We were helping our daughter find a reliable car, that she could afford. We found that at Don Sitts, after a terrible experience at a large dealer. The car was clean, serviced and priced right for the make, model and year. They were very helpful, and treated her kind for her first big purchase. Thank you, Dave and John. Bought a 2013 Chevrolet Suburban from them in September, 2021. Was under the impression at purchase that it was an LS model and was told by another dealer that it was a Commercial Vehicle and thus worth significantly less money. Long story short, the vehicle is worth 30% less than what they sold it to me for. Lesson learned. Buyer beware. Be very careful when making a deal with this dealer.

I have been doing business with Don and his family since he opened in 1990. My wife and I have bought 10 cars from him over that time and have never been disappointed. Price was always fair and good quality. Don has also bought a few cars from me also and he paid a fair price as well. Will continue to do business. We just purchased a 350Z and love it!

Purchased a 2014 Jeep SRT from them back in January, put 500 miles on the vehicle and I was left having to do a full engine replacement. Had to argue and go back and forth with sales representatives, mechanics, and the manager to explain my frustration. The engine replacement cost upwards of 10k and they did very little to help. They swore that the vehicle was fine, but how could I run into this issue after 500 miles?

I had the vehicle shipped since I trusted them based off of their reviews and years in the business - may have been the best decision in the end because if I would have drove, I would have been left stranded on the road on my way to Nebraska from Ohio. BEWARE before buying a sports vehicle from them. They're quick to take money, but will do very little to help even after only putting 500 miles on a vehicle.

Always good to my husband and me. We've been buying and going there for over 10 years. Never will I go elsewhere.

Not pushy. They were firm on their sticker price due to "low margins" and "chip shortage". There was a surprise and discrepancy during the closing, but Don Sitts ate the cost due to the error. It was handled professionally and courteously. I'm happy they recognized the opportunity to earn my business (and hopefully your business) again!

Found a mercedes online and went to see it in person. drove in from youngstown. walked in and walked out. not one person was wearing a mask and i have copd. my wife notified the health dept.

Purchased vehicle 8/2019 and Jason was so very helpful. I have extreme back pain and had to leave the office and go sit in my car. Jason came out to my car, continued to explain all that's involved, he went in and out of the building to bring paperwork to me for approval, signing and making copies. I cannot say how much I appreciated how hard he worked to get the final I dotted and T crossed. I left Don Sitts that night with a new appreciation of car sales people thanks to Jason.

Test drove one of their cars I had my eye on. Car was very well detailed handled very good. I tried to get the price down with a little bit of success but, not all I wanted. Todd explained their reasoning and I was satisfied. They fixed me up with financing and an extended warranty. Thanks to Terry. Drove my new car home! My family has bought 2 cars from Don Sitts, and my extended family has bought countless cars for personal use and their company. Personally, I have had the privilege of dealing with Jeff Hardman. When I was looking for a used vehicle several years ago, Jeff showed me what they had on the lot. The inventory was great, but wasn't quite what I was looking for. Jeff took the time to search for the right vehicle, bringing in several, some of which didn't meet his and the "Don Sitts" quality expectation.

After getting the right one in, they had me test drive it, and the car is still with me today. Jeff was never pushy, and to this day keeps Don Sitts my choice when I will go to get another vehicle. I recently sent my dad to Jeff for his vehicle search, and Jeff gave him very honest and upfront advise with what he was looking for, which may or may not lead him to sign the dotted line with Don Sitts.

I think his advise was a perfect example of why I trust not only Jeff, but this dealership. When you think of a car salesman, I personally get a very grimy and dirty vibe. I immediately have red flags and distrust come to mind. The ONE place I trust that doesn't give me those negative feelings. Don Sitts. I have since moved from Cleveland to Columbus, but will absolutely make the trip back to Don Sitts when purchasing our next vehicles for my Wife and I. I have attached a picture from years ago of my sister and I with our vehicles from Don Sitts.

