Yea sorry I used to date your neighbors b*tch of a daughter. She did the review. You're in no way like them. They don't stand behind anything they sell at upstate auto. Also running a body shop without a license unless they have gotten one recently. His kids act like a bunch of spoiled brats. But you get that when daddy buys you everything in life.

I'd go to Claycomb over upstate any day of the week. My family went through 3 of upstates vehicles and we no longer have any of them because they were overpriced high mileage junk from auction.

After hearing many radio commercials for Claycolmb i thought I would check out their website. Found exactly what I had been searching for. Was able to quickly schedule a test drive that day. Sewell was very pleasant and easy going. Wonderful experience all around. Definitely will recommend.

I got a 2019 ram rebel about a year ago.i went to trade it in today, they ran a car fax for me today, it came back the truck had been in a very bad front end crach.front end was replaced I meant he whole front and both sides.i was told nothing.when I asked for a car fans I was told we don't do them. Know see why.id like to see what they say to this if anything.

My mom was forced to purchase a vehicle in early 2021, she drove this for approximately 9 months but wasn't happy with it. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when she began looking for an AWD sedan. The process was simple & straight forward, no shenanigans with a salesperson running back & forth to a manager & haggling. I would definitely go back again.

Sewell and his crew are phenomenal, he took in our 3 trades for 2 incredible vehicles, we have only had troubles with one of them but it was minor and he has done everything possible to solve the issue. Overall the buying experience was out of this world and he went out of his way to teach us a thing or two as well. I bought my 2008 F 350 dually here and it has been a pleasure dealing with them. They have taken care of me even after my initial warranty was gone they fixed an old problem first found when I bought the truck with no questions. Good luck getting service after the sale. I bought a 2017 Audi A5 convertible in May. When I test drove the Audi I noticed a small rectangular part under the headlight popped out of place. I was told by Kandi that they would order a new part. Fast forward a month later and I was having my car serviced at Burdick Audi in Syracuse. The windshield washer fluid was leaking and when the service tech was investigating the leak he noticed that the part I spoke about earlier was glued back into place.

This part was supposed to be movable because underneath it holds the spray for the headlights. Come to find out the only way to properly replace this part is to replace the whole bumper. I notified Claycomb Auto of this and they stated that they were searching and couldn't find any bumpers in stock. I called Burdick Audi and they stated they could have a bumper for my car in 3 days.

I reached out to Claycomb to make them aware that bumpers are indeed available. Come to find out Claycomb is looking for a used 2017 bumper, stating that they are trying to do what is best for me! This is unacceptable, this issue is still not resolved, windshields washer fluid is still leaking and bumper has not been replaced. Buyer beware! I gave them fair warning that I would be writing a poor review and contacting an attorney over a week ago and I still haven't heard back from them!

Went to Claycomb after an accident that resulted in needing a new truck. Kandi worked magic and got me a truck I love. Now it's April and we just purchased our second vehicle from Claycomb Auto. Amazing/friendly customer service. Will recommend anyone I hear is looking for a new car

We started to look for a new truck and when you go in they really listen to your price range and all the details you want. The staff and customer service you get here is "exceptional."They take the time to listen to your needs in buying a new vehicle. Honest and polite staff who go above and beyond to make you happy. I bought my 5th vehicle from Claycomb Auto today. Their friendly staff and no hassle approach makes the normally stressful car buying event to easy. My daughter also bought a car from Claycomb. She was a little upside down on her trade in after getting screwed by one of the large local dealerships. Kandi took good care of her and got her financed for a new Subaru.

They gave me top dollar for my trade in too. I highly recommend them. They offer the best warranty in the business and great service after the sale. Do yourself a favor by avoiding dealership row and drive yourself to Claycomb Auto for the best deal around. You will be glad you did.
