Don't go there. Total rip off. Service department are a bunch of liars and crooks. If I could give 0 stars I would. Told me I needed a repair for my power steering. Over 1600.00. 8 months later and no problems. Drive down south to live and 2 mechanics told me nothing is wrong with my car. In June 2022 I hit 50,000 miles on a 2013 pilot. Sorry I ever bought anything there. Good riddance. All they want to do is scare you into repairs you don't need.

I went on on 5/24/2022. It was my Birthday. The car I came to buy was unfortunately sold so my options were narrowed down but Mr Darien Perez gave me a good perspective on all other vehicles they had available and ultimately the one that I decided to purchase. Pretty much a no nonsense experience. Down to earth and realistic which is very much appreciated.
I left a deposit as it was in transit and waited for my vehicle to be delivered. Got the call on June 7th and came to pick it up on June 8th. Working with the Finance manager Paul Aguilar was also a very smooth experience. Straight up and to the point. In a little over 2 hours I was driving off with my Brand New 2022 White Honda CRV Touring Edition and I couldn't be happier.
And just for the record, I do not give out accolades to just anyone. Most people just do their jobs but there are some people out there that actually want to do things the right way. Simone was great! She helped me get the button fixed on my 2021 Honda accord steering wheel. I pushed down hard a few times and it stopped working. She was very helpful and explained the process on how my car would be taken care of. She even got me covered under my warranty free of charge. Good looking out! Staten Island service center is great. Initially, the salesman was very helpful. After seeing a car we liked, we discussed price. He said that what we hoped to pay per month was feasible. Went back today to finalize the deal. Not only was the monthly payment $45 more per month but the term was six years! Finance guy just got up and walked out when we said that's not what we expected. Unbelievable! I would not recommend this dealership!

Jason was my service advisor. I went in for a state inspection and he was very helpful. Told me all of the things that my car was in need for, but never made me feel like it needed to be done there. Very kind and personable, definitely trust the Honda of SI guys with my vehicle. The manager Jeff makes me feel like family when I walk in. Great facility with friendly faces

I will 100% never be going back to this location for anything. I brought my 2020 Civic SI in for an oil change and thought all was well, but a week later my skid plate was bent and scraping on the ground. When I brought it back to get it looked at, they tried to blame it on the recent snowfall and quoted me $400 to replace it and the underbody shield(Honda only makes the parts as a whole).
The issue here is that I have had a Civic SI in one form or another since 2018 and had no issue driving in snow until shortly after they serviced my vehicle. Every person I've spoken to on the matter has agreed that the mechanic hadn't put the skid plate on correctly, so Iv'e decided to do the repairs myself. Not only do they not take accountability for operator error, but the part they wanted to sell me for $250 is sold by Honda's own parts department for $130.
In the end, I decided to get it online from an OEM distributor for $90 and will be changing my own oil from here on out. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because, at the very least, they bent the skid plate back into place slightly to keep it off the ground free of charge and that will give me time to order the parts. Edit: after reading some other reviews, it seems as though this is a recurring issue and I'm glad I was t desperate enough to fall into this trap.

As soon as I entered the Staten Island Honda service center, Jason Meinero made me feel very welcome. He noticed my Veteran plate and thanked me for my service. When I came in for one recall, he corrected two. He always kept me updated on the status. He informed me about wear on tires and brakes and gave suggestions what I should be doing at 30k. Overall, he made me feel I was part of the Honda ownership club and I had a great experience.

Bought nice truck from this Dealership As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a polite young salesman Owais. He immediately took me to the truck that I wanted to see. As I inspected the truck, he demonstrated his knowledge of the vehicle by enthusiastically showing me all of the features that the truck had to offer. After a ten minute test drive, I was ready to make a purchase.
The entire process took about 3 hours, during which time, the aforementioned salesman, was enthusiastic, polite, and professional. I was impressed by the salesman's attitude and knowledge. I would not have purchased the vehicle otherwise. Overall, I was impressed by the dealership's culture of professionalism from start to finish. When the next Ridgeline comes out, I will have to return.

I like Honda of Staten Island (particularly the Service Center) because they are precise in diagnosing the issue you may have with your vehicle. but they also let you know of other issues you may not be aware of, without any attempt to "sell" you on it's urgency to be dealt with. Staff is reliable and tracking of specific technician (who has worked on your vehicle) efficient. Apparently everyone is held accountable for the work on a vehicle. Been coming here for over 10 years. Great service and waiting room.

