The review I posted concerning Audi Lynbrook and Jason Chance was done while I was still feeling the effects of anesthesia. I had 7 hr surgery and developed pneumonia as well as other problems. Apparently I missed the texts Jason sent me indicating as was well I just had to be more patient. Jason had always been responsive previously and so I was annoyed when I thought he had not responded.

My mistake. He and the dealership have always treated me fairly and above board, so I would like to withdraw my prio review and instead use the above statements as my positive review of Jason and Audi Lynbrook. I would use Jason again he is trustworthy and keeper of his word.

I have to say this is one of the best car dealerships I've ever been to. I came in to see a car and was helped by Ronnell, he was a great sales person, very helpful and kind. He made me feel very comfortable buying my first car. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to Ronnell for their next car!

We called a week ago to get our car picked up and serviced as this was a service they offered us in the past with no issue. When it came to the day for pick up we called to follow up since it was 20 min since pick up and we hadnt heard of them. We called service and thats when Eliana stated they would only be giving us the car a day later. We were furious since we have a newborn at home and a 1 year old and that was the whole purpose we were using this service.

We were furious so we asked why no one told us this and when can this be done. She said things like "we have valued customers waiting for us" making it seem like we werent valued, "not to talk to her like we were children" - I had raised my voice because she was not listening to us and just kept saying the same thing over and over, "she doesnt work for us" when I said we needed same day service.

This is again the SECOND car we leased with them and have had nothing but terrible customer service from them since Saheed and team took over. He also called is a liar when we first signed the contract and had a pricing issue. Avoid Audi lynbrook at all cost. They sugar you up till you sign and then treat you like garbage. Go to any other dealership.

I've never left a review in my life but signed into yelp just to leave this one here because of how terrible the service was at this dealership. Absolutely horrible customer service. They kept my car for over two months with a different reason why every time we called and then eventually stopped taking our calls/refused to call back. Hands down the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I would literally rather buy a car from Putin before I dealt with them again.

The service at this dealership is abysmal. Nobody answers the phone, nobody calls back, no information. They'll keep your car for service with no timeline and no loaner. And if you, by a miracle, get someone on the phone, they're rude and dismissive. Stay away.

Great Dealership all around. I received a call about the availability of an RS5. The process to transfer was smooth and the sales reps work for their clients. General Manager is very humble and eager to get you exactly what you want with fair negotiations. I would recommend at least seeing what they have to offer you if you are in the market for a great Audi.

Best car leasing/buying experiences EVER! From my first call to the delivery of my car, the complete process was a success and flawless. Rennoy was the salesperson, and he was just fantastic and wonderful! He was quick and constant with clear communication. He was extraordinary, knowledgeable and worked with my current situation to make sure I had the car I wanted and was happy with the deal I got.

I felt like a good friend was advising me rather than your typical pushy car sales people-excellent customer service and genuinely helpful. Jason also came over and congratulated me and made sure I was okay. He also assisted Rennoy with some of the paperwork. Both sales and financial manager Falysha were a joy to speak with, and let me tell you, the financial signing process was just so easy and transparent.

It took only 2 hours at the dealer to finalize the transaction and I was driving my new car. I am so happy I called him, and I would recommend him to everyone. The service you receive matches the quality of machines you receive. I love my car; thank you.

I don't write reviews for anything but this calls for it. The service advisor (I'll leave his name out of this) Had my car for 3 weeks. The first week I had no loaner and no one could update me on my car and what was wrong even though I was told I could pick up my car on a certain day. No one could tell me what was wrong over the phone, nor when it would be fixed.

I decided to just walk in. Got a loaner after going there upset, kept that for 2 weeks, then I CALLED (after not getting an update again) to ask what's up and told it's fixed and to pick up my car. After THREE WEEKS, nothing was fixed. And I was lied to about "the part needed that we ordered" and I had to come back a few weeks later for them to fix it.

I didn't trust that. Took my car to Biener Audi, they found me a loaner and got me going about my day in minutes. And then updated me on what was really wrong literally 2 hours later, AND IT WAS NOWHERE CLOSE TO WHAT AUDI LYNBROOK TOLD ME. It's sad because I never had this problem with them. But here we are. I guess this was all the advisor's fault.

