I have been bringing my car for some service here and Anthony have been very helpful. He personally calls when car is ready or sends me a text. He is also very friendly. Also, recently I decided to buy out a lease and Melissa was amazing to work with. Initially got a car at Audi in Long Island, but there is not comparison between two places. Melissa was nice, friendly and attentive.

Edgar and Doug provided the highest level of customer service I have experienced from beginning to end. Information was honest and accurate. Responses were turned around quickly and easily. Answers were clear which helped to make informed decisions. Never felt pressured. Edgar went the extra mile and took the time to answer all of our questions. I would recommend Classic Audi without reservation.

I may be bias as the New Car Sales Manager at Audi New Rochelle. That said, our service team works hard to take very good care of all of our clients. I do know for sure that the entire service team does their best to accommodate their clients even though sometimes there are challenges. Management including myself is always available for feedback. We try to realize that service although necessary sometimes is not convenient for one's schedule.

We do the best we can. Our new state-of-the-art facility makes things much easier to enjoy the experience. My vehicle needed some scheduled service as well as some campaigns and the team took care of it in a very efficient manner. Even if you bought your Audi else where give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Serviced my Q7 there and stayed in the waiting area. As I was waiting I remembered my husband asked me to buy oil for his car. I was told I couldn't walk to parts from the inside, that I had to drive around or walk outside and around the building. I had no car to drive b/c it was being worked on so then I proceeded to walk in the cold to back until a valet stopped me and said he would escort me to parts.

It didn't add up why I was told other wise. The valet walked me through where the mechanics work which was EXTREMELY UNSAFE and because I'm a woman and was wearing a nice dress I felt like a piece of meat walking through all the mechanics. They were all just staring at me. I then had to walk myself back to the waiting area where a vehicle almost reversed into me.

To spend millions on this new location and not have a walkway for clients is preposterous. The only good note I can leave on is that the inside of the building is beautiful and nicely decorated and the staff is beyond friendly. Please consider making an indoor entrance.

I just went to the new location for some service related to a recall notice on my latest Q5. After I was impressed by the new beautiful facility, I was met by a service assistant, Samantha, who helped me find the parking location and advised about the next various steps. She was quite professional and pleasant. At the end of my staying there awaiting, I smiled spontaneously again when she came to inform me that the car was fine and ready. Samantha added a nice touch to a good organization and a beautiful building.

I worked with sales PROFESSIONAL Edgar Gonzalez. Edgar is the go to guy at this dealership. From the moment I stepped in, everyone I said hello to, or spoke with treated me with class and respect. Especially Edgar, and the Sales Manager Doug. I drove from 3 hours away, and the process was easy and convenient. The Audi I picked up was spotless inside and out. Edgar showed me all the features of the car, and made sure he left no page unturned.

They did not pressure, or push me to buy a warranty, or an any additional products, and we're all EXTREMELY professional. My biggest take away was they made me feel like I mattered. At other Audi dealers I've worked wit in the past, purchasing just normal $25-30k vehicles, I've felt unimportant and like I was a bother just because I wasn't buying the high end $80k plus stuff. This was NOT the case at Audi of New Rochelle. Couldn't be happier with every part of the transaction from start to finish. I will be back!

Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She was courteous, friendly and polite. I got a phone call as soon as my car was ready and the service was super fast! Also, when booking the appointment Susan was so helpful and was able to accommodate me and squeeze me in for immediate service. I highly recommend Audi new Rochelle for their impeccable service!

Brought my Q 5 in for a recall. The new location is beautiful and the staff is friendly and professional. Greeted by a young lady who guided me to my representative. Waited in their new showroom/ waiting area. Very clean and comfortable. Notified when my car was finished and my car was brought right up to me and shiny.

Although at the outset I assumed the car purchase experience would be similar to other car dealerships; well I could not have been further from the truth. The sales person we met was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, sharply dressed, and amazing at what he does. So was the finance manager that handled our purchase. He was warm, accommodating, professional, and quite welcoming, yet informative to let us know and appreciate what each paper we signed meant. I will gladly recommend New Rochelle Audi any day to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you kindly for what you do.

Audi of New Rochelle Service Center is EXCELLENT! Service Consultant Samantha Diaz took care of me from the time I walked In. This was my first time at the new location and although I was erroneously a day late for my appointment they still serviced my car. Samantha kept me abreast of the servicing progress and was very friendly and attentive to my concerns and questions regarding my car.

The facility itself is top notch, modern and clean with ample seating that is very comfortable. The vibe one gets when walking in is that of superb professionalism. I would definitely recommend this service center for all Audi needs. Lastly and most importantly I didn't feel like I was being up-sold. I got what I came for and wasn't told or made to feel or believe that there was additional issues with my vehicle. Thank you Samantha and the entire staff.
