I had a wonderful first time experience with Valenti VW and Stephen in the service department. I called a few hours before closing on a Friday on the off chance they could fit me in for a mount and balance. The phone was answered immediately and Stephen was quick to see if he could fit me in. I was on the road travelling and after calling 2 VW dealers (both companies failed to even pick up the phone and 1 w/no call back) and two tire companies, Valenti said they would get the job done.

They didn't hear my back story and were accommodating from get-go. I appreciated that I was given the name of my advisor and directed to come and see them directly. They fit me in, charged a reasonable price, had a clean facility & waiting area (w/cold water and hot coffee), followed a couple of specific instructions I left the techs, and performed the service quickly.

Not one smudge in my wagon after removing 8 tires. They/Stephen exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Valenti and may go out of my way to see them for my next service. Thank you!

There are no words to describe how pleased I am with Valenti Motors. I drove 25 miles out of my own town to Valenti Motors on a recommendation from a friend. I was given the red carpet treatment, the staff was knowledgeable, sincere, and welcoming. Mike Piccolino, Joe Mortimer, and Kevin Lubitski, were superb. Kind, friendly, and truly listened to my every concern. Joe went over the vehicle thoroughly with me and explained every detail about the vehicle. I will continue to return for service and will recommend them without hesitation.

This dealership is horrible. Mike the 'manager' is probably one of the most rudest, condescending, disrespectful people I've ever come across. I'm shocked he's even in sales. The sales reps are not much better. The worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. My advice is to go to another dealer. My husband and I called corporate to let them know of our experience with discrimination at this dealership. Buyers beware.

Valenti did an amazing job getting me into my brand new VW. This day in age you have move quick when the car/suv you are looking for becomes available. I told Joe (salesman) exactly what I was looking for he followed up with me as soon as he saw it hit their inventory listing, communication was excellent, he always returned my calls. Mike (sale manager) sat down with me and was very open about pricing and showing me the breakdown, then he gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. Matt (salesman) was their the day I picked up my new VW and went over the entire car with me, took the time time help walk me through multiple setting and answer all my questions.

When it was time to sit down with Kevin (financing), he made it very easy to undertand all my options. I had a very pleasant experience and will be recommending friends and family Valenti put them in their next VW.

If I can give this dealership more than 5 stars I would. Joe helped me get what I wanted and he went above and beyond explaining the features of the car. I did not feel pressured to buy but they were so accommodating that I was not going to pass up the opportunity. Everyone from my sales man Joe to the business managers were extremely nice. It was the best car shopping experience I ever had. Thank you!

MSRP is a SUGGESTED retail price for a vehicle. This is the only dealership I've been too. That doesn't work with the buyer to reduce the cost of a vehicle. Website says one price. When I showed up they did not HONNOR the online price. Claiming it was a cash only price. It didn't say online that it was cash only. In fact it said a few other stipulations that included first responders.

Regardless the price tag on the car is still a suggested price. The reason why the price tag is so high is to haggle with. This dealership doesn't haggle at all. The price on the sticker is what you get. Take it or leave it was the attitude I received. Ohh and the manager called me to briefly talk about my experience. I explained why I was upset. He said he'd call me back and never did. This is several months ago now. I'm assuming I won't get a call back at this point.

This is my 9th VW (2022 Tiguan) from the always family friendly and helpful sales staff at Valenti VW! They found me exactly what I was looking for which with the current shortage of vehicles had to be the most difficult task! Also have to mention that even though we are 30 miles away we return for the excellent service though the service department. The parts department is friendly and always helpful choosing the accessories for our vehicles.

I've only done business with their parts department a few times but Dave is super down to earth and personable guy! Best of all when shopping through the online VW parts and choosing Valenti in Watertown as the pick up, you end up always getting the best prices available on the web. Well worth the almost 40min drive for me!

From test drive to pick up, Valenti was GREAT! They gave me a great amount for the trade in on my '05 Beetle to put towards a certified '13 Beetle. AND I was able to take my new car home THAT DAY! Matt Longo was very knowledgeable and patient as I purchased my car!
