Nightmare Service and incompetent Staff. What was supposed to be a 1 day job took 3 days and I had ro take PTO as a result.they didnt care. I purchased my SUV new there a few years ago and now regret it. I had alerted the service manager via email of this.and you guessed, no response. I also find it strange that I got no Survey or post service call that I normally get.sneaky Pete covering his tracks. I will be contacting Ford about this and hope Mary Ann Scaffidi is listening as this Heiser team has real service quality problems.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Suffice it to say we will never be going back there. I thought the first time was a fluke but the second time it's clearly a pattern. From not even looking at the car and telling us The brakes were fine and charging us for an oil change instead which we didn't need to providing the wrong service entirely to not communicating with us and having us have to call them repeatedly to find out if the car was ready to actually LOSING the keys when we came to pick it up - it ran the gamut of a very poor experience. There is so much more I could say. The car needs more work but we're taking it somewhere else. I have zero confidence.

Very nice faculty, clean and well organized. Friendly and helpful staff, but have gotten inconsistencies with assistance that have cause some confusion and issues. The management was very responsive to concerns, but staff not so. And they failed to follow thru with management's request to make up offer fully. I've been more than pleasant with my services, but just don't think my expectations can be met anymore.

Incredible service. One of the best automotive places I've been at. They told me 1 hour to get my car fixed it was fixed the 45 minutes. The service area was clean and had Wi-Fi and place to charge your phone and plug in your laptop. Cold soda, snacks, hot coffee and cold water. By far one of the best dealerships in South East Wisconsin
