After calling several auto glass companies in the Portland-Vancouver-Longview area I chose Cascade Auto Glass in Orchards (Vancouver) WA. Not only was their pricing very competitive, but I was able to make an appointment sooner than others I called. My replaced windshield, including camera recalibration was done sooner than expected while enjoying free coffee and conversation with their helpful, friendly office person. Actually had a 10 star experience!

Very good and helpful customer service. They did all the work to have my insurance provider approve a windshield order from the dealer, ordered the windshield from the dealer, and scheduled a tech to come over and install the replacement. The tech was friendly, professional, and got the job down quicker than expected. All in all, a surprisingly great experience having my windshield replaced.
