Would give "0" Starts if possible. Walked out of the dealership for the first time in my life. Looking for a trade value on a pickup. My engine light (RAM truck) turned on on the way to the dealership. The dealership would not give me a trade value because this was on. I was perplexed by this. If you take a RAM truck to a RAM service center, one would expect to receive a quote.
Trade in value less the repair costs= The Offer. Simple right? I guess not. I pressed for the repair cost. My sales rep had to leave the table and go talk to the service manager (who would not talk to me directly). I could hear his dis-approval of the question to which he responded "Ten Grand Then". I expressed my disapproval of this. The salesmen tried to explain to me how much the cost of the repair would vary and so on.
Apparently this mystery code was a BIG deal and could cost tens of thousands. Did I mention that one of the truck I was dealing on had a service light on during the test drive? But this was no big deal, "nothing to worry about". When I got up to leave, the salesman told me I "was not ready to make a decision yet". Hey-Thanks for the info, I guess I was confused with the pre-approval letter in my pocket.
If you like doing business with the man behind the curtain, this place is for you. As for me, I am headed up the road to Plymouth to see a different RAM dealer. 5 Corners team, if you read this I have never felt cheated and dis-respected like this at ANY dealership. Your "10 grand then" remark was insulting. I do thank you for the two test drives. Am sorry we could be transparent with each and work out a deal. Your follow up to this review is not necessary.

Poor service from our delivery day forward. Our salesmen was not around for our delivery date, all salesmen on showroom floor were arguing who was going to deliver this other man's deal. Very unprofessional. Having the car for 2 days long story short it needed a new transmission. After 2 months fighting with this place & the warranty company that I paid for their warranty, they finally got my car fixed. 3 months now that I've had the car, I'm still forking money into a car that shouldn't need anything done to it.
This place knew something was wrong with this car, by the salesmen telling my wife and I more then 5 times we need the warranty with this car. When I called on the 2nd day, their Sales manager asked me to bring the car back immediately instead of even using the warranty I paid for. This business is the worst place to get a car, if it wasn't for it being my dream car since I was a teen. I would have lawyered up with lemon law! Terrible!

Buying a truck through five corners is always a great experience. With a wonderful staff and management to a top service department. Five corners is a top run organization employing great people in all departments like James haas in sales right down to the office. Highly recommend making your next auto buying experience at five corners

Bar none the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with in over 30 years. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Went to look at a vehicle I inquired about online. Was told by one salesman it was a hardtop. After driving 45 minutes I hit the highway 60 exit to be told by another salesman it was a soft top (which was a huge dealbreaker). Arrived at the dealership and the salesman said he swore it was a hardtop and he even moved it. Came back in and said "they make the soft tops so good I couldn't even tell the difference" but it is a soft top. Took for test drive anyway. Came back and was asked what it would take to seal the deal today. Said "a miracle".
Then was told by the sales manager that my lease couldn't be bought out and he had to contact the lease holder " because I didn't know what I was talking about which is a total lie because I did this with another car which was the exact same vehicle from the same lease holder a few months earlier". Said Jeep doesn't operate that way. Says that's not how it's done and I basically didn't know what I was talking about.
Just because Jeep leases are horrible to terminate and get out of, other manufacturers actually do have decent leases that are easy to trade or sell right now without any problems. We were so irritated that before we even left I pulled up another dealerships info and phone number which was 150 miles away and put money down to reserve an incoming vehicle before we even left the parking lot of this joke of a dealership.
I'd think the least that could be done for the salesman completely wasting my time and having me drive an hour plus for a vehicle he didn't even know how to describe or look at is some sort of compensation such as a gas card or the 75 dollar gift card that was being offered for test driving a different Jeep product at the time I visited. So basically there are inept salespeople as well as a completely rude and inept sales manager who have zero business in the automobile industry whatsoever.

Great experience with 5 Corners last week! I use my truck for a living (Ram 3500) and was traveling in WI late afternoon when it broke down. Closest dealer was 5 Corners. I talked to the service department about parking directions for my truck and 40' trailer and arrived shortly after. Christian Bilgo, my Service Advisor got me set up quickly. They squeezed my truck in the next morning understanding my work situation, diagnosed it later in the day, and after waiting a day for parts fixed it immediately, getting me back on the road in three days. I couldn't have asked for better in this situation. Thanks to Christian and the team at 5 Corners for making this happen. - Ben Kuse President@ThirteenStar Logistics

From the 1st call to schedule service on my SUV to picking up my vehicle, I experience exceptional customer service. I called and talked with Dave to schedule an oil change and a recall on my SUV. Dave was very pleasant and helpful. He explained what needed to be done on the recall and how long they would need my vehicle. When I brought my vehicle in I worked with Matt. Matt was great to work with, he took the time to explain what they would be doing.
Once my vehicle was examined Matt called and told me what they found and what my options were. When I picked up my car Matt reviewed what they had done and even walked me out to my vehicle. I would highly recommend them for any service and repairs.
