Bayshore Ford Truck Sales

In this challenging market Bayshore Ford stood out compared the the numerous other dealerships I had contacted. They operated with integrity, transparency and thoughtfulness. I would recommend Bayshore Ford, my sales rep Matt Kiernan, and his manager John to anyone that has been turned off by the current state of purchasing a vehicle.

Terrible experience with my recent visit. Called in January and was told they couldn't get in until March 1st. Showed up on that date and it seemed like they had no record of our appt. They didn't even look at our car on that day, but didn't call to let us know.we had to call them to find out the status. Finally heard from them late the next day to confirm pricing for the issue.

Another day passed without hearing anything from the service dept. on progress. We called again the morning of the 4th day and were told the Explorer would be ready by noon. I took off work to pick up our Explorer and when I showed up, they couldn't even find the vehicle and questioned who we spoke to that told us it was ready. The staff seemed clueless about what was going on and when they finally located the vehicle they said it was just being finished (hours after what they told us that morning).

There was no accountability and it seemed like an office full of people standing around who didn't seem to know what was going on. It took three and a half days to replace a pre-diagnosed purge valve. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication and awareness of the jobs they had committed to complete.

I can't believe a place like bayshore ford new castle delaware would rip off my 81 year old grandmother and her 60 year old son (my uncle) they sold them a vehicle with a very bad engine and won't take it back my mommoms vehicle is ready to die and they both are out of 12,000 because these people have no honor. is there anyone out there who can help please.

I had an issue with my 4 whl drive. They squeezed me in and addressed my problem quickly and completely. Exceptional service experience. I have several Ford vehicles however I did not purchase this one from Bayshore simply because I did an end of year purchase and found the truck I wanted at another local dealership. When I approached the other dealership about servicing my problem they told me they were too busy and maybe I should try another Ford dealer. Bayshore told me they were very busy but if I could leave the truck they would squeeze me in as soon as possible. I was very surprised and pleased at how fast they squeezed me in and fixed my truck. Thank you Bayshore Ford!

Excellent service and attention to detail! Had an unidentified leak in the roof of my Transit, and the techs were amazing, trying to hunt this leak down and identify it. Brandon got me checked in and updated every step of the way. They did find it, but it wasn't something they could handle, so they advised me of several shops in the area who could handle the repair.

Excellent service, thorough review of my car, and an action plan to resolve. Treated me like a long-time customer even though this was my first visit. I'm going to let Bayshore handle my upgrades and improvements from here on out. Thanks guys!

I bought a 2020 Ford Ranger super crew from Bayshore at their Pennsville NJ location on January 2, 2021. I was treated very well by the personnel there, they were very courteous and handled our trade in and the new purchase promptly. And I got a great deal. I love my Ford Ranger, its my first pickup truck and I am thrilled with it and all the new technology in it.

Not only did Bayshore treat me politely and professionally at the sale, I have since had my Ranger periodic maintenance at their Quick Lanes in New Castle. They also are polite and usually I am in and out in a reasonable time and at a fair price. I am a customer of Bayshore for life!

Great Company! We purchased our very first truck from Bayshore. We purchased a 26ft box truck with lift gate. The process was smooth and easy. Justin is the absolute best. He was very professional, courteous, kind, and kept us in the loop during the entire process. I can go on and on. I highly recommend Bayshore to everyone looking for Commercial Vehicles. F350 4x4 chassis truck with a custom aluminum body. I have bought many trucks in the past and none were as good as Bayshore Ford. Jeff Gemmill was great to work with on a custom order. i will definitely be going back for my next one too.
