5 Stars all the way through! This was my first time getting a brand new bike so I was very nervous & My dream bike was the Raptor 700R & NYHY made that possible! They made the whole process so easy and worry free & Tanya was an amazing help the whole way through and answered all my questions and made the whole experience very comfortable! Now i wake up every morning with a smile ready to ride! Thank you again for making this possible NYHY!

Darrin is the man! Hooked me up with a brand new mt07. Also cop pulled me over because I was missing an inspection. (Someone must've taken it off my bike). I brought it into the bike shop and Darrin took care of the inspection in 10 minutes. Totally recommend this place! I'll be coming back for my next bike.

I really hate the tow personal that they hire why cuz after my address was given to their 3rd party towing department starting with the name fast gein it was a slow pride for this lion why after they were given my info to transport my motorbike they had my phone number my personal info my email address and they used it to spam me and all my info to scammers and spammers am so ended up getting low 100 spam calls per day and had to change my number and being that I'm a female he kept coming around my place to scare with my ride don't give up your personal info to this dealership instead find your own tow ride these people don't care I have reported their tow guy to the police and to the dealer and still no arrests yet they are still checking the cameras I am told that the towing personal is a criminal who will soon be behinds bars your better off hiring anyone who lane or taking a u hail just don't give up your email or your address or your phone number call them blocked maybe

Update: Even though I didn't buy from them, I highly recommend. Great people, honest and excellent price. I couldn't find a better place. However, it would have taken a long time for them to get the bike I was looking for. I ended up buying a different bike that I was luck to find in stock (different manufacturer). Gave them a call and got my refund back almost immediately. Original: I'd like to start stating that this is a preliminary review based on the two times I went there to start the process of buying a bike.
As said previously, I went there twice. On the first day I talked to Francisco, he clearly answered all my questions, and gave me the out of the door price. As far as I can tell, completely honest. On the second day, I talked to Darrin that helped me decide (I asked for his opinion) which model would be best for me and I placed a security deposit of $300 (refundable) because they don't have the bike.
They made it clear that it's going to take a few weeks for them to get the bike. Although it's not completely clear how long, I agree that it doesn't depend exclusively on them. Again, straightforward conversation, quick, honest. These are my impressions so far. I'll update as necessary. Now, about the "problems" and the reason I'm not giving 5* 1.
Their website is almost useless and the inventory there is completely outdated. If you want to deal with them, go in person and I expect you will have a good experience. 2. Their inventory seems to be small. I'm looking for a small naked bike (~300) and they had none in stock, either new or used. To be fair, they had, but those are sold. One might blame the global logistic issues, but I believe it's their job to find a solution.
Let's see how long I'll have to wait. In summary, I like the place and how I was treated. I recommend anyone living/working nearby to go there and talk to them. Forget about their website.

Bought a bike from Darrin and the gang a few years ago and was very pleased with the experience. I especially like when I have to get it serviced, I make an appointment where I can just go to a movie down the block and by the time it's over, I just return and pick the bike up. Just bought a 2022 Africa Twin DCT and had the same great experience. I was in and out in a day thanks to Tanya, who was so nice and friendly throughout the process.

It was a lack luster experience for me. They barely had an inventory, and what was available are the bikes nobody can afford in this current economy. Their website does not reflect the current stock new/used inventory. If your local I presume its not so bad. However, traveling a distance paying tolls and what have you. This was a major bummer IMO. Maybe going into NJ to a bigger dealership would've been more effective and less time consuming? I was hoping to have a better experience to rate higher, though I did not.

These people really took care of me. I had a great purchasing experience from start to finish. I called one day to ask about a Honda cb650r and Esteban answered, talked me through the specs of the bike they had. I came in the next day and met him, very informative and pleasant. No pressure at all. I put a deposit down on the bike and they held it for me for a week while I got other details straightened out.
When I came in to pick up the bike, they had fixed the few loose screws I noticed, and gave me a full tank of gas. Tonya was incredibly friendly and helpful with the purchase/paperwork process. Darrin had positive energy and made me feel welcomed. I believe the service guys name was Christopher. He took me outside and walked me through the bike and it's functions. Told me the history of the bike and was very friendly too. They even cut me a deal on some helmets and helped out a bit with the price of the bike. I will definitely be a repeat customer. THANKS GUYS AND TONYA!

I bought of one the last VMAXs from here almost a year ago. I absolutely love the bike. The team was awesome as well and they sent three guys out to help me load my bike. The only had two VMAXs left and they said they were going to build the one in the crate for me but after they found out I was driving 7 hours to come look at the bike they gave me the one off the showroom floor.

