Had an good experience buying my car here at Karp from their pre-owned department. I worked with Chris Briones and I highly recommend anyone purchasing a car here to ask for him. Chris was nothing but professional, and is the reason for a 5 star review. I left feeling satisfied and happy with my purchase. They gave me a good value for my trade in (after a bit of negotiation of course) and did not hit me with a bunch of miscellaneous fees.
They did charge a dealership fee on my purchase though it does come with some oil changes and a few other perks that offset the price. Financing took a bit of time and after a some back and forth I was able to get a rate that worked within my budget So all in all a positive experience at a dealership. At no point did I feel stressed and pressured working with Chris.
He did his best to accommodate me and what I needed to make this deal work. Somethings to note about my review though is that the trade and financing went well because I knew what my trade was worth and what I was eligible for in a credit rate before coming in (which I recommend doing before going into any dealership). Thank you again to Chris the team at Karp Auto Pre-Owned for leaving a wonderful and lasting impression.
