I was traveling from Indiana to Erie Pa when my 2021 Silverado broke down 2 1/2 hours from Erie. I googled Chevy dealers around me and called Laria Chevrolet, they gave me an 800 number for roadside assistance and I ended up using my Chevy app. Nick from Laria said they would try to get it fixed. After waiting 45 min for a car hauler to take to Laria, which was Bear Towing (Don the driver was awesome) Don got us to Laria Chevrolet and Nick was waiting on us and had a rental ready for us, to get to Erie. Nick drove the truck into the shop and said that it was a collapsed lifter, he was going to have his mechanic put it on the machine to make sure. (This was around 2:00 on a Monday) Nick calls me back Tuesday morning and confirmed that it was a lifter.
They went out to different dealers to get the parts that they needed and had it fixed Thursday afternoon and had it washed. My truck ran good on the way back to Indiana. We had broken down in the middle of nowhere in a year old truck, I didn't have a clue if I was going to finish the trip and be back to work on Friday or not. Between Bear towing and Laria Chevrolet they got it done! Thumbs up to all of them. Thanks!

Highly recommend this dealership. My Encore GX required an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in an hour. Also, had the rear camera checked to see if it needed adjustment and was shown that it was okay. I was told there was a recall that a recall had been issued and would take about an hour. I will schedule this in the near future. Carri, the service coordinator was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. All the service personnel were friendly and helpful. I would say today was a "thumbs up" experience.

I recently bought a Camaro from Aaron in sales and never once stepped foot in the dealership. Luckily I found a hard to obtain vehicle that had just been delivered to the dealer. I will begin by saying the communication and customer service skills of the staff here made buying a car from over 600 miles away as painless as buying a car can be! I dialed, Aaron pleasantly greeted me and checked on the availability of the car.
When we found it was available Aaron immediately helped me reserve the car for myself. The best part was their ability to put my mind at ease without being able to pickup the car immediately. Aaron made sure the car never set outside and gave me my own bay in what looked like a shop for my car to live. Additionally, I was sent photos multiple times per week to let me know my car was safe and sound.
There were all kinds of complications with my auto shipping contractor but Laria and Aaron were more than accommodating and kept my car indoors, within a temperature controlled room away from the public. Aaron and Laria were extremely responsive and I felt like always had a dedicated line of communication to reach them. If you cannot find a car in your local area, do not fret because Laria has all the professional and communication skills to complete your purchase regardless of where you are!

I went there to see what they would pay me for my van and they were very professional the salesman Stephen Kover he was very nice and accommodating showed me vehicles that I'd be interested in. I was at Serpentini's earlier that day and the salesman wouldn't give me the time of day. Ask him if I could drive an equinox and he just acted like I was wasting his time. So I recommend this Laria Chevrolet. Has a great place to buy a car if you want old fashioned professional Service.

I bought a used Bolt through Adam Webb. He wrote everything down, with regard to cost, by hand on a single piece of paper. I already had my financing options in order (ALL BUYERS SHOULD DO THIS!) and he threw the keys at me. After getting lost on the test drive I finally got back and there was a wobble on one corner and a big scratch. He gave me a discount for the scratch and agreed to fix the wobble.
Upon my return I found he had replaced all the tires (that he apparently stole off a different vehicle). My vehicle was a lease return and the guy put THREE different types of tires on it before he gave it back to them! That was in September 2019 and the vehicle is still a riot to drive. I had the maintenance expenses of washer fluid and tire rotation since then.
Anyway I told Adam after we agreed on the price I wouldn't be getting any of those nonsense fees and bogus insurances dealers sell.and the finance guy actually cooperated with my wishes. Some of you might require smelling salts about now after hearing that.so Adam is very straight-forward, though he did not appear to be old enough to have a driver's license.