He needs some kind of training. But he represents this business. So yeah. Sales department is cool though. Leased and bought my car with nice salesmen/women. (Coldit, Jennifer, and Ronell)

I stopped into Audi Lynbrook looking for a new or pre own car. I was confused about what I wanted and he was able to assist me in making a great choice. I enjoyed dealing with Rennoy. He was such a gentleman and great salesperson. Thanks for everything again guys. I will be back to get another Audi once I pay this one off.

Well my lease is up in 2 months but I will not be doing business with Lynn brook audi due to the service dept staff. Very unprofessional, they hold your car for 8, 9, 10 days before they even check out the car. They don't call you in all that time for updates. You can't get in touch with a manager because they always say she's not in when you call.

The service reps name is DARIUS, he has an attitude if you call to see what's taking so long with your vehicle. He doesn't return calls. When it's time for me to get another car I will not be getting it from here. For now I'm going to call corporate and hopefully some progress will be made.

If I could leave no stars I would place sucks they don't help you it's a scam I brought my car here for no reason bad service they don't call you. that would be to much for them you have to call it's just a lot with this place and I have a huge media I'll be sure to tell my followers to not come here thanks

My wife and I had an awesome car buying experience! Rennoy, our amazing salesman, really made our experience seamless and enjoyable. There was no pressure or rushing throughout the process. Rennoy was very thorough, and he did a great job focusing on what was most important to me and my wife, which landed us in the perfect car! Rennoy ensured that the car looked immaculate for pickup and he explained the car in detail, as well as made sure my wife was comfortable before driving it off the lot.

Our finance manager, Falysha, was equally as thorough, and super nice! Rennoy took us over to the service department and introduced us to Andrew. Rennoy was willing to answer all of our questions and was patient with us as we had many questions about the servicing of my car. Overall my sales guy at Audi Lynbrook was truly FIRST CLASS! He really know how to treat his customers.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We will definitely be working with Rennoy again with any future car purchases! We suggest you do the same! Thanks Audi Lynbrook!

Jen D was very professional and friendly and knew the used car owner that the car was very well maintained. I was grateful for her service and telling me a little bit of the history of the car. However, the A6 windshield wiper was not working and I didn't find out until I was traveling to PA during the Christmas holiday. Jen right away made an appt to have the car looked at the following week @7am however the service department were not very attentive but to tell me that the technician was not there to work on my car.

In short, I had to bring the car again the following week which the dealer provided a loaners car a 21 Q3 for three weeks. Overall, my car has a brand new windshield motor and working well. I am thankful.

Just picked up my 2021 Q8 today and I can now officially say that the experience was fantastic, start to finish! Major thanks to Gustavo Moreno who was our dedicated Audi Brand Specialist. My boyfriend and I test drove 4 cars and bought 2 of them! He'll be picking up his 2021 A6 later this week. Gustavo answered all of our questions thoroughly & was extremely knowledgeable about the options available and the overall current market for similar vehicles that we were considering.

Today he walked us through all functionality of the vehicle and helped me customize all of my settings. I really could not be more happy with the service that we received. Thank you, Gustavo!

DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP. The rudest people I've ever dealt with, especially the manager. This dealership is super shady. They engage in very suspect business practices. I'm going to report them to the Audi Corporation. And again, the people are nasty and condescending. I will definitely tell everyone around to avoid this place if they want an Audi.

I just wanted to take time to write and share a 5 star review of today's experience at Audi of Lynbrook. This past week I've been searching for a new Audi Q3 for my daughter and I'm glad to say today Jen Di Cola at Audi of Lynbrook not only give me the best deal out of 3 Audi dealerships but made it so fast and easy. From the greet Jen was a pleasure.

Unfortunately today my daughter was under the weather and for everyones saftey we decided to make a surprise out of it. Jen walked us thru the entire process and even arranged to have vehicle towed to my home so that my daughter would have the pleasure of being the first to drive her new vehicle. Unfortunately my daughter couldn't make it but Jen still put that beautiful big red bow on the roof so we can take pictures and have a wonderful memory Thank you for taking the time to explain all the features the vehicle has to offer and even programmed our favorite radio stations and the color options of the interior LED's. So if you're looking for a Audi Jen Di Cola is definitely worth the drive and is the sales woman for you.

