Wayne lopez and ronnie are frauds and liars. they bully you into getting a vehicle with prestige financial. A PREDATORY FINANCING COMPANY. a company that no other PROFESSIONAL car dealerships know of. hell even carmax didn't know of them. Then they lied and said we had a free warranty but instead of paying thousands more for it. told the car was 27,000 all of sudden prestige tells me know the loan was for 30,000.

I call liberty auto asking for my receipt (that they conveniently didn't give me when i got the vehicle claiming they didn't do that anymore) and ask why is prestige claiming a different number, they didn't have an answer and hung up on me. DO NOT GO TO THEM. go to right way auto or kunes in antioch.

This place is a rip you off! don't get me wrong they can get you approve but your interest will be high and monthly payments also regardless of credit, they will find the worst deal so that you have to put a lot down to put in there pockets Mike the finance guy is rude unprofessional he is never in the offices when you need him I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here I will say that dan the sales guy was honest with us he's probably the best they have.

Awful experience. Requested the "ePrice", next day still nothing. Received an email from one of the internet sales guys (Nestor) asking if I received the quote. Told him no so he sends an email with the quote.the quote says "call for price". I respond that I thought the 'e' in ePrice meant electronic and asked for the price again. No reply. Four emails later asking for the price still no reply.

Finally give in and call Nestor to ask for the price and get voicemail and he never calls back. They also have a number that you can send a text to to get info. Sent 2 texts never get a response. Five days later get an email from the internet sales manager (Steve) touting how they're a family owned business and their goal is to provide a positive buying experience.

I responded to Steve with my not so positive experience and of course don't get a response. A couple of days later I get an email from Nestor again asking if I had any questions regarding the eQuote that I received. Responded to Nestor that I never received the quote or response from him. Not expecting a response from him. And used car sales people wonder why they have such bad reputations!

I lease my Volkswagen Atlas 2021 from them. The sales person said that I have an oil change included in my lease. But to my surprise today the service guy told me that the sales person lied to me since only 2 oil change are included ( thanks to Volkswagen- not the dealer ). So it's a total waste of my time coming here. Since I am a woman they try to convince me that I need a tires rotation, oil change, filters change.

No I don't need all those things. So be really careful coming here- and know what you really need to be done. I also have 2 recalls for my car- I waited 1 hour for them to do only 1 of them, since they didn't have parts for the second one ( ). Totally waste of my time.

William helped me out today. I came in ready to level up and he showed me three different selections that would fit my lifestyle and my budget. He didn't hesitate to show me great hospitality while also giving me top notch options for a brand new 2022 Nissan Sentra! I am so glad that I came. Side note he sold my mom her car a year ago and she had only great things to say about him as well! Go check him out! The environment is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Thanks William!

Let's start with the good. Our salesman, Marco, was outstanding. Easy to get ahold of, helpful, kind, and courteous. If you have to so business with this dealership I would highly recommend Marco. Now for the bad. This is one of those dealerships that are dreaded. They are out to mislead, misquote, misrepresent, and take advantage of at every opportunity.

I believe a large brunt of this falls under the fault of their sales manager. We were literally forced to accept financing through them in order to be ALLOWED to purchase the car. Their rate was 2% over our own banks rate which we already had pre-approved. The sales manager said we had to do it because they get like "kohl's cash" when they create loans for their preferred lenders.

Also we had a guaranteed offer for our trade in of $8,400 from another dealer and they offered $4,200. They upped it to $5,000 but give me a break. Overall awful experience, besides Marco. Unless you HAVE to buy through them like we did (rare car that only they had), DON'T!

First time I have been here. In for an oil change. Service staff and others were very friendly and professional. Shown to the waiting area offered water and coffee. Area was comfortable. Service took a little over a hour. Needed a new cabin filter. Car was washed.

Jeremiah and Eddie are amazing! They got me into the vehicle of my dreams at the payments I needed which no other dealer around was able to accomplish for me. I got more than what I asked for my trade which blew my mind as I had purchased my previous vehicle just a year ago from a Kunes dealer and those dealerships are so awful to deal with that I traded my vehicle just so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore and was willing to lose money just to be done with them!

This by far was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle and this is I felt like a friend not a customer with the way I was treated! Jeremiah is very warm, delightful, funny, charismatic man who made the car buying process painless and actually enjoyable and Eddie is a very warm, personable man who is a wizard at working a deal! Thank you so much Liberty Auto from the bottom of my heart for working your magic and making my life way less stressful and me and my son so happy when we needed it the most as my son was diagnosed with a fatal heart disease a week ago so again thank you!

I was very skeptical when I learned that Liberty Auto Plaza may be able to assist me in my search for a used car. I have had some issues in the past, and I am currently in the process of rebuilding my credit. When I came into the dealership on Wednesday, I was immediately approached by William, who turned out to be one the sweetest people I have ever met.

He held my hand through the entire process and answered any questions I had. And then there was Robert. The big dog. The man with the plan who made all my dreams come true! He worked a deal so sweet for me that I was blown away! I came in the dealership looking for something older that I could afford, and I left with a BRAND NEW 2020, with an amazing interest rate and monthly payments that I could afford. Even though this dealership is an hour away from my home, I will continue to give them my business because these guys are the truth!

Recently I had bought a used Hummer that wasn't bought from here I bought it was purchased from a private owner. The vehicle turned out to be a lemon. I had my truck towed here to libertyville service center an had them give me an estimate. Let's just say they are on a higher end of the term pricey. But we'll worth they are very upfront an no bs when it comes to what's going on with your vehicle.

They take time to show you first hand if you prefer an then they walk you through what needs to be done immediately done an non immediate leaving you in control of what you get done. Works well done and well priced for. You get what you pay for as the saying goes but you can't put a price on trustworthiness.
