John was fantastic to work with from the very start. The most important thing he did was listen. He heard what I wanted, figured out exactly what options and style was right for me, and didn't try to sell me into something else. Even though the perfect vehicle wasn't on the lot that day, he found one that was on the way soon. While we waited for delivery day, he set up financing expectations, and made sure it was clear what we needed to bring and be prepared for so that it was an easy and seamless transaction when it arrived.
After all documents were signed and keys were in hand, he did not let us leave without making sure we knew every single option and benefit of what our vehicle and Volvo had to offer. The hardest part that day was figuring out what to name our new XC40!

I purchased a used vehicle from here. People at McGarth are very nice and welcoming. David and Franz helped me the entire process. They are very transparent and easy to negotiate. I want to especially thank Franz as he made the entire process fast. Also, he shipped some items on the car that I forgot to take when I leave the dealership. Very happy. I will bring my car there again for maintenance and other services. Highly recommended.

My husband and I came in recently for a vehicle and aside from being very happy with the purchase we appreciated the amazing customer service. Dylan was very kind and accommodating in the whole process. It made the difference between searching for another car at a different dealership due to some logistic restraints we had. So we definitely appreciated the effort. The finance team was very effective as well. We were on a time crunch and they ensured we were done on time. Excellent work!

I recently purchased my first Volvo and it was a great experience especially because I had the pleasure of being helped by Dylan. This is the only dealership in my car shopping journey that was not pushy! Dylan was honest and went above and beyond to help me take home my first Volvo. From the sales manager to the finance manager, they were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Dylan and McGrath Volvo!

I had an appointment with Dylan to test drive a couple cars I had liked from viewing their inventory online. He pulled up my top choice right away and was able to share a lot of knowledge about the car and the features it had. Overall a great salesperson! Not pushy, and instead made sure to listen to any concerns or questions we may have, and made us feel very comfortable with the whole experience.
After the test drive there was one area of concern with the car that Dylan worked very quickly with his service team to get to the bottom of and resolve. From there we went to Ali in financing who was great and gave us all our options in terms of extended warranty- a great salesman as well! 2 days after buying the car I realized that there was a broken part on one of my side mirrors, and reached out to Dylan immediately.
He replied very promptly although it was a Sunday afternoon and said he would get back to me Monday. 7minutes after their opening hours, I had a response from him that unfortunately the sales manager had let him know they could not do anything. Note that this is the one area of improvement for this dealership (and the reason for my 4/5 rating)- the communication between their sales and service teams.
Unless there is something that stands out immediately, the sales team will be "blind" to any minor imperfections on the cars and it is up to the customer to catch these. As I was test driving in the rain and the issue with my car was minor I did not catch it right away, neither did Dylan. At the end of the day, between Dylan, Ali and their GM they were able to cover half the cost of the cosmetic damage on my car (which they normally don't do), and I'll be covering the other half.
Not the best scenario but a way better one than being stuck with an imperfection that would bother me every time I got into the car. A learning experience for me as well, but hopefully one that can help other buyers. Thanks for your great help Dylan and Ali!

Purchasing a car and getting our car serviced at McGrath Volvo has been a breath of fresh air. The service department is knowledgeable and not trying to push all the extra stuff on you but telling you exactly what needs to be done to keep your car running in tip too shape. Love working with Anna. She is always pleasant and will assist you the best she can. Always a great experience.

Working with Alex has been great. This is the only dealership in all my car shopping, that is not pushy. I believe the car itself and customer care should be enough for anyone to buy what they need, and Alex did it that way. He spent enough time explaining what we get, rather than asking when are you buying. Happy to be deal when McGrath and Alex once again. Great service.

Overall a great experience working with their team. We purchased our Volvo here as a Certified pre-owned car. A few weeks later I noticed a small bump when pressing the brakes and recognized the rotors may need resurfaced. I brought the car in and although initially was told the rotor service was not covered on the warranty, their team recognized this was newly purchased and should be covered. They quickly stepped in to cover the service free of charge. Stuff happens with cars and I believe they did all they could to ensure it was a positive buying experience.
