared! He made the whole process incredibly easy and fun. I would definitely recommend going to see George to buy your next car!

George at the Canastota location was great! He was so helpful and made sure the vehicle we got was in great working condition and anything that needed replaced was replaced. Super friendly. He's not one of those salesman that will pressure you into buying something and actually explains. If I didn't understand something I simply asked and he explained it so I could understand.

My husband and I live an hour and a half away and he worked with our schedule. He was also very quick on responding to messages. 10/10 recommend buying car from there. A picture of my baby I got from him. Not related to buying a car but he also recommended a great diner in town.

I purchased a Ford Escape from George. The day indrove home I noticed rumbling and called George right up. George and I discussed a time that would be good for me to come back seeing how I live a hour away and then when I brought it back in George sent me to the garage they deal with the person at the garage got it right in and took car of problem. So far so good. Haven't had a issue and hopefully I don't. George seemed very nice and did not push a vehicle on me. I picked what I wanted and he worked with me.

George was great to work with. He handled all the paperwork. On the day we picked up the car, we were in and out in 15 minutes. Great service after the sale too. Offers a great warranty for a reasonable price. Great selection of cars, suvs, and trucks.

I've known George for years. He took good care of me. Fast and simple. If there is any problems He takes care of the fast. If you're looking to buy don't hesitate to stop and see him.

We had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from CJ's Auto in Cicero! My husband saw his dream car on the website, we went the next day to view it and test drive and put a deposit the same day. Kevin was very helpful in making it a smooth transaction ie: more than 20 years experience, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. A snag was noted during inspection but was taken care of - on them at no extra charge.

Also new tires. We first saw the vehicle June 18th and it was ready for us June 28th. In just 8 business days we drove home in my husband's dream car- his Corvette! Our family and friends are very impressed with the condition saying "it's a thing of beauty!" It runs awesome and is so clean- the interior leather is in excellent condition. We are very happy with every aspect of this purchase from the business end to the fun aspect of driving it!

Just helped my son get his first car from cj's canastota. george was fantastic with his help. we stopped in saturday to see what they had on the lot, he mentioned the car my son bought and got it to his store monday so we could look at it, he already had it to a garage to make sure it was in top running condition, had it back tuesday so we could take it for a ride, and today, wednesday, my son was able to pick it up.couldnt be happier

Cj's has the best people with the best personalities. I was having a bit of bad luck, flat tire down the road at another car and truck dealer, they refused to assist me and kicked me off the property with a flat. I drove up the road and saw cj's car America and pulled into the lot and right away these 2 very nice young men came over and got the help I needed and I was on my way in minutes.

These guys could have told me there was nothing they could do because insurance regulations like the other placed did, yet they went above and beyond and helped a cripple man out. Thanks cj's, when I am going to buy another vehicle I will be checking you out first. A loyal fan.

The only reason I put one star above was to be able to write this review! One year ago my husband purchased a vehicle from the cicero location. I also know of five other people whom have purchased vehicles from this horrible place. I stress to anyone out there thinking of purchasing a vehicle from this guy I beg you to steer clear and dodge the bullet of buying a true lemon!

Every vehicle mentioned above had engine or carriage trouble or worse. This owner doesn't stand for his sales, nor offer fair warranty. This owner C.J. doesn't have a valid NY State inspection license. This owner commits tax fraud by paying his employees under the table. This fruit cake is supposedly a minister and owns a church in kirkville. What's he doing?

Money laundering? I'm sorry to say that such businesses still exist but this guy has somehow slipped through the cracks of justice! If you purchase a vehicle from the Cicero or Bridgeport location I truly feel sorry for you and wish you the best but he won't fix anything that goes wrong the minute you drive off the lot! I AM THEREFORE WARNING ALL OF YOU POTENTIAL CAR BUYERS TO BEWARE OF THIS PLACE CALLED CJS CAR AMERICA! He truly belongs behind bars!
