I just recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Jeffs and I was working with Mackenzie, and she was AMAZING! She was very detailed with everything and such a sweet and friendly girl! The whole experience at the dealership was soo worth it, from the sale to the finance to having great customer service. We will absolutely be returning customers of Jeffs!

Great selection and variety. Sales staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I found the vehicle I wanted and really feel like I got a good deal. They helped with financing and made it a quick painless process. My salesman continues to reach out to me making sure everything is good and checking if I need anything. I will definitely buy here again.

Mike, and Brent are a fantastic team! Mike fully described the car, no bad surprises, but a couple real good ones. It was a 20 minute phone call, 10 minutes of paperwork, and I was driving home! Brent saved me $75 /mo AFTER I purchased warranty, and gap insurance, which is less than what my credit union of 25 years was offering. Will be referring them to anyone I know. Both were very honest, and a pleasure to do business with.

As everyone knows by now, buying a car during this time is extremely difficult. I was looking for a particular car which unfortunately wasn't available in my state. Jeff's was my first experience buying a car out of state. I will say, the people over there (Howard and Mackenzie) made me feel right at home. They put my mind as ease and answered every question I had about buying a car out of state (I had a lot of questions).
Their customer service was great and lead to a seamless transaction. Thanks again for all the help with my first purchase out of state guys. Also shout out to Matt King for the transportation services.

Just had a very bizarre experience at this dealership. no negotiating here whatsoever. went in fully intending to purchase a tesla. would not let us test drive until we agreed upon a number. salesman presented the first offer and it wasn't acceptable to us, so he left us for 45 min to come back with the same exact numbers! told us he has to price the cars comparable with ones all over the country, including california.
I just got back from orange county and california this is not. i've owned 7 mercedes, a range rover and an audi and I have never had an experience at a dealership like this before.

I have know about the integrity of Jeff's Motorcars for several years. I have also sent several people to this dealership to make their purchase of a vehicle. After several months of vehicle shopping, Pete Arnold made it fun to not only make a purchase, but he also made it a great experience. He was very personable and made sure we were happy. If you are in the market for a vehicle, give Jeff's the opportunity.

I have worked with a lot of owners and salesmen, but it's been a long time since I worked with a salesmen that worked with you, as if he was shopping for a family member. Flew from Chicago to do the car purchase. The prior conversion was really smooth, the price negotiation even the discussion on the trade in went well. Christina worked on the documentation for me and it was really easy to work with her. Oh, and she picked me up from the hotel. Howard were very nice too, being able help me finish absolutely everything extremely quickly. Picked me up at the hotel at 9 and I'm all good to go at 10 with test drive, walk around, documentation and payment done. That's rather efficient. Great pleasure to work with them.