Buyer beware. Don Sitts in Cuyahoga falls is trying to sell a rollback with only ONE caliper working on the whole truck that wasn't told to us until AFTER our test drive. On top of that the salesman rudely laughed when we said theres alot wrong with the truck Including lights and suspension work when asked if it would be fixed before purchase and said "NOPE not gonna happen." We went there today with our 10k in hand to put down towards the truck.

Anyone interested in the rollback pictured -- take a mechanic with you and overlook the truck. Definitely a lemon and would hate for anyone to get stuck with a $30,000 work vehicle with not all info disclosed on it.

I have been going here for a long time. The sales Crew is great. They always have a great selection of cars. The owner is on site a lot or his son and they care about every customer. If there are any issues they hit you with a great service department. All the family vehicles get serviced there. No job too big or small and they communicate with you every step of the way. Awesome Dealership. Great service.

Typically, going to a used car dealer is stressful experience for me. Going to Don Sitt's is the opposite of stressful. The salesperson, Kevin, was very helpful in finding a vehicle that met my needs and price range. My wife and I were given plenty of time to test drive the cars and service issues were openly discussed. The vehicles are not the most aggressively priced but are fairly priced for the excellent condition they are in.

We picked a Toyota Highlander Hybrid with the warranty and couldn't be happier! We plan to service the car here and get our future cars here. I believe they stand behind there cars way more than the typical used car lot, in fact I've had better here than in many new car dealers. One last thing, this is the first auto dealership that I've had other customers come over to me to vouch for the integrity and vehicles found here. Great job!

Don Sitts Auto Group takes the stress out of buying a pre-owned car. We all know what a headache and heartache it is when talking with a car salesman- are they telling me the truth, are they really looking out for my best interest, are they truly selling me a lemon. The team at Don Sitts is not your typical team- they want you to be happy- happy with your experience, happy with your car, and happy with the savings you receive.

They know if you aren't happy you won't be a return customer; like myself, my wife, my dad, my mom, my cousin, and my brother-in-law. We also take our cars to Don Sitts Auto for the service of our vehicles- the staff is incredible. I don't know the first thing about cars but they take the time to show me and tell me what we are looking at under the hood.

They are also kind enough to let us know what service can wait and what can't- they are fair and concerned about our safety as well. If there is 1 word to describe Don Sitts Auto Group, and this word isn't used much with car dealers, INTEGRITY. The entire team Sales, Financing, and Service all have integrity- and that makes me a customer for life.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I bought a pre-owned Aspen from them a year ago. They were so nice and helpful. No pressure. Good price. Good trade in. I had a question or two since then and needed some paperwork. They were very very helpful and nice. We drove almost an hour to them and they were worth it! We worked with Curt and Larry. I would ask for one of these guys. Even the paperwork lady was excellent!

I was looking around all of north-east Ohio for a certain work truck. When I found the one I eventually bought at Don Sitts, I had to believe there was some catch. It was clean, they had replaced the tires and, best of all, that sticker you always see on the window of used cars, the one that says "no warranty?" They GIVE you a warranty. It's not long, but long enough that if you have any major problems right away, you won't have to shell out a bunch of money to keep your "new" vehicle on the road.

The sales guy was great, very straight-forward, polite, if a bit un-educated about this particular truck. I offered somewhat less than the asking price and walked out after some haggling, expecting that I would never again hear from them. After all, the price was the lowest for this model and this mileage I had seen anywhere within a few hours' drive.

But wait! Their finance manager called me, twice, that same afternoon, then again two days later. They WORKED for my business. How refreshing is that? My only reason for not rating five stars is that one rather minor sort of "used car salesman" trick was attempted, and foiled. Aside from that the experience was great. They have good products, they have good people, and they found a way to get me into that truck, at the price that I stated when I walked through the door. I would take anyone there and not worry that they would be disappointed.
