I just purchased a car in September and I'm already coming out of pocket to replace the alternator. Within the same day of getting that replaced the car remained completely dead after I received a Diagnostics from them. I was told that once getting the alternator replaced the car should run completely fine. I called today and they're now telling me that "sometimes once the alternator gets replaced the battery goes out" and "the problem might've not been the alternator" but I'm confused because I paid for a diagnostics should've figured out the problem.
They're telling me I got a basic diagnostics when they should've checked the car completely because I just purchased it 3 months ago and it's already completely dying out of no where. The people in Easton Motors and creative finance are wonderful people but the workers in Good Year are completely RUDE and very disrespectful beyond words. I highly recommend not going to purchase a car from them.
