I was looking into purchasing a vehicle with this place. Saw the car online for 21 grand. Clean title one owner with 44k miles on it. Sounds like a good deal. I made a appointment with the dealership online and got approved to go ahead and purchase the vehicle because I was going to finance the car. I test drove the car it was beautiful I was so excited to purchase this vehicle.

I notice that the back light was broken and had duck tape on it. That's one red flag. Then there was major scratches on the vehicle. Another red flag. And there was no spare tire with the car. Another red flag. Talked to the guy (Ruth) who said he would be able to fix all of that for no charge. Awesome sounds good right? I went into the Financial office to talk about number.

The guy proceeded to tell us that the car was "branded" which we didn't understand what that meant. Then he proceeded to tell us that it's a salvage title. So we wasted our time driving down there and having the wrong impression on this vehicle because they were lying on their website. Absolutely unprofessional. I would recommend going to a real car dealership that knows how to properly label cars online correctly.

Carvana offered my 11500 on my trade. vroom offered 12000 and i ended up trading it in at woodfield lexus for 10,900. this dealership offered my 6000 dollars and the lexus they were selling was so beat on and had so many obvious problems i was surprised it was on their lot in that condition. i dont think they were trying to rip me off they just had no idea my vehicle was worth more. it is now on sale at woodfield lexus for 16,995 dollars

Ok people. Here is my one year review. I purchased a Jaguar XFR 2010 from this dealer and honestly. I could nitpick and be a little crybaby about it but the truth is that I am Very Very happy with my Jaguar. My sales person was great. I got a good deal compared to the local and states markets. Car runs fantastic and I always get compliments. There was one surround sound speaker that was blown but I was a Man and found the speaker on eBay for $32 dollars and replaced it following online instructions.

I have no bad things to say and remember you are not buying a New Car. If you want a New Spotless car then Spend 3 or 4 times the money. But otherwise I believe in being fair, and now after everything and almost paying it off. I get compliments from friends and family. I love my Jag and just took it for a spin. After a year I still love it and Jaguars are supposed to be unreliable but with 78k on the odometer it's strong and never let me down. Exotic made my dream of owning this car happen.

My experience with Exotic Motors was very frustrating. I had to go to the dealership several times because every time I went something was wrong or was not ready. I just took my car to the shop today because driving off the lot my car lit up like a Christmas tree on the dashboard. When I told my sales person about this issue he was like "it will go away eventually" and it never did.

They did not have my license plates ready in time and instead of sending them to me he said it would be best if I came and picked them up, (granted I live 2 hours away). When I got there he only put one license plate on my car. Then told me to purchase an $80 license plate mount for the front of the car after having driven 2 hours for the third time in a week to come down there.

I also had made appointments and my sales rep was always with multiple people and was never focused on just me. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 1 is because I feel like they were actually invested in helping me find the right car when it came down to it. Other then that my experience here was a 3/10.

Seems to be a pattern of very poor customer service. It should be very easy to make a customer happy, but they do not know how to do it. Asking 2, 3, 4 times for the same thing. Telling you to come in because the car is ready - but it isn't even ready that day. When the car is finally ready the list of items to fix has not been finished. 4 months and still waiting for that paint. They will say anything to sell a car.

GO SEE THE VEHICLE! I live in St. Louis and was contemplating having them to ship me a car that looked very good at a good price. I asked the salesperson to drive the vehicle to make sure that there were no noises, squealing, squeaking, etc. which to me, is a clear indication that something needs to be repaired. He told me that he drove it and there was nothing that needed to be repaired.

Still being a little skeptical, I made a trip to see the car. Upon closer inspection, there were a lot of little things that didn't add up. I immediately heard a noise when driving the car. My salesman told me "It's probably the rear end struts. We can fix that". I had already been told that the car wasn't making any noise so I was concerned from that moment forward.

After closer inspection, it appeared that there had been unreported damage to EVERY SIDE of the car, including the roof. There was a rear door that was a different color than the rest of the vehicle and evidence of parts having been recently painted. The only redeeming factor was the salesperson, Ali. He was very nice, pleasant and charming. Although there was a bit of a wait when I got there, he was very apologetic and accommodating.

My advice again, if at all possible, go see the vehicle. I would've been highly upset if that vehicle would have arrived at my home. I thought that they would have paid more attention to details, especially if they are into selling higher end vehicles. DISCLAIMER: I fully understand that these are used vehicles and they will not be in perfect condition. For anyone who wants to know, I was referring to the 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid currently for sale.

Adam took good care of the cosmetic issues I called about after having my vehicle for a couple of weeks. The center emblems were missing and they order them for me free of charge. The paint was peeling on the rims which I was told the previous owner must've had them painted. Thankfully, Adam assured me he would have them repainted correctly and also told me I now have a lifetime warranty for the paint job on the rims.

