The initial problem I was having has yet to be fixed. My next visit will be the third time I am bringing in my car to have something properly diagnosed and fixed. The service rep. told me the mechanic would come get me to take a road test to hear problem. The mechanic never came to get me and took it upon himself to fix something that was not the problem and due to this I am still required to take my car in for a third time. I spoke to the Manager (Anthony) and he did not want to understand what I was referring too and took no accountability for his workers.

Ask for Ronny! Smoothest process ever thanks to him! He managed to make the process easy to understand and quick as ever. Actually cares about what his customers ask for and goes miles to accomplish it! He was always keeping in touch and updating me as well which is what everyone would need during the buying process.
