After 2 weeks of bad experiences with numerous other dealerships where they were bent taking me to the cleaners Toyota of Manhattan was a breath of fresh air and came through in a huge way. Salesman Mike B was everything from professional to courteous to transparent to down to earth to delivering my vehicle to my home. The new service and sales floor is really nice and clean, its leaps and bounds better than what they had before. Theres even a cool view of manhattan from there, will attach pic below. They were done servicing the car in about 2 hours. Very convenient.

Mike B is exactly what I'd hope for from a salesman. He was super communicative the whole time. He was very clear about my options. He was never pushy. By the end of the process I felt like he was a friend more than a salesman. And he landed me a sweet Sienna at a time when that is not an easy ask. With a bow on top!

My husband and I leased a new Venza last week on Thursday and we were helped by Willie H. I've got to say, I've had experiences at Jeep dealers, Genesis dealers and even working at a Benz dealer and my experience at Toyota of Manhattan was above and beyond what I could've expected. From the showroom to my sales rep Raymond Simo to the Sales and and Finance managers. Everything was seamless no hassling, not having that feeling of remorse, it all worked out.

Before I went into the dealer I did not have a Toyota in mind, but Raymond did his part in convincing me and giving me the sense security when it came to purchasing my Highlander XSE. 5 stars for all those guys there and I can't recommend them enough. Let me first start off with the fact that this facility is gorgeous, I came in to look at some Highlanders with my family and the sales person Tylah. M helped us, she was very straightforward, friendly, nevertheless she made us very comfortable and didn't try to do any "typical car salesman" antics. I am highly considering going back to Toyota of Manhattan and asking for Tylah once the Highlander hybrid inventory is back in stock.

Great showroom and personnel. Mike B. was very easy to work with and he was a true professional during the whole process. He answered all my questions, introducing all the feature of the car for me, and ultimately guided me to the best deal on my vehicle. Very happy with the overall experience!

Well! Let me start out by saying kudos! Saleswoman Tatiana Bracht really powered through and saved my rump when I came in stuck choosing between two different models of the Tacoma. She answered each question I had and then some! Super professional experience hands down! All around would recommend to any and all of my Toyota family to get vehicles from here!

I recently visited Toyota of Manhattan and had a great experience. Nelson Nunez was of great assistance with the purchasing of my Toyota Highlander. He made the entire process of purchasing my vehicle very smooth, easy, simple, and very transparent.

Super friendly staff, very clean and welcoming showroom and waiting area, and they do everything you need for a new car on site including financing and issuing new plates. Had a great experience with Tylah in Sales and Bianca in Finance. Would definitely recommend this location.

The work was done well, I assume. Time will tell. This was for a recall - low pressure fuel pump. But it took a full day longer than I was told it would. It was impossible to find out when I'd get my car back. Each time I called, I was put on hold by persons who couldn't tell me what was going on, or that someone would return the call, or the connection failed. Finally after 2 full days a service rep names Jennifer called. She was good - finally I was informed what was going on. Jennifer deserves a raise.

I think I am doing the public a dis-service if I don't report my most recent experience with this new Toyota dealership and its new management. I have inquired on a new car and was told a price we were finalizing the deal they had asked me for my drivers license and credit card for the deposit, I have provided all that they have asked for, it's now been a few days and I'm being ignored.

After calls to my Sales Person, Sales Manager and emails, so far I have heard NOTHING back from them, and probably never will. I guess this is how you lose a loyal customer and deter many new. So be aware when you walk into that shiny and fancy new building on the 49th. The service certainly wouldn't match the showy hardware.
