Brock, Tim/Tom (Forgot the Name lol), and Colin were absolutely amazing and some of the best group of guys I've ever met! Went beyond the limits/means to ensure I'd have an amazing vehicle that's not only newer, cleaner, faster, but also something that fits my personal likes of a vehicle. Without a doubt the best Auto Dealership I've been too and would not of wanted it any other way.

Highly recommend and highly respect these guys at Summit. They all deserve a raise and complete trust with how honest and kind they are. I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future.

I live in Ohio and have been searching for almost a year now for a Ram 2500. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate a truck that had the options we were looking for. We came across Summit Automotive after expanding our search radius. I was reluctant and a little nervous about possibly purchasing a vehicle out of state that I can't physically see or test drive.

I spoke to Gaby Ripley about a particular truck they had on the lot and watched the 360 degree video that was made. Gaby was always quick to respond to my calls/emails/text and made the process surprisingly easy. We moved forward with purchasing our new truck and it was recently delivered to me in Ohio. Everything about it was exactly as advertised!

The video they made definitely helped provide some peace at mind being we were able to see every part of this truck. No surprises when it was delivered. Great Staff! This was and out of State purchase for me. Summit picked me up from my hotel, and drove me to the dealership. Everyone was very friendly, and all of the paperwork was completed in about an hour. Vehicle once over was very informative. We drove from Nebraska to purchase a Ford f350 Super Duty pick up! From the time we reached out to Summit about the vehicle and all through the process, they were wonderful! Wow! Brock listened to our needs and was there every step of the way to make this sale a reality in an a very short amount of time! The whole office staff we met were all so kind, and never being there before, we were so impressed by this dealership. They may have been 8 1/2 hours away but we wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

I came to the dealership without an appointment, and inquired about getting an engine oil and filter change. They accommodated my request and asked if I wanted a tire rotation done as well. I accepted their offer and proceeded to the waiting room, After about 5 minutes they came into the waiting room with an incredibly dirty cabin air filter. They informed me that my tires were fine and didn't need rotation, but the cabin air filter should be replaced.

I agreed and in another 15 - 20 minutes, my vehicle was ready to go. I am extremely happy with the fast, friendly, and helpful service that I received from Summit Automotive!

I drove from Madison to Fond du lac to test drive a 2020 Ford Ranger XLT, after trying unsuccessfully to order a new truck from Dealers in the Madison area. I found the entire experience at Summit to be refreshing, to say the least. The staff were exceptional, respectful, and attentive to all details. I am very happy with my new vehicle and would recommend Summit Automotive to anyone looking for a straightforward deal!

I won't sugar coat it things were a little rough throughout our transaction. In the end I would go back because my salesperson Gaby is super fantastic at her job! Ryan the manager also tried to make things go more smooth through to the end of our transaction. I am not sure I will buy out of my State ever again but hopefully since this was my second truck 10 years later from WI in the same approximate area. I will have a great truck for many years to come!

First of all, I love my new jeep. Every one at Summit was wonderful and kind. They had all the closing items all ready to sign and do. They were efficient in every way.
