Over a year ago, I had engine trouble with my Cruz, which I had not had that long. They told me they would have to put in a new engine. I found out it was a used engine. No one would give me the year of the engine or how many miles were on it when it was put in my car. I have been leaving messages for finance since March to extend the warranty on my car.
I finally got emails from Brandon back in September. His last email said he was going to get the info on my engine before we continued talks about extended warranty. I told him I would not decide on anything until I got that information. haven't hear back from him since Sept. Will not answer any emails. Left a message for CFO, did not get a response.
I am ready to contact a local TV station that assists consumers with problems. I think they want my warranty to run out soon so they can gouge my pocketbook with unneeded repairs.

As always I was treated with respect by friendly professional employees. My appointment was on time and the work on my car completed in a timely fashion. I have never had a bad experience and will continue to have my car serviced at Lake Auto Group. The name may have changed but the service has remained excellent.

Not a happy Camper. Purchased a van from them, after signing, found out they damaged the van, lost floor mats, overhead storage doors, scratches all over, chip in the windshield. They offered to replace the windshield in what we were to find out later was aftermarket glass, was very hard to clean. Streaky. They kept the van for 3 weeks after the fact and we had to pay 700.00 additional money for them to repaint areas.
After an accident in February, we found out it was indeed after market glass and had it replaced with real Mopar Glass. Talked to the service manager and he said he would see what he could do. After a week, said they could not reimburse us. Sent the bill higher up and still a no. There service policies start that they ONLY USE real Mopar parts and they would not stand with their policy or reimburse us for the sub-par glass. I would not recommend them after this and all that has happened.

We were more than pleased with our recent used car buying experience at Lake Ford Auto Group in Milwaukee! We were particularly happy with the 'no pressure' sales approach we experienced while visiting and learning about the types of vehicles we might be interested in. This was our first experience buying a used vehicle vs. leasing new and John and Anthony educated us to make us comfortable with our decision.
Once we made a decision, they made the purchase process very smooth and prepped the vehicle per our expectations. The dealership handled everything very professionally and we plan to service our vehicle there going forward. We would recommend them for your car buying needs!

Went here with the expectations of it being like every other dealership, and was pleased to see it was not! Joe was awesome and he was real. He treated me like family and as a all cash buyer I was expecting to be treated like that. It was hands down the greatest car buying experience! THANK YOU JOE AND LAKE FORD STAFF!

I took my C-Max into the service department to get at loud thumping sound looked at. This issue had been going on for a while, but was getting worse with time. When I dropped my car off the service tech quickly jumped the conclusion that I needed new tires. I was skeptical of this because I just had my tires looked at my a mechanic a few weeks prior who said they show signs of wear but still have some life in them.
It also didn't explain why the sound had been an issue for such a long period of time. I received a call about 30 minutes after I dropped off my car that my they looked things over and confirmed that the sound was the tires. They suggested I purchase a new set of tires for $850. I was extremely skeptical. They came to that conclusion so fast that there was no way they could have thoroughly looked over my car.
I left without purchasing the tires. Two weeks later I took my car to the dealership I bought it from, Avis Ford in Southfield, MI. The service department at Avis did a diagnosis and found that my struts needed replacement. They fixed the issue under warranty, and I left pleased with a quiet car. My experience at Braeger was inexcusable. I am still looking for a reliable ford dealership/service in the Milwaukee metro area.

Stay far away from Braeger if you plan to purchase a new car, or a used car. If you are planning to take your car into Braeger DO NOT! The service department is the worst one in Milwaukee. Look up their BBB report, and ignore the A plus rating. They have a large history of rushing through repairs and oil changes that turn out to be costly to the consumer.
I brought my car in here for an oil change and 21 point inspection and they missed one of the key parts of the inspection and less than 500 miles later I had a broken down car. (the serpentine belt was dry rotted) The VP of the company J**** E****s claimed that his staff missed nothing. (how would he know? He doesn't work in the shop, he even told me he isn't a mechanic!) Instead of trying to be a real man and correct a simple mistake, he offered to fix the part at regular cost and regular labor.
Not really a deal. When I told him I didn't think that was fair, he told me to take my business elsewhere. I continue to hold on to the broken dry rotted Serpentine Belt. He told DATC that he "highly doubts" that I have any damaged parts laying around. Mr. E****s is a crooked VP who should be let go from this once respectable dealership. I will never take either of my two cars back to Braeger. If this message prevents even one person from purchasing a car from this company it will be time WELL spent. Go ANYWHERE else but BRAEGER! You have been warned.
