I recently purchased a 2017 RAM 1500 pickup at Richard Chevrolet. I was fortunate to work with Francine (Sales) and Kevin (Business Manager) who handled the paperwork. I had the pleasure of bringing in my Dodge Charger which I bought from here for service, I usually deal with Carrie and she is wonderful always goes above and beyond to make sure my concerns are taken care of and always gives me updates. The Business Manager went above and beyond to explain every detail - which was greatly appreciated. However, the sales person neglected to offer the glaze up front, and we weren't even aware this was an option until we were going over the additional warranties available. In addition we were not aware that the heated seat and steering wheel function were not available and would be installed at a later date.
We found this AFTER we signed all of the paperwork. We also were ready to take our vehicle and it was missing the floor mats. The sales person gave us temporary ones. He contacted my husband the next day saying the floor mats were available. My husband drove over 30 minutes to have the sales person 1. Rush to put floor mats in that clearly did not fit. 2.
There is now an issue with the bolts in the back of the vehicle. 3. The floor mats are not properly installed. 4. Tried to tell my husband the bolts were tightened when they were not. Now we have to make ANOTHER trip during our very busy work week to rectify the situation. The sales person was going out of town/or away from the work site and clearly was in too much of a rush to care and ensure the mats were the correct version and properly installed. Very disappointed.

We used Richard Chevrolet Collision Center to do some body repairs on our 2019 Ford Edge as they were an approved shop for our insurance company. We could not have been more satisfied with the service, quality of workmanship and timely communications throughout the entire process. Kyle was our service representative and did a great job coordinating repairs and keeping us informed. Would definitely recommend this business to others and would not hesitate to use them again wer the need to arise.

I have to say Pete the service writer has always gone out of his way to get me an appointment and make sure I had a ride if I needed to leave it for an extended amount of time, He always gets back to me quickly when I have a question or need to make an appointment.

I went into this dealership expecting to be treated how I've always been treated at any dealership, which is simply like just another number. I worked with Sean, and I must say, he completely changed my car buying experience. However instead of ever dealing with another dealership, I vow to only purchase vehicles, from Sean, at Richards Chevrolet.

If you are in the market for a Chevy, you need to just not even bother with the other dealerships in the state and just go here. Absolutely wonderful, professional, no nonsense. We had had several other terrible experiences at other dealerships and ended up here. My husband looked at the trucks, liked one, we went for a test drive, he wanted it, we started paperwork, put down a down payment, and came back the next day to pick it up. Francine was amazing, and it was how new car buying should be.

Good deal on the car itself, but I felt railroaded after the fact with all of the financing "upgrades." This is the first new car I got and I feel like there was a hard sell on things I could have got cheaper outside of my loan. I guess most dealers do this but it felt pretty slimy. I felt bad after getting home that I didn't research it more before signing and adding quite a bit to my loan.

My husband and I were beyond happy with the service at Richard Chevrolet. From walking in the door we were impressed with not only how organized our appointment was but how welcoming everyone was there. Bob Dreier was who we were working with and went above and beyond for us. When I picked up my H2 it was not only immaculate beyond expectations but Bob took about a half an hour more to explain every control in the vehicle.
We have bought a few cars there in the past and received nothing but exceptional customer service. The service department is just as exceptional, I brought my other car for repairs and received nothing but the highest of quality of repair service. I will go nowhere else.

Words cannot express how happy and blessed I feel to have met Bob Dreier and Dan Alkas. They are professional, to the point and most of all kind. The entire dealership is very nice and everyone there greeted me and my husband with a smile and a hello. We were given a tour and felt right at home from the start. It appears the manager of Richard Chevrolet has erroneous information. Customer was NOT told this was a wholesale vehicle when customer called. No "program" was explained, that is a blatant lie. Customer wasted 3 hours driving to and back from Richard Chevrolet because he was not given the correct information. Customer would not have bothered with this trip if he was given honest information about the car.
When arriving at Richard Chevrolet, customer was THEN TOLD that the car was in serious disrepair and needed at least $500 worth of work to even be road-worthy. IN ADDITION, this car is listed on several other sites (Facebook Marketplace, cars.com) and says NOTHING about wholesale, or "as is". Nowhere in the ads. Deception all around. I am writing this review to warn others and I encourage Richard Chevrolet to adopt honest advertising.

