Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful experience with Garrett and Lambert Buick! He made the entire transition/purchase completely seamless and stress-free. Loving my 2022 GMC Terrain. I will be buying all cars from him in the future!

I drove from Detroit to Cuyahoga Falls to take delivery of my new Canyon. Both my salesman Trent and the finance guy Gabe made it a very easy and pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

It was definitely worth our drive to Lambert GMC! To say we had some unexpected things happen to our family while in the process of buying/picking up our Yukon would be a gross understatement(no fault of the dealership) but to keep it short and sweet, Garret was amazing to work with! Communication is key when you are shopping from a distance and he kept us up to date every step of the way. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase we've ever experienced. even after traveling several hours alone with two toddlers and a teenager!

Our salesperson Will Spencer was Great. Will took the time to explore our trade options. We were very undecided what we were going to do. We got a price on one car and my wife told me she like anther car and trim group better. We spoke with Will and said it was not exactly what she wanted. She preferred the other color and trim group. Will was able to make it happen. We have dealt with Lambert Buick many times. Will has always treated us Great. Thank you

I absolutely love my new Buick Enclave from Lambert Buick! I was able to find the features I was looking for at a great price! The whole team from Lambert Buick took care of us through the entire car buying process! They were there to help and answer questions without being pushy. They worked with us through the financing. They had a tech to show us all the new features and options. Jesse prearranged our information so the final signing went even faster.

I have bought several cars from Lambert Buick/GMC and I will keep coming back. The entire company makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in. The salesman that helped me, John Sdono, does a great job showing me what I want to see and answering all my questions. Also the service department is great at getting me in and out for routine maintenance.

With all the problems with shipping due to Covid, they have been great at keeping informed on parts availability and then getting us in do any repairs or maintenance. This is the best dealership around.

I don't usually give full star reviews, but to this day Lambert Buick GMC has been a good selection since I bought my car back in 2020. Back then, they happened to have an older car in good condition that I liked, and at a decent price. That purchase, to this day, has proven to be worth it. I also appreciate that they never once forced me to buy anything, and even after I got the car, they only ever contacted me for recalls, going so far as to make sure the recall got completed within a reasonable timeframe.

I will definitely consider going back here next time I need a new car. I'd also like to thank Will Spencer for guiding me through the process, as well as keeping in touch with me every now and then regarding any questions I've had regarding the car I purchased. Thanks again!

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Lambert Buick GMC in January 2022, when the market for vehicles was not so great. Will Spencer, the salesperson I worked with was helpful in getting me a great deal on a great car, and was conscious of the time constraints I had when purchasing. Will also helped me out with getting a second key for the vehicle and had a nick in the windshield filled all for free.

Overall I had a great experience working with Will and Lambert Buick GMC and would highly recommend coming to check out their inventory in person if you see something that catches your eye.

Just bought a new SUV from them. I must say it was a simple process. They gave me a price and that is what they had to have, nothing more. It was clean, easy, and they were all honest, reliable, and trustworthy. My sales person was "Will" and you will not find anyone more professional and honest as he is. I was in and out in a couple hours, not an all day event like most dealers.

I have no regrets and am happy to recommend them to anyone buying a vehicle. Thank you Will and the entire staff. I do have one negative issue. I have not been contacted by any member of the staff to see how I like the SUV, or even to say "thank you for choosing Lambert Buick". Once I drove off the lot, that was it, nothing. Found that a little rude and unappreciated.
