Worst experience. I ordered brake pads and rotors for my car. what I received was something completely different. after contacting support and sending pics, they told me that I have to place a new order and that they can only offer a refund when the item is returned. I sent the item back and I just an email saying that the refund was approved but it does not include the shipping cost and that I have to place a new order and pay for the shipping twice even though it was their mistake.

I accidentally got their web site instead of Rock Auto and ordered a starter. I got the part within a week but due to lack of mechanics in the area I had to wait 2-3 weeks to get it installed. I never thought about a short window to return the core. I had a hard time trying to figure out how to send it so I sent an email. They responded I was too late because I only had 30 days I took around 45 days.
They refused. I think charging $65. for a core should at least give you more than 30 days. I won't use them again. Rock Auto is quicker, cheaper most of the time and has much better customer service.

I ordered and received the wrong part my, fault. Customer service helped me figure out what I did wrong. They asked that I send them a photo of the part, pkg and packing slip then promptly refunded the purchase amount back to my credit card. I highly recommend Parts Geek and will be using them in the future.

I ordered a camshaft sensor for my 2000 jeep. They have you go through all information on vehicle so no mess up. They still sent me the wrong camshaft position sensor for my jeep. I installed it and went to plug it in and the plug was different. So I removed it and called. They basically said. I will never order from these people and I recommend you don't either. I'm out 53.00 on a camshaft sensor i can't use.

Do not buy from this scammers, I ordered online, made to call the customer care to process the same order, I took the risk of giving the agent my credit card information online got an order confirmation e-mail. Next e-mail wants me to send my Drivers License via e-mail to them before they process my Order, no data protection webpage

Terrible customer service and product quality and misleading website listings. They had a part listed as OEM on their site and when I installed it I found its build quality to be terrible. They approved a return, then changed their minds telling me I installed it wrong (it was a mirror with wires hanging out of it and there was nothing to install incorrectly).
When I later called them they said I misunderstood the listing as "replacement OEM" and acknowledged this is misleading and confusing but refused to honor my return. The associate referred to the part as a "cheap Chinese part" and that of course it's not high quality. They also said that, had I requested a return sooner, they would have honored the return request. I am now out nearly $250 on a useless part. I have filed a BBB complaint and requested they assist with a refund.