I bought a car last week from a different dealership and within a week, my car had gotten totaled. My first accident ever and I was totally devastated because I loved my car. I also, was really freaked out because my credit was not at all perfect. I bit the bullet and started searching for the exact Cadillac ATS 4T that I had just lost. I found it on Cargurus at Richard Chevy.
I called early in the morning and was pleasantly greeted and transfer over to a salesman named Bob. I explained to Bob all that I wanted, but also shared with him my concerns and credit challenges. He told me to come out and make sure I loved the car and we would take it from there. I arrived to the dealership and he had the car pulled out and waiting for me.
We went on a test-drive. He made me feel extremely comfortable and was not at all pushy nor did he make me at all feel inferior due to my challenged credit. He noted, that they had a finance manager named Dan who specialized in working with customers with not so perfect credit. After submitting my application, I was a bit antsy. Bob took on me an awesome tour of the entire dealership and really made me feel at home.
I was super comfortable as he introduced to me many of the different members of their team. Hey no crap, if you purchase a car from them, they have a customer's only rental car company onsite where you can rent a brand new car whenever you needed it! Anyways, all in all Dan came over to us several times just to let me know of the moves he was making on my application.
I loved that. After a short bit, Dan came to us and said "Congratulations, you are leaving with your new car." I was floored. This car was a year newer, but was priced less than the the one I just had. I say if you need a new or used car, Richard Chevy is the place to go. AMAZING AND AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH GETTING MY NEW EQUINOX! They were very prompt and I did everything over the phone basically to get me everything I wanted in my vehicle without having to go down there! and with NO hassle. This has been the best car buying experience I ever had experienced in my life. Dan Alkas (Finance Manager) and Jef Dunphy (Salesman) were unbelievably excellent on getting exactly what I needed! The lies you tell! There was a navy federal check to hold the truck. The check to purchase the truck was a CASHIERS CHECK.! And there was many time I expressed that I wasn't happy! For instance when they told me I could pick up the truck and when I went there they said I couldn't because it had an open recall. And when I said I am sick of this bull shit loud enough for other customers to hear it was all of a sudden ok for me to take the truck!
And I waited over a year so I could get the free oil changes and not worry if someone would mess with my truck. Still wouldn't recommend, Terry Chevrolet is good and Blasius is good! In and out the same day! I bought my sons car at Blasius it took a total of 2 hours! Not a month!

I have to say this is my favorite dealership ever. Why? Because they employ dedicated sincere sales and service people. I bought a car from Richards with Jeff Dunphy as my salesman. It was a quick sale. I was desperate financially. Jeff got me a cute car and I drove it home that day in the rain. The car stunk like an ashtray and I figured I've been taken one more time.
The next day the check engine light came on so I texted Jeff with a picture. He asked me if I could swing by.no!, I live an hour away. I knew I had been taken then. No, I was not! Jef arranged for a driver to pick up the car, take it to Richards, not only did the check engine light get looked at, he arranged for a full service to get rid of the smoke smell.
My car is now cute and a pleasure to drive with a no sign of cigarette smell. I was at the bottom and Jef Dunphy sold me a great car with payments I can afford. He certainly gave me everything I need right now to get back on my feet and enjoy the ride. Thank you Jeff, thank you service department and thank you Richards Chevrolet.

I was looking for a used car under 10k. Called them on Saturday AM to inquire about a car I saw on their website. traveled 40 minutes to them. Met with Jef Dunphy and he was great. No pressure salesmen. The finance person, Jack was very responsive and great customer service as well. I was in and out within 2.5 hours with my new car and they even delivered it to my house. We have purchased two new cars from this dealership (a Sonic and a Trax) and have been exceptionally pleased. The sales representative was extremely helpful and was able to get us into the cars we wanted at prices we could afford. All of the accessories we wanted were available and delivered with the cars. We've had no issues with either vehicle, but have been bringing them in for their regularly scheduled servicing.
All of the people we've dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable. The service area is clean and nicely set up for convenience. There's a comfortable waiting room, and all of the work we've requested has been performed properly and on time.

I bought a 2005 Subaru Outback from the used car department at Richard Chevrolet in April of 2015. Over the past year I've had to replace the ac compressor, the radiator, the drive shaft and several electrical relays, among other minor problems. I suppose this could just be my bad luck and I shouldn't complain -- except for the fact that Richard Chevrolet sold me a car with an open recall to repair corroded brake lines!
This can only be explained by Richard Chevrolet's used car department's negligence, indifference or sheer clueless stupidity. I was fortunately made aware of the condition by an independent mechanic during an oil change service after which I promptly had the problem corrected. I will most certainly never again do business with Richard Chevrolet. Richard Chevrolet allowed me a scant 30 day warranty on this vehicle which I'm sure they knew was not enough time to evaluate all problems.
For instance: AC is generally not in use in April! The rattle about which I complained was not due to the exhaust shield as was claimed. It was eventually discovered to be a faulty drive shaft!

Thee worst racist customer service ever I hate chesire never will get my car serviced here again SID they need to move you to a different location it's because of you I remained there because if you weren't there I would've just went to a different location.the so called service manager approached me very stern and was very rude to me the whole time he was driving my car very rude piece of shit I don't appreciate ppl like that and that so called service rep Lauren was rude as hell to me too I was thinkin I had something on my forehead or in my teeth to make her so stand offish but sadly there wasn't anything in my teeth or on my forehead.pathetic line of workers DISCLUDING SID thanks again man really appreciate what you did when your coworkers didnt.