We have leased numerous cars from Audi Lynbrook and recently completed a trade in and lease of a new Audi. Once again, fantastic experience with everyone involved but especially their best salesperson-Wilson Sanchez. We have worked with Wilson for many years and he treats us like family! He checks in with us numerous times a year to see how we are doing and if there if there is anything he can do for us.

He is there to greet us when we bring the car in for service to make sure everything goes well. He really listens to us and does everything possible to make sure we have the best experience-both in the showroom and on the road. Wilson is knowledgeable, nice and fun and the customer always comes first. We highly recommend Audi Lynbrook and make sure you see Wilson for your next car!

My 2 year old lease failed inspection, they can't give me a new inspection sticker unless I pay $190 for them to do a diagnostic to find out why my Audi A5 failed inspection. The car was never in an accident, I never gave anyone a jump start or changed my battery. I Don't even have a scratch. Nobody can tell me why the computer failed my 2 year old car. The car is under warranty, I even prepaid for the Audi care package but, they want $190. It's not happening.

I have a 2019 Audi Q5 that I purchased from this dealership. I brought it in for the first year service, after receiving the car back from them, I had a problem and brought it back to them a few weeks after. The service rep started by telling me they didn't cost the problem, and I took a one year old car to jiffy lue. They eventually fix the problem, without acknowledging any wrongdoing.

After receiving the car back, here is another problem, a hose slipped off while they were fixing the first problem. They fixed the second problem. All of this, not before saying I'm was lying, and I was a bad person for asking them to correct their mistakes. I just brought the car in for its two years service, and they didn't even top up the windshield wiper fluid. A regular service station would do that, and for the money I just paid them, that's the least they could do. BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

So it's been a while since I got my car here, but it's time for me to go get a new car and of course, I want an Audi, and I remembered the horrible customer service at this place. They don't curse you out or anything, it's just they go ghost on you. Don't answer questions. They don't keep you updated. They don't help in any way even when they have your deposit.

Either way, I am going to a different Audi this time and so should everyone else. I want to add that I had a problem Going to a different Audi because if possible rollback mileage. My car was sold and rebought by me and maintained by the previous owner at Audi lynbrook so good luck.

Came in to service my 2007 audi as it had recalls on the airbags. Making an appointment was pretty easy. Drove up to the service line and pulled in, they took my car right over and I went straight to the waiting area. The waiting area was very nice, there were sofa chairs and high top tables. I had to work while I was here and felt like I got a lot done. Car was ready in an hour and everything was done well. Overall very happy with the service option.

Don't ever go there I tried making an appointment to return there own car and a person called Mike made an appointment for me and then left me a voice Mail 3 days after saying her gave my time Away to some one else and he couldn't do that date.he wasted my time because I already made a time for that appointment 3 days before when I book the appointment. Mike or anyone else there Does not have an appreciation for your time all he is a con man DO NOT WASTE your time!

I paid their service dept. $217 to incorrectly diagnose instrument panel outage to my 2014 Audi Q5. It likely took them all of 10 minutes to do their work - plug their diagnostic tool into the onboard computer to read the error messages. And then tell me that I needed to spend an additional $2200 to replace the whole instrument panel. No further diagnosis or explanation of the issue.

The service rep did not know what an instrument panel was. Terrible experience with their service department. They are crooks and incompetent. And just don't care. Most dealerships would work with you and offer to deduct the diagnosis charge if you do the work with them. Especially in this case where it likely took them all of 10 minutes. But, not these rip off artists.

It just did not trust them, paid the $217 for their false diagnosis and brought the vehicle to a local repair shop. Sure enough, the local shop found that I had a corroded wire that caused the outage to my instrument panel and did the repair for $100. Thank god I did not have this vehicle follow through with their proposed $2200 repair. Again, they just don't care about their customers.

If they did care, faced with a huge repair bill, why would they not have taken another look or done further investigation? Because they are either incompetent or crooks or maybe both. Certainly don't trust your German vehicle or your wallet with them. Run from this place