Good stuff! I purchased a used Subaru from Laria a couple weeks ago, after being disappointed with the wasted weeks of test driving cars from other dealers throughout northeast Ohio. I value transparency first and foremost with a dealer -- just let me know what's up with the car so I know what the the deal is -- and they were straightforward.
I actually valued that they admitted they had not done an inspection and had no idea what was up with the car. I got it inspected at a great shop up the street (Rittman Automotive - ask for Brandon) who told me exactly what was up, and after that I was able to negotiate a good price for the car. It was EASY. The only possible dings I give is that 1) they may have changed the oil even though they said they didn't, as evidenced by fresh oil and a new oil filter present (that could have been the prior owner, though), and they may have deflated the tires to make the ride seem smoother (they were verrrry low, just over the point where the sensors would pick it up).
But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Andrew LeFever was my salesman. He followed up immediately and answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge. And he's human. The rest of the staff were all very kind and professional. My only complaint is that the car does not come with the promised Led Zeppelin-only station on the radio;)

The worst! To compete with online dealerships and maintain the slime factor, some dealerships, Laria included, have started tacking on fees not mentioned at the beginning of the sales process. I tried to buy a 2017 Jeep Compass at list price remotely (in NOLA) with the help of a close friend. Before Chuck, our sales rep, mentioned the fees he told my friend he would not talk with him anymore. That's because Chuck had promised the list price out the door.
They thought they could con me into paying the fees if my friend wasn't present. List the sale price you degenerates! I have yet to have a manager call me back to discuss the issue. Quite frankly, there is a reason these people sell used cars.

I am from Michigan and I found a car online that Laria Chevrolet Buick was advertising. I reached out to them and Andrew LeFever one of their sales person responded with details of the vehicle and answered some questions I had. I drove 3 hours to look at the vehicle and was able to complete the sale within an hour. Andrew was working with a another customer when I arrived, but had my vehicle ready for me to look at and drive and made the whole process quick and easy for me.
I chose this vehicle because of the aggressive pricing they had on it and I didn't need to negotiate the pricing down. I would recommend Andrew and Laria to anyone looking for an easy car buying experience.

Edit: In response to your comment. Perhaps I am being unfair, that with adding your aftermarket warranty I wanted a total of 100$ off of my vehicle purchase under what you had it marked. The bald dude said no and didn't even ask anyone else quoting " I know what they will say". That is blatantly rude. Perhaps rates are different, but then again as I stated in my post.
I had a PRE APPROVAL AT 3.5 from an out of state lender, WITH ME the day of and you guys flat out said no and pretended it didn't exist. I already have spoken to them for a refinance at far under what you put me at for the original loan with your inflated rate. As for your last comment about how margins are razor thin, perhaps you are right, but that doesn't mean you send your cars off your lot with no gas in the tank. That is flat out BAD sales practices. Not trying to rectify this in any way has caused me to lower the review to 1 stars.

The people there were friendly but my biggest concern was I went there to see what was wrong with my car and it appeared that they made whatever the problem was worse and they couldn't explain to me or wouldn't explain to me why that was how that was it went from being and not extreme immediate problem to I could not even drive my car. I went there because they were dealership and dealerships are usually recommended because of their quality but me personally I will not go back there. Too many questions were answered they were just talked around for my liking.

I have done business with many car dealers but I have found the one I will deal with in the future. I was not intending to exchange my vehicle when I took my 2013 Spark LS in for service, but Dan Killough and Jeff Miller made me such a good deal that I drove home in a brand new 2016 Spark LT. I could not be happier with the whole experienc. I have dealt with Laria's service department many times and have found that, while having to have your car worked on is never pleasant, they make it as good as possible. So, if you are planning to purchase, lease, or just have work done on your car, going anywhere other than Laria will be second #2 at best.

An update to my niece and nephews truck buying experience. the owner of the dealership has agreed to pay for most of the repair work for the vehicle. Nice of him to do that but for all you people buying a used vehicle. look at the fine print! there is no lemon law on older vehicles! Insist on at least a 30 day warranty!
