We have been looking for a specific car for a long time. My wife found one online at Cascade Auto. She made contact with Abraham and he provided information, extra photos and video of the vehicle which convinced us to make the 3 hour drive from Pennsylvania. The vehicle was just as he described and in great condition. It was a very relaxed experience with no pressure to buy.

Everyone we spoke with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We were able to come to an agreement and purchased the car. I usually dread buying a car but this was possibly the most pleasant car purchase we have made. Thanks Abe.

Great trust worthy dealership to buy a car especially if you are coming from out of town. I live in Tn and flew to Ohio to pickup my car. Abe is a great sales person. He sent me clear videos of all the things I wanted to see on the vehicle that made me comfortable in purchasing states away and walked me through the entire process The price was great and most dealers in today's times have insanely expensive processing fees. Cascade has a very small processing fee and is very transparent about it. Nick in finance is also great he helped me find the best protection for my needs and was very thorough in the process. Can't recommend this dealership enough.

I was searching for a specific car at a good price and was able to find what I was looking for at Cascade Auto Group. Even though I lived out of state, the salesman I worked with was helpful during the process and transparent about the condition of the car. Joe was patient with my questions and helped get me a ride in from the airport to keep my budget down.

Despite a small issue with the door not locking after getting home, I was able to come to an amicable solution with Joe to get the problem fixed and still feel good about the purchase.

Best car buying experience! Ever! The salesman was very knowledgeable about their vehicles. Not pushy at all and he gave us a great deal to helped me stay in my price range. It went so smooth and easy and I walked out buying an awesome brand new car. They truly were excited for me and told me all about the car and said I could stop by anytime and they'll teach me more about the features of my car.

I will never go anywhere else to buy a car again. This is what buying a car should be about. Mazda has such great cars and with a better priced SUVs than other makes and models.

Great buying experience. Did most of it over the phone. Low pressure sales. Got me in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Isaiah was wonderfully and feet informative in educating me about different Mazda models. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted going in, I was hoping to narrow some choices down. Isaiah did exactly that for me. He didn't hassle me about buying a car on the spot, which was awesome. I'm not quite ready to buy a car right this second, I just wanted to explore.

He gave me some books which has information on all of the different models and levels of the ones I was interested in and answered my questions in entirety. Isaiah was very professional and a down to earth guy and I will be recommending him in the future!

We originally purchased our vehicle from Serra Subaru in Akron, and although We love their sales team, the service department is absolutely awful which is what brought us to Cascade Auto group for service on our Forester in the past year. You will be hard pressed to find a service department filled with honest, knowledgeable, thorough technicians and team members. Cascade Auto group seems to have found every single one of them out there and hired them on their team!

These men and women are amazing to deal with from your first phone call to your visit, beit for a major concern or a simple oil change. I can't express our gratitude for the level of service that is so rare in this industry these days. Kudos to management for hiring these fine folk and if I could give their service people 10 stars I absolutely would!
