This would be my 4th visiting Pepmore and yet again, another family-style treatment. I was treated with such kindness and respect and these guys went above and beyond for me. Very professional and super fast with services. These guys are a One-Stop-Shop! So reliable! I promise you won't be disappointed! The prices are just right (too right) and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! They are the one to visit! My car is good as new! Yay! :)

Amazing place to get cars! The whole staff was amazing and was super chill. Love this place and highly recommended. My friend got his new car and is planing and getting a new M3 from them. Just like what Steven Lee said, "Allthough I may have left broke after buying the car, I did not leave with headaches" this place makes car buying better.

Searching for a new/used car can be a hassle and a huge headache when there are so many variables and sneaky salesmen itching to dig deep into your pockets. Driving by in my old car one day on Queens boulevard, I came across this car dealership. Very clean and bright, they have an indoor showroom. Although a bit tight in their showrooms, they do have a pretty good inventory of foreign and domestic cars.
They have usually a range of BMW, Lexus, Honda, Acura, Benz, Infinity, and Nissan cars, vans and SUVs. The years of the cars are about 3 - 4 years old and their miles are pretty standard and low compared to their asking prices. I was greeted by a salesman named Jeff. Although it was busy, he answered all my questions and concerns about a car I wanted and one that caught my attention.
I was never pressured into getting anything, so I told him I'll sit on it. After thinking about it and doing research regarding prices and running my own car reports to find out if there were previous accidents, I decided to return and make the big purchase. Going through the negotiations, financing and paperwork, this dealership is pretty organized and efficient.
I was out in my new car in about an hour after everything. The dealership is pretty good. Although I may have left broke after buying the car, I did not leave with any headaches.it was pretty much smooth sailing and driving after that.

I am posting this a little late, but coming across the name Pepmore again and reading some of the 1 star ratings. I too fell in the trap of their scam about 2 years ago. Purchased a 2008 BMW 335i coupe low miles clean carfax ( according to Pepmore ). I come to find out when I wanted to trade the car due to having somewhat major oil leaks from the engine, that car was auctioned off and according to auction inspection had frame damage.
To trade it, dealers would only give half of book price at the time due to having a frame damage on its history ( not on carfax ). Try to stay away even from the sweetest deals. at the end of the day you are not buying/financing a $6,000 car from them. It might create more headaches in the long run.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I've known these guys since 2004. And to be honest Jeff is the most dishonest and shady person even for a used car salesman. I bought a car from them which they said had a clean car fax (even showed me a doctored one) but when i went to trade in that car it came up as being in a major accident. The car fax showed Pepmore blatantly lied. Stay away from these guys. Used car salesmen suck but there are others who suck way less. Jeff should be reported.

Buyers beware! This dealer sells cars which were purchased at an auction, and most of them had been in an accident. Don't trust the CARFAX they show you! Run your own. First car that was sold to me here was an 07 Acura TL, and it was checked by an Acura dealership a day after the sale and they determined there was significant frame damage which wasn't even properly repaired and it should be a salvage title car.
The owner took the car back and sold me another 08 TL. He even agreed to give me a discount. The CARFAX on both cars was "Clean". Almost 3 years later, I go to trade in the 08 TL and they ran a CARFAX at the Infiniti dealership and guess what? The car had 3 accidents, one reporting over $3,500 in damage, and it all happened before I even purchased the car and just like the 07 TL, this one also bought at an auction.
This made the value of the car drop a good 4-5 thousand because the Inifinti dealer would have to auction it off and no sane person would buy a used car for cash that has 3 accidents on its record. These people give out FAKE CARFAX reports and sell cars which were purchased at an auction, most of them with one or more accidents, and sell them as "Clean" cars.
Their prices are so low, but now you know why. I'm not the only person I know who purchased from Pepmore, and they also fell in the same trap. Take my advice, go to the actual manufacturer's dealership and pay a few extra thousand for a certified-preowned and you will be guaranteed that the car is accident free and without an hidden "presents".

Initially I was planning to go to a Honda Dealership in the area, but I am glad by chance I decide to checkout this place first on Queens Blvd, I have to say, I'm really happy I did. The salesperson, has great communication, he was accommodating, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, he was patient to listen to what I was looking for, help found the right car for me!
Plus help me a get a great rate on financing which lower my monthly payment. The purchase experience was smoothly, I was presently surprise how painless and easy it was. Thank you!

We recently purchase a 2011 Lexus RX 350 SUV from "Pepmore Auto Sales". Before the purchase, we had done our research on Internet about TMV price for the vehicle and contacted several used car dealerships and private sellers in the area. Overall Pepmore Auto Sales, offer the best deal. They have a friendly & helpful staff. They don't pester you while you inspecting the cars.
After seeing the car in their show room in near mint condition, we decided to pull the trigger. "We're extremely Happy with the Car." Highly recommend this place to friends and family! They're located on Queens Blvd with a Big Green sign at the Building. They specialize in foreign import cars; have a great selection of luxury cars in 3-4 years old or newer, in near mint or excellent conditions.
They also partner with the Custom Grill & Bumper Guard Store Next door. They helped us find the right type of Front Grill and Rear Bumper Guard plus install it for us. They're professional and fast. Well worth the price to protect our new investment! We couldn't be happier about the service!

On 12/14/2011, I went in with a companion to look at the 2008 BMW 535XI which Pepmore advertised on the internet. The price was very good and when I came in to see the car, I asked if there was a carfax report on it. Jeff, my salesman, showed me and my companion a report which did not list any accidents and showed the car to have a clean carfax. Based on the report, and Jeffs representations that, to his knowledge, the car had not been in an accident, I purchased the car. Subsequently, in February of 2012, when I went to trade my car in at the local BMW dealership, they ran a carfax search and gave me the real report which had the accident reported.
Due to this fact, the value of the car is significantly lower than what I paid for it and I will not be able to sell it for the price I should have been if the carfax was as stated. I called Pepmore, spoke to Jeff and Wilson, and sent them a letter. They told me that I should have ran my own carfax and that! The best they offered to do is to exchange my car for another one.
That option is not satisfactory to me because after looking at all of their inventory, all of the cars have an accident of some kind. I found the same complaint about this company here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/auto-dealers/pepmore-auto-sales/pepmore-auto-sales-knowingly-s-685a9.htm This place has a history of this type of activity and it needs to be corrected.
