Ill say they were very friendly until i call back a week after they replace my windshield because i was still having issues is been a month and still waiting for then to give me a call back the lady that answers the phone keeps telling me that she is passing the message to Hector and i'm still waiting a call back from them.

I was not fully covered by my insurance if I was I wouldn't have to pay a single dime for my windshield, but the owner of Colombia auto glass gave me a steal price on my Mercedes Benz wind shield and it was fixed the same day not only that I wasn't able to go to their location so they came to my office and did it in the parking lot of my office I highly recommend Colombia auto glass hands down!

Horrible place to get work done. Not professionals, don't honor warranty and you have to explain stuff 15 times so they understand (if they finally do). Go somewhere else really, time and money is valuable to spend it in this kind of "business".

Never again been here for two hours and my windshield isn't done, the guy told me it would only take an hour, i do not recommend coming here.
