I got my daughter her first car here and she loves it! Had a great experience here with the staff, managers and workers did a great job helping with the process. Salesperson Fanny was incredible showing her every feature of the car and how to use it. The Financial person Gabriel was very professional and made the process fast and easy. I definitely recommend this dealership to others and will definitely buy my next daughters car from here.

An outstanding experience working with the Subaru of White Plains team. Thank you Lena for your help in finding us the perfect vehicle for our family. This was our second time purchasing from this dealership. Using their online chat feature, Lena quickly found and secured a vehicle for us. After a quick test drive, we quickly agreed to a fair price.

My experience was a very good one. The staff was kind fast acting and very friendly. I especially want to applaud Rubi, who was communicative and very helpful in determining what to do and in troubleshooting as needed. Isidro was great! He really knew what he was doing and was very kind during the process. Given the industry right now I feel the process was very smooth and easy. The whole staff was very helpful. My service experience was conducted so professionally, courteously and thoughtfully that I couldn't possibly consider another garage even though this one is not the closest to me. I believe Rita was my adviser- a woman with an R name anyway-and she went out of her way to reassure me that my car would be fixed and she conferred with the mechanics to make sure they were following through. Thanks so much! I am leaving on a trip Sunday and I have peace of mind about my car.

Service was excellent. I heard a rattling noise and was given an appointment the following day. Tom, who coordinated my car's service, was in close touch by phone and text, and he communicated what needed to be done clearly and concisely. Tom was especially helpful with respect to arranging pick up of my car when the work was complete. All around, a terrific experience.

The sales team at Subaru White Plains was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable. Pricing was fair and transparent. We had an issue with the car that was ordered and they worked with us to make sure the error was corrected and we were 100% satisfied. When we picked up the car it was ready to go with plates installed, etc. and we were given an extremely thorough tutorial on all of the car's features by our fantastic sales rep, Hector. Great overall experience! Jonathan at Subaru white plains was so helpful in explaining what services were needed, how much to expect to pay, and how long I could expect to be waiting. He quickly ordered an Uber to get me home while they serviced the car. With an estimated three hour wait, he was right on target and I had my vehicle by the end of the day! Great team over all there!

Recently leased a 2022 vehicle from the White Plains Subaru dealership. The sales consultant, Isidro Cruz, demonstrated superb quality customer service. He was professional and thorough; made the entire process go smoothly. Both he and manager Nolan assisted me in trying to decide to either purchase my 2019 vehicle or lease a new one. He has a wealth of knowledge and therefore, I was able to make the best decision. Love, love the new vehicle.

The staff at the Subaru of White Plains are great. This was my first service with them for an oil and filter and tire rotation and they were all over it! The staffs communication from start to finish was impeccable. They text, emailed and called me to keep me informed on where they were throughout the process, not to mention that they picked up my car at my home and left me a loaner, and than brought back my car. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. Alberto was courteous, friendly and outgoing which made it that much more comfortable.