Robert Siew is the MAN! I can not say enough about this place but especially Rob and Devante. Both these men went above for me when I felt defeated and got it done!. They handle almost everything for me and made a very complicated situation seem so simple, in order to alleviate stress for me. I would recommend this place for honesty, helpfulness, and loyalty. I was not making either men $ and they still walked me all the through the process.

How can I say this. I got my 1st car in feb with a different dealership, turn out they sold me a car with accidents and told me the car was basically brand new with 5k miles. Sooo months go by somehow I went to Staten Honda to get some facts getting a new car because it was something fishy with my car.( Nothing serious) so I wanted to know about the facts on my car and when I said Honda told me the facts i was stunned!
But than than I traded my car in for a newer one! Brand new at that! And now this is my Rode dog Black Pearl! THANK YOU GUYS FOR A AWESOME EXPERIENCE ( Rob & Devante ). I highly Recommend!

This dealership does not value the customer. I was in the process of leasing a car but apparently it was as too late to finish the process and the "Bank person" couldn't be bothered in completing the process. He/she also couldn't tell me themself and instead snuck out and had someone else tell me. After wasting 2 hours in there management downplayed it and left me stranded. I will never go back.

I was looking for a reliable car with a lower monthly payment, Lauren Rocko gave me all the info over the phone and made an appointment for a drive test for the next day. It was not pressure at all, Lauren told me to think about it before making a decision but everything looks right so I went for it. At the dealership and after the test drive I met with Louis Messina who was able to get me a better insurance quote than the one I had. Paul Aguilar walked me through all the di social part.
I was able to keep my plates, I traded my old car for a great price, and they did all the DMV and inspection. I'm so happy with my new car and I would definitely do more business with them.

Since leasing a 2018 Clarity I have been told to just bring the car in no appointment needed for service. Until today, when after waiting 35 minutes for them to open, I was told that I would need an appointment for a car inspection. Needless to say I was pissed as I took the time off to have the car inspected. When will I lease another Honda? Probably never although the car is great and I like it, a dealership is only as good as their service

Horrible dealership. We purchased a used minivan earlier this year. A month later, one of the passenger doors wouldn't open. We called them and they tried to fit us in to have it looked at it but they are 45 minutes away. We took the van to our local Honda dealer and they fixed the problem. 2 months later, we can't open the door at all. We called Staten Island Honda and they were extremely rude and said we were beyond our 90 days with them. They clearly sold us a defective car and they are washing their hands of it. I regret my purchase with them and I encourage everyone to avoid doing business with them.

This place is a headache. I've never had so any issues with a particular dealership and it only seems to be THIS location. I've had the worst experiences with Honda of Staten Island. I def will not be returning here. If they tell you " I'll give you a call back".don't hold you breath because you won't be getting that call. To clarify, this review is specifically for the sales department. Samantha in services was honestly the most helpful person in that entire dealership.

Ever since this location changed owners I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. I've had 2 leases with this location but once my current lease is up I am never doing business with them ever again. This location has seriously gone down. Don't trust them, especially their finance guy. he's the worst.

We traveled 4 hours to finalize a deal on a vehicle. We spoke with Lauren who agreed on a price with us. Everything should have been set. She told us that we could do the registration ourselves and so we traveled there thinking we were good to go. Upon arrival, the facility had a very sketchy vibe to it. Salesmen were standing around texting and chatting.
We told the person at the front desk that we had an appointment. She found it, but then the salesman assigned to us had no idea what vehicle we wanted or trim level. He also seemed to have no idea about the agreed upon price. They also started asking for documents we not told to bring. "Lauren" was nowhere to be found. Long story short, we decided to leave. What an atrocious waste of 8 total hours of our time. I would not recommend anyone do business with this dealership.

My brother just had his 2012 crv Honda services for an oil and filter change and they charged $67.00 for it and told him he needed a bunch of unnecessary repairs he also was a mechanic back in the day and knows cars when he got home he looked under the truck and they did change the oil filter however the oil was not changed it was dirty he questioned the gentleman who works there and they told him the oil was changed the oil was never changed the oil is dirty before I write to corporate of Honda I'm asking for the refund of the $67.00 they hit his debit card with he will not be returning.

If no action is taken I have no problem writing to corporate t I reached out to Jeff via email on Thursday December 12th and Today is Tuesday, December 17 he was supposed to look at this right away I still have not heard back from him

I bought my car here, and found the service to be good. Look. It's a car dealership. They're there to sell you a car. If you go in, having advanced knowledge of what you want, and having already compared prices of similar models, you'll be fine. The staff was excellent. Of course they tried to up-charge me for a few little things, but a polite "No thank you" worked fine. The salesman, the guy who handles the warranties, and the resident insurance agents were all consummate gentlemen. I'll definitely be back.