After spending 5k plus to make sure everything was ok under the hood at Porsche or Orland Park. I was shockingly surprised when Exotic Motors did not charge me for repainting the rims or the Porsche emblems. Adam and Gustavo took good care of me.

My excellent experience started just 6 hours after purchasing my 370z. While out on my drive that evening, unbeknownst to me, I had a fractured front rim. During this drive the damaged rim decided to make itself known by ejecting itself. Not only destroying my fender on its way off but causing damage to suspension components. No problem, freshly purchased from a dealership with a warranty, easy fix.

I couldn't have been more wrong. After getting a tow to the nearest shop I attempted to contact the dealership and got zero follow up, great professionalism, guys. When I attempted to get the warranty to cover it they told me it was the dealerships obligation due to the timeline in which this event occurred and that the contract hadn't been finalized (excellent foreshadowing in this story).

So then I was stuck, obviously, I needed to get a repair done since I could not just drive the vehicle home. So, after spending thousands of dollars to repair this back to spec I was obviously not happy but just choked it up to a bunch of clowns trying to run a "business" and continued to just enjoy my car. Those events all transpired in December, 2019.

Fast forward to now. I'm enjoying my car, start hearing a few noises that need addressing and decide to take the car into the shop. I have the warranty I paid $2k for, right? Wrong. My mechanic calls me up saying after contacting the warranty company he was informed that Exotic Motors never sent payment to the warranty company. If this wasn't bad enough, the same company that my warranty is under is also the underwriter for my gap insurance.

So for the last 8 months, I have been driving without gap insurance. Clearly I have seen how helpful the dealership is on conflict resolution so thank god I didn't end up needing my gap. So now, as of 8/3/20 I have been informed of this issue and I began trying to contact the warranty company directly. They tell me I need to talk to the dealership. Now, here I am five days later still unable to get a resolution to this issue to my missing $2k warranty I paid for. I would recommend you stay as far as humanly possible from this entire establishment.

I had a good experience overall. The dealer had a car I was looking for, I had plenty of time without pressure to check the car out. Came out with a great price and a great car. That's all I really care about.

I was looking to sell and buy. They looked at my BMW and told me it was leaking oil. I was puzzled as I park in my garage and never seen one drop of a drop. I did remind them, if it looks wet under the hood it could be because it's raining outside! They wanted to low ball me and willing to give me 4K for my trade in. I went to the dealership that same day and they offered me 11K Needless to say I walked out of Exotic Motors and will never to return.

PLEASE take a mechanic with you! The vehicle I looked at was greased beyond grease! When asked about inspection prior to being on the lot, the salesman answered - reluctantly. The Equinox needed a solid $1500 of work and burning oil. With all of the noise coming from the thing, there's no way I'd feel safe with my kid driving it. Thank goodness I had my mechanics going over it before we got in it.

When we got back to the lot, our sales guy was gone. We found him inside but he knew conversation was pointless. No effort to make the sale on the lemon. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE EXOTICS!

I had previously given Exotic Motors a less than perfect rating because of several things should have been caught and repaired on the "prep" they charged me. I've had to repair many things that should have been caught. I have thought about this and concluded that, I love this car. It's a 2008 model with 29,000 miles now. This car was in storage a bunch and is like a two year old car.

The price I paid was very reasonable. I realize that had they repaired all the things I have, the price would have been Much higher. Now, I know the true condition of my car. Exotic reads these reviews and reached out to me for my previous review and wanted to make up for the $400 Prep charge that wasn't conducted well? I accepted their offer and will see if they will follow through. If not, I will know A

You need to be very careful with this dealership. I looked at a Mercedes-Benz S-Class a while back when I was shopping for an S-Class. The car that they had looked very nice, but upon looking at the vehicle history, it was abundantly clear that the mileage had been rolled back substantially. I'm not saying it was done by them, but the discrepancies were obvious.

There are a lot of negative reviews here and even more from their previous existence, they were shut down for a time for whatever reason. Based on some of the complaints of others regarding the mechanical problems that they have had with their cars, I think that there is a possibility that Exotic sells a lot of cars with bad vehicle histories and mileage rollbacks. The salesmen are also not very knowledgeable and not very polite either. You need to be careful.

Very important to do your research and cover yourself. The only somewhat honest person there was Rich in Finance. My sales person was a complete liar. He promised certain things without having any approval, and only at the very end did I realize he had absolutely no intention of following through with his promises. After I had already started signing the papers did we start discussing the issue, and when the sales rep came in he denied having promised to fix the window on the car. Luckily I had saved his text message where he promised to fix the window. I almost walked away from the deal until Rich negotiated with me and gave a credit to have the window fixed wherever I wanted.
