We just purchased a truck from Lomira last night and I must say it was one of the nicest dealers I have ever worked with. Josh Labelle was our salesman and took great care of us; he was honest, provided prompt responses, and very personable. The credit rep, Chris, as well was very knowledgeable, excellent to work with, and upfront with no surprises when you sat down to sign.
Both gentleman were very patient and thorough. They couldn't have made the process any easier for us. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future!

Great place to buy a car since they do a good job making sure things are PROPERLY fixed before a sale. NOT a good place to work since 2 people in the service department are trouble causers And draw a fine line at workplace harassment. Sad that certain people have to be like that! AND OTHER TECHS COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM TOO!

I would like to share my experience with this dealer I visited per the other raving reviews that were written. The 1 star review encompasses more than what is explained below in its entirety. When first contacting them about a vehicle I was interested, the sales associate was very prompt in responding and letting me know it was in the shop before making the trek.
I really appreciate the time they took in getting my visit set up. I visited Lomira Auto on my day off from 45 minutes where I live to check out a 2013 Ford Escape SEL with few miles and some excellent features. As we are looking over the vehicle, turns out some of features they advertised online were not included as false advertisement. Including a backup camera (not included anymore) and navigation system which has the capabilities but the consumer would need to buy an SD card to actually use the GPS feature which could cost up to $200 or more.
As I pointed out these features the sales consultant argumentatively said those features were on a different vehicle. I said it was this vehicle because that was what advertised online and why the reason I came down because I was interested in this particular one. I also explained that I could pay them in cash based on the budget I was able to afford which was 80-86% of asking price. Hoping they could negotiate a bit and give a discount since I'm doing a cash payment up front instead of using financing. Financing came up multiple times when I explained I didn't want monthly payments or to pay interest.
Since the vehicle was missing some key features, the asking price still wasn't negotiable to them even a little? I pre-research on the features and value of similar cars before going, and I gave my opinion about the price point but this did not matter in working out a good deal with this business. Sorry it didn't work out. I wish them the best.

Lomira Auto is a first rate company. They were very accommodating and transparent with me even though my out-of-state transaction didn't work out. In an industry full of shady people, these people are an exception. John was an amazing salesperson and is a pleasure doing business with. Purchase with confidence.

Had them do all new breaks this past Spring, and a couple weeks ago I found out they only did 3 of the breaks when I paid for all 4. They lied to me about issues with my car when the breaks started becoming faulty, and lied that they didn't have any loaner vehicles to give me while I waited for them to fix it. Except when they backed me into a corner telling me I needed to leave my vehicle there with them and miraculously a loaner happened to be available, but fixing their original wrong doing would cost me $580.
I later had a bad feeling in my gut, I called them and told them not to do anything to my car, I'd pick it up in the morning and take it elsewhere. I got there to pick up my car, the window was down and it REEKED of smoke. For someone who doesn't smoke, I was livid. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My loan contract included my registration to be renewed. Instead of renewing the registration, Chris sent me a check for "overpayment". I was given the next years' sticker, put it on, and was on my way. I received word that my registration was expired.contacted Lomita Auto, and was told that I was sent a check for the registration. They even recognized that they sent me a check for overpayment, but said that the overpayment was for the registration, which was in the contract to be paid, and would not fix the issue, nor would Rob, one of the owners. And that guy is a total gem. He kept placing blame on ME. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. If zero stars is available, this company deserves it.

Five Stars! Had a fantastic sales and customer service experience today with my purchase of a new SUV. Gabriel, Dennis, Chris in sales/Finance and Ken/William in service made everything go very smoothly. Also, this was the fastest car sale transaction that I've ever had in all my years. What ultimately made this dealer different than others is their willingness to offer a fair trade in price and commitment to provide a win-win situation. Everyone I worked with at Lomira auto was absolutely amazing! Special shout out to Gabe and Chris! It was a long 2 weeks after my previous car got totaled, but I was so happy to finally pick up my new car today. Chris worked hard to get me a deal with a bank and never gave up. Thank you guys for being so patient with me through the whole process. They were busy today, but continuously updated me on how much longer it would be and apologized for the wait. Lomira auto was the most pleasant dealership to work with.
They made sure everything was in tip-top shape before I drove my car home off the lot and had no issue immediately correcting any minor issues. I appreciate everything that was done for me to get me into a new car! I absolutely love it! If you're ever in need of a new car I could not recommend a better dealership and they're definitely worth the drive!

Our experience with Sam Beck the salesman was very professional and and honest. Unfortunately the good news stops there. Our test drive of about 10 miles did not reveal any negative issues with the truck so we went ahead with the purchase. When driving home after the sale we noticed a loud squeaking coming from the brakes and a vibration coming from the rear end at higher speed.
The next day we discovered a nail in one of the tires (dealer had already fixed one tire with a nail before purchase) and when we went to look for the jack kit we found that the handles for lowering the spare tire and lug wrench were missing. After another trip back to the dealership a used jack handle was provided. I made an appointment with the dealership to inspect the issues with the brakes and the vibration, letting the service department know that I could only leave the truck for one day.
They did balance the rear tires, which did not fix the vibration issue, and informed me that the brakes were within their safety specs but would continue to squeak because they are metallic brakes. The bottom line is, I spent over $24,000 on this truck and I should not have to spend repeated trips to the dealership after the purchase only to find out they will not fix the issues.

Honest & hard working staff helped us feel at ease about coming from Des Moines, IA to purchase a used car we had picked out. Very thorough in their effort to ensure that we weren't going to be disappointed upon arrival. The car is a great value & we love it so far.
