Traveling from Missouri to Door County. Had a noise in our 2009 Ford Escape. Stopped in Ripon at Homan Ford Dealer. When the Ford Service dept couldn't get us in, Steve on the Chrysler side stepped in. Had us diagnosed(water pump), fixed and back on vacation in 3 hours. Can't say enough about everyone there, especially Steve in parts and service

A little pricey but other then that very friendly and good work

Bought a used truck back in February and truck was not completely as advertised. Both front tires have a slow leak and truck didn't have a remote start as was stated in the overview on line. Sales team was professional and worked with us on pricing to fit our budget but didn't offer lowest price initially. All in all a decent car buying experience.

Bought a used vehicle in august/sept 2021.have had for 5 ish months now and I've never had so many problems with a vehicle before. Should not have this many problems with the amount of money I've paid.

I found an incoming vehicle on the website that didn't have many details or photos listed but when I called the dealership and explained that I was interested in this car, they prioritized the inspection and detail for me so I could view it that very same day. Ann kept me informed of updates and provided timely responses to my questions. She had a laid back and honest vibe that you typically don't experience with a car salesperson.

She didn't make us feel pressured to buy and allowed us space and time to make our decision. Once we decided to take the car it was a very fast process. I've purchased from Bergstrom, Kolosso and Holiday but Homan set the new standard for car buying. The process was quick and smooth. I was so relaxed during the entire process. Basically got told by this dealership that they were going to take my supplier discount keep it for them selves pretty dishonest. But salesman was very nice wasn't his fault was coming from upper management at dealership. Just needed to add they completely refuse supplier discount even in future supply and ordered trucks not sure why they said they tried to work with me completely refused supplier discount. Thankfully bergstrom gm in Oshkosh honors discounts and more on top and it's only a 20min drive.

Hope trying to take discounts that people are entitled to is worth losing costumer so you can earn your sales goals god forbid you have a bad year since everyone els is from COVID but you need your max profit.

I had my eye on a specific truck and when I found one a few hours away from my house I was nervous it would be a long and challenging process BUT it was the complete opposite. I worked with Tim as my salesman and we communicated via phone and text. He sent me all the photos and information I needed to feel comfortable in making the trip up. Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle - honest, quick and the truck was even better in person. When I need another car/truck I will always look at Homan first. Thanks fellas!
