I use O'Neill's Chevrolet & Buick INC many years. Buy two time cars and go to repair. I have no problems before. 06/09/2022 go for oil change I ask for car wash how much it cost. Service woman told it is free. After i look to my car it is more dirty then before wash. I show dust at the window. Woman told it is OK. I put my finger and show dust on finger.
Woman told we cannot do better we have bad carwash you can go other streets I do not understands how bad job it is normal Car wash not essential, but how i can trust to repair. If my car will be have accident. They also tell it is ok we just have bad job. I think manager should take a some improvement for better service.

Long time coming. Had a great experience buying a used car with Courtney from beginning to end. My family and I had gone to multiple dealerships that day and were so discouraged but Courtney and the entire sales team turned our day around for us. She listened to what we wanted and really made it happen. Very easy to work with and really went above and beyond our expectations. If you ever need a car, don't walk but run to see Courtney!

When I came in to do emissions inspection on my vhicle, there was a sign-in sheet so I signed in. Then, it says to page emissions but yet, there is a tech walking in to the waiting area that I thought was the emissions tech, but I wasn't a 100% sure if he was it. So, I asked him if I need to page emissions and he said I'm supposed to, yes. So, now I'm confused because he went over to the emissions sign-in sheet and grabbed the car waiting before I got there so he must be the emissions tech. So, ok I go over to the room where the service advisors are sitting and asked if I need to page emissions.
They said if he saw me, no need to do that so that was him from before. Sooo, a simple question turned into a complication. Why tell me that I need to page emissions if he himself saw me and knows I want my car inspected? Wasn't the most professional approach. He was a little friendlier in the end when he inspected the car but I was misled. This could've easily been a 5 star review vs 3.

Jose in service is thorough and transparent and gives you great detail and cost and allows you to decide what you want to do and what you don't want to do. Went there for wheel bearing and a noise in the front. Did the wheel bearing and belts and as soon as I left still heard a noise in the front. Brought it back they first said to grease my leaf springs it's coming from the back. Then they said it was all upper and lower ball joints on both sides and upper control arms. I thought it was strange so I waited and went to another dealer and was told no way do I need ball joints or upper control arms. It was a tie rod end. Cost me 300 to fix. Oniells. Told me around 2300 and that would not even of fixed the problem

I usually get great service, probably not going back. I had the ball joints replaced on my 2016 Silverado over a year ago. I brought it in for an oil change last month and the service advisor told me the ball joints were going bad. I said they have around 10,000 miles on them and his response was "rough roads" I wrote the president of O'neill's over a month ago and heard nothing.
They sent me a customer service satisfaction email, I responded and heard nothing again. They have responded when I sent a good review in the past. I read that Chevy rarely responds to customer complaints.

I had a pleasant experience. The gentleman was pleasant and educational with my car current and recommended future services. The lady at the cashier window was very friendly and I enjoyed her conversation. The car techs who worked on my car were did an excellent job. I will return to have my car serviced again.

The most amazing dealership I have ever worked with. I am out of state and my husband got really ill and was hospitalized for weeks. They went above and beyond to work with us even coming hours out of there way to drop the vehicle off to us. Words can't say how truly amazing this team is and what they do for their customers.