Will be coming back to get power and top of the lineeven thow I'm not like my little cousin Pedro Acosta 37 or his father in Hondas but im a hard fan of Yamahas and Suzuki since i started in 87 with my YAMAHA YSR 50 THAT I SHIPPED TO and still have, but i will come back one last time to end my motorcycle life with a Yamaha R1M AND teach my cousin how to truly become a great world champion, and make records that noone has been able to achieve, all i ask for is good health and every morning i for one day to be able to have A SON and make him a legend the same way MY OLD Man made OF ME, MY ONLY PROBLEM IS, I DONT HAVE A SON AND THAT'S MY DEPRESSION every day, but when i ride out with one of those beasts my depression will disappear and I'll get back on track.

Bought a Rebel 500. Darrin gave me a great price despite all other dealers I could find up charging by alot. He always answered my calls and made time to speak to me. Tanya handled the financial portion with speed and efficiency, she was a pleasure to sit and deal with. Danny delivered my bike to my home with professionalism and a great price. He then took the time to wipe the bike down and guide me through the operations and just chat. It's my first bike so I needed it. I highly recommend them!

Seriously efficient, extremely friendly. Came in, got a great trade in price. Got a great otd price. The whole thing was done and dusted in a couple of hours. Sidenote: I never leave reviews, bad or good. If I left one today, it is truly that I was well cared for. S/o Darren who was the nicest guy and got me the absolute best he could do.

Darrin and Vicky were awesome. Both were extremely friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Helped me finance the remainder on a brand new Honda Shadow. Can't wait to take it for a ride! : UPDATE: I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. More rarely do I update the ones I have put out there, but I had my first service done by Christopher and the bike runs like a dream. Props to the service department. Friendly, fast, efficient, and no bs. Will be coming here for all my motorcycle needs.

I first reached out to them when I got a nail in my front tire since they don't do patches I was told to get a new tire which I did and for the convenience I got both my tires replaced and took the old back tire with me I give 5 stars for that service. 2 weeks later I got a nail in my back tire and spoke to Christian at the service and explicitly confirmed with him if he can swap my tires out and install the fender eliminator kit he said yes I once again reiterated I'll be there around 3 on Friday he said no problem just come by.
When I went in today I showed up early at 2:15 I told them what I wanted to be done. They just say ok and than after 20 minutes tell me ummm we can maybe only do tire today not the tail tidy and even tire maybe not sure. I told the guy that I spoke to someone earlier about having both things done and he gives me attitude like I'm getting the service for free and I owe home something.
I said don't give me attitude give me back my stuff and I'm outta there. I had known their service was crappy but didn't think it was this bad. I called Triborough Motorcycles about the same thing and he said swing by I can have the tire done in 10-15 minutes and make an appointment for tailtidy as it takes more time.

The team at NY Honda Yamaha is outstanding, namely Esteban and Darren. They were super responsive from the time of my initial inquiry about the bike, to the day I purchased the bike. Any time you call, a human being picks up the phone- no automated systems. They took a reasonable refundable deposit and kept me closely posted on the transit and status of the bike. Sadly due to covid- demand is high and production of bikes is low.
My only wish is that the manufacturers could get bikes to dealers sooner, I had to wait 3 months for the bike I wanted (again, at no fault of the dealership, just the current status of things!). Outside of that, I had the perfect experience at this dealership. When it was time to pick up my bike, it was ready at the time promised, with the temp reg and plates already on the bike. Paperwork took all of 10 minutes and I was on the road.
As per their advertisement, they do not charge all sorts of dues/fees/extras on their bikes, which saves you a few hundred bucks out the door. I am really impressed with this dealership and would recommend anyone looking to buy a bike to stop by and say hello to Esteban or Darren!

This is my review on Yelp. I'm sorry Because I couldn't help how frustrating it is. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Just don't go there before it's too late. They will fuck up your motorcycle. Instead of saying I'm sorry and owning their mistake. They will yell at you. Worse customer service I've ever encounter in my life.

I have been riding motorcycles (on and off the road) for approximately 40 years and I can say that Darren and his staff are excellent. I have purchased multiple motorcycles, at this location, and they have always treated me like a valued customer (regardless of the bike's price). Also, and very important to me, Darren has always given me great trade-in value for my bike(s) as well.
Service Department is very helpful and knowledgable anytime I need to ask a question. Strongly recommend this dealership and everyone who works there is top notch (just bought a 2021 Goldwing in case anyone was wondering).

