Stillman Volvo

We worked with Scott Zabelski on the purchase of our Volvo. He made the whole experience easy and a positive pleasure. We never felt pressured or pushed into any decision we weren't completely comfortable with. We ended up finding exactly the right car for us and we couldn't be happier to be back in a Volvo again. We have purchased several vehicles from Stillman Volvo. We drive from Wilmington Delaware to their location near Kennett Square PA for service. We started when our local Volvo dealer did not measure up. Stillman came through and years later they still do our service. We have recommended them to several friends looking to purchase a Volvo and everyone has been happy with both their sales and especially their service. I'd give them extra stars if possible.

Keith Butler and the entire Volvo team couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with my first Volvo purchase. Working full-time with 3 kids and 30 min away has its challenges, but Keith and his team saw me through it. Appreciate their kindness, patience, and Swedish fish. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

All around a really good car buying experience. Kyle was wonderful and super fun to work with. John made the financing and paperwork process a breeze. Luxury treatment even though I bought one of the lowest price cars on the lot. Highly recommend these guys.

Stillman is helping me keep my 1997 850 GLT running as if it were new. They let me know if something needs to be fixed and I know they aren't just looking for something to do or to cheat me. They are the most honest Volvo repair and service group around. They have two service men who focus solely on older cars and know what they are doing. I take full advantage of the valet service. They kept me informed of my car's repair status and brought it back freshly washed and ready for another 25 years.

It's a different experience at the Stillman service department. One detail captures a lot: the waiting area for customers is a nicely furnished space in the showroom with snacks, coffee and tea--again in the showroom where customers come and go. When your car is done or if there is a question, the service advisor comes to you. You're not summoned to their desk. It is almost as if you are Stillman's guest, extraordinary for an auto dealership.

This Volvo dealership is awesome! The salesman Kyle Butler is the best car sale I have seen. Only takes me couple of minutes to offer me the best deal. Definitely recommend everyone who want to purchase a new car in this dealership with Kyle Butler.

My sales person, Austin Palmer, was so efficient and made the buying process as simple as possible. He was very knowledgeable and moved the process along well. I had a follow up service need that Austin was available to help me with info and got the service scheduled for me as well as a loaner while the car was serviced. The service team was quick and, of course, knowledgeable. Overall my entire experience has been tremendous. Highly recommend Stillman and specifically Austin!

Very pleased with the customer service experience at Stillman Volvo. We like that they don't play games going back and forth to the "manager" and they thoroughly appraised our current vehicle without holding back on telling us the trade in value before deciding which car we wanted. Our sales agent Kyle was knowledgeable and knows the vehicles very well. He listened to us and what we wanted and did not divert with other suggestions. We would definitely return to this Dealer to purchase a car again!
