The anxiety began once I decided to purchase a secondary car & after weeks of research & reading hundreds of reviews from different places I came across this place & it did truly prove why these guys been here for this long. If your looking for a stress free process buying a good car from good people save yourself the headache & just come here. The price is reasonable & doesn't change, expect to pay your tax tags & other small fees of course but not those fake fees dealers usually want you to pay.

Not here. They were also very very helpful with helping me get the second loan approved. Also i must add that my battery light did come on after driving around for 1 hour but it's not a deal breaker for me being that we do take a risk when buying a used car doesn't matter where you buy it from especially if the vehicle is already at least 10+ years old.

So I do understand that we are human & something's are out of our control plus the car had been sitting for some Months I bought the car yesterday took it to my mechanic early this morning & he confirmed my thoughts because the light would come on & go off. He stated the battery is good the alternator is good the car just needs to been driven more.

So folks please find a reliable car do your research on it & go for it. I just wanted to leave a honest review & would highly recommend this place & continue to shop here. I appreciate the stress free buying process guys. I hope to have the car for many years & enjoy it

Sold my lease 2019 Forester Touring. Louis is very nice even I had to haggle abit. But I still got the best price over others. You have to know the condition of your car and where you stand. Cashed the check same day. They paid off my lease 4 days later. I was very skeptical about this place in the beginning because their quote is the highest and other bad reviews. But after doing some research, I decided get it a try, worst case is call the cops, lol. Great experience! Recommend to all.

What a pleasure to do business with Ideal Auto. I needed to sell my car and used KBB.com, which gave me a price for it and two local dealers who would pay it. With no working phone (thanks, Verizon!) and no cell service in my rural area, Ideal worked with me over FaceTime and we discussed how their man could get my car. I enjoyed working with Louis, who answered all my questions promptly and forthrightly.

Everything worked as scheduled. His bonded driver came to pick it up, inspected it, and I took him for a short ride so he could see how it drives. Then Louis and I negotiated the price (there was a minor deduction because of an area of peeling paint, and I received the check on the spot. If I ever need another car, I would use Ideal again.

I was moving across the country and had to sell my car. The team at Ideal Auto Exchange made it quick and easy, and were friendly and honest. I was a little intimidated to step into a negotiation, and was ready (but not excited) to get a second offer from another dealership. I didn't need to, they were super reasonable, transparent, and helpful. They even referred me to a place to turn in my plates, saving me a trip to the DMV in my limited time in the city.

Selling of my 2008 Honda Accord to Ideal Auto Exchange via Kelley Blue Book platform has been an unexpectedly simple process: Logged onto the site, entered the particulars of my vehicle, received a reasonable bid, contacted Ideal and delivered the vehicle on a mutually agreed time. That's it. Both father (Louis) and son (Ryan) Katz made that a pleasant experience. They told me what to bring and waited for my title certificate to arrive (honored an expired offer); no trivializing my car nor haggling!

After a long day of going to used car lots with no luck, I stumbled across ideal auto. Alan was able to help me find a great car within my budget, and gave me so much guidance in the interim. The car I purchased initially had a non-working AC and low tire pressure. Alan promised me that they would fix both of those issues before I take the car to my mechanic the following week.

Today he drove the car with my family and I to our family mechanic. The mechanic found an issue with the rear tire. Before releasing the vehicle to me, ideal auto was able to fix the tire issue and the car is running even smoother than it was before. The customer service was amazing and all of the workers there were so kind. Alan was amazing and I am so happy I came across this dealership.

This is probably my first experience with a car dealership where I was treated fairly and respectfully. As a woman coming in on my own, I have had really poor interactions with salesmen who have lured me in with mailers promising to pay top dollar to trade in my Honda Fit, and when I get there offering me far below the blue book value. Before making a deal, I called my brother who went online as we were speaking and listed the details-condition ( it does have a lot of scratches, some deep),c olor, mileage etc. and Ideal contacted me immediately. I spoke to Louis, brought my car in, and he even gave me a little more than initially offered. Whole experience pleasant, above board and painless. Definitely recommended!

I had a good experience at Ideal Auto, they worked with me on price and we were able to get a fair deal according to Kelly blue book. I was concerned when the check engine light came on a day after driving it off the lot, but I brought it back and they fixed the problem and I haven't had any problems since. I'd prob go back here if I needed another car.

First thing I liked; they have the carfax reports right on their website, very rare for used car dealership, and the cars shown on the website are the same cars they have on the lot -- no bait & switch. The salesmen were polite and helpful. After many horrible experiences with other used car dealers I decided to buy here. So far I'm very happy with my car & this dealer, but it's only been a month.so I'll check back in after a few more months to hopefully add more stars!