I'm not even sure where to start. This is the most unorganized business I have ever came across. Usually I try my best not to write any negative reviews abut any business but I had enough of this place BS lies and run around. First, don't believe a single word on their website. They use false and bogus "fish and bait" tactics where they show that they have all kinds of motorcycles available in stock at their dealership.
Once you call or even worse show up at the dealership, they will tell you that they don't have any of the models you were looking for and that they will get some in stock "next week". If I received a dollar for every time I heard this line from this location, I would probably be a millionaire by now. They always lie and waste your time. the person who is the king of lying at this location and false information is no other than the owner himself Darrin.
I was told 5 different lies from the Darrin. On September 2020, I visited this location to purchase a blue 2020 Yamaha R3. I was originally told me one of the consultant and Darrin himself over the phone that they have few Yamaha R3's available. Once I arrived at the dealership, they didn't have any Yamaha R3's AT ALL! I was told they "made a mistake".
I waited weeks after weeks and was told the same lie that it will be in next week for months. Finally in January 2021 I was told that they have a blue 2020 Yamaha available in "perfect condition". I rushed to the dealership within hours because I didn't want anyone else to buy it. Once I arrived at the dealership I noticed the "brand new perfect condition" motorcycle appeared damage (see attachment).
I brought that to Darrin's attention and was told "no problem it probably got damage from the delivery truck, we have replacement parts in stock and will take care of it within few days. It was very frustrating but I was willing to wait few more days and take the "DAMAGED PERFECT CONDITION" bike. I waited for almost two weeks and called every other day and finally get a response from Darrin stating that they don't have the parts and that it may take a whole month.
If I want he has the Monster Edition of the Yamaha R3. I told him hell no. I waited months after months for the blue Yamaha R3, I'm a prime customer and was going to pay for the bike outright. On January, Darrin told me that he should some new ones in "few weeks". Remind you it's March 11th. almost two months later no phone calls or follow up.
I decided to call him today. and of course he LIED AGAIN! Now he stated that the motorcycle from January was never damaged and that it had the wrong VIN number. Lol so you're telling me you want me to believe that BS lie! I stated to Darrin that was not the conversation we had. it was because the motorcycle was damaged. that liar had the nerve to tell me no I'm wrong.
I will never do business with this garbage unorganized company. Stay away if you want to spend your hardworking money on a business that actually care. this location is not it. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND FULL OF BS.

Pretty scummy. The owner promised a significant discount on gear after buying a motorcycle, when we came back after having purchased it he said he wouldn't honor it. The service department is incredibly slow, they left out my bike out during a snowstorm, when they called me to come in an hour before they closed and I was sick. The sales department were incredibly hostile- once I told them I wouldn't be needing the extended warranty for my motorcycle, they literally grilled me on why I thought I would not need it. The only people that give this place 5 stars are beginners who don't know how they are supposed to be treated in the first place.

I will never understand how anyone has respect for this place. I tried to give them several chances but best believe that all these bad reviews are true. My experience: I walk in to the shop for my first 600 mile service. I specifically ask him, "would you be able to do my first 600 mile service minus the oil change, I already did it" Shop guy: yeah no problem i just need your registration and key I got get my registration from my motorcycle And handed my key to him Me: so again, 600 mile service minus oil change Shop guy : okay but we are going to charge you the oil change? Me: why?
I dont need a oil change Shop guy: yeah it comes with an oil change regardless so we have to charge it Me: You dont HAVE TO charge it, but you are choosing to charge me, come on man Shop guy: * shrugs * This place acts like a corporate run business as if like the 600 mile service was a package deal and there was no absolute other way about it. That just baffles me. Scammers both at the dealership and the shop.
During the March shutdown I inquired to get a new bike from them, I sent em my information and they never got back to me despite several emails. So I emailed mineola moto and bought the bike from them immediately. I like the convenience of this place because its in Queens but this place is truly the epitome of shitty customer service. Thankfully, I follow Reddit and they recommended some great standalone shops, one of them being Triborough Motorcycles on Greenpoint. Honestly screw this place, I will forever discourage anyone from coming here.

Avoid this place, take your business elsewhere, the staff here is very unprofessional and incompetent. I submitted my application in person to finance a Honda bike, they told me they would call me back in 1 hour for the decision, 2 hours passed by and they never called me back so I stopped by and the guy was reluctant to address me saying "Oh nobody called you?
Well your application was denied". The only other option he offered me was to pay cash. I went to another dealership where I was instantly approved since I do have 745 credit score, I was suspicious that 'New York Honda Yamaha' didn't even bother to process my application, I went back to confront them and the "owner" shows me a receipt proving that I was indeed denied and nothing else could be done.
As I was leaving, the very rude, unprofessional and incompetent finance lady (That's been there for a while with countless complaints under her belt) calls me to say that I was actually approved by another bank. Meanwhile none of this information was communicated to me, she LIES and says that she tried to call me but my voicemail and call logs prove her wrong, I knew she was lying because she doesn't want to take accountability for her incompetence.
I was never offered an option to wait for another bank offer because communication is non-existent at this place, otherwise I would never have gone to another dealership. But I'm glad I did because I received way better customer service and financing options elsewhere! Basically, avoid this place at all costs, they clearly don't care about their customers just like they neglected my application that day, nobody will take accountability and I'm sure the owner will come here to offer his explanation but I honestly don't want to hear it, you guys are full of **** and your business is trash.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I've went to this location twice. And each time I was treated as if I was a ghost. No acknowledgment, no nothing. I've then taken my interest to google and found the same bike in Pennsylvania. 2 bikes later I'm a happy customer thanks to the lack of Yamaha nyc's customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; even a ghost.
