Pierce Auto Parts was established in 1935. Bruce Pierce purchased the business from his father in 1972 and began specializing in Volkswagens. The business has just transitioned into Pierce Auto Parts, LLC in 2009. This is a name change only. It is still the same business with the same staff offering quality vehicles and outstanding service.

Asked them to review and assess a used Audi. Audi's can be great or if there is an issue, they can be expensive. Everyone was friendly and easy-going. They spent a good half-hour and returned with good news. Major relief that it was a good purchase. Great atmosphere, helpful 'can-do' attitude. I will bring my service work to them going forward.

Pierce Auto is one of the most professional family owned repair shops I've ever been to! Anytime my Q5 has any problems (usually has quite a few lol) Joe and Craig always give my car the best care! They also call you on updates if anything else needs to be fixed and they explain what's going on (which most places don't). And on top of all of that GREAT quality parts 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PIERCE AUTO!

Honest and reliable. Brought my car in thinking it needed a front wheel bearing replaced, but come to find out it was an issue with the tires. Guess what, instead of just going ahead and replacing the bearing to get the money, they instead called immediately and informed me of the actual problem. Wow! That's refreshing to see such great customer service and integrity! I have also contacted them on several other occasions for advice, and they have ALWAYS been courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!

I used Pierce for the 1st time in 1984 to do repairs on my 1973 beetle. They did excellent work and even gave me a 1982 rabbit loaner for the day at no charge. Our family has been buying cars, parts and having vehicles repaired there since. When you drive around that area you will notice that there is a higher density of VWs and Audis for a reason, Pierce.

Please read! Very honest feedback! I have been going to Pierce Auto Parts for a few years and they are the MAIN reason I still drive an Audi. I am now located over 2 hours away, but every time I need a repair, oil change, or inspection, I drive down so that they can have my business. They are extremely honest, very good, and very quick! I have never had an issue with their service or their prices.

These guys are amazing! The first time I went in I asked to have a bunch of work done to fix a problem I was having. The owner Bruce asks what I'm experiencing then turns around to grab a part off the shelf. Once I hesitated Bruce brought me outside to my car to prove he was right. He apologized that all the mechanics were to busy to install it but said I could do it myself and explained how.
He was right. After that I was hooked. The slightest problem I knew Bruce and his guys had the answer. I've had Audi attempt to charge me hundreds to diagnose a problem because I was to far away. I called Bruce. I spoke with Craig and he correctly diagnosed it over the phone. Saved the day again! These guys are hands down the best Audi/VW mechanics around. I live in NYC and have been a customer for 15+ years.
