I will definitely be staying with Vertucci's for my family vehicles. Prompt service, reliable, and affordable pricing. They quoted me significantly lower than the dealership on a transmission flush, about 40% lower, and I brought our other car in recently with an urgent need for a new alternator and new brakes, which they ordered and installed on the same day!

A true Bosch repair shop. Joe and Rachel rock. I luv them both. Knowledgable, professional yet down to earth. Sometimes ill sit.hang out n chat when scheduling permits.other times i need to drop off and go. I have a classic 1987 Mercedes Benz 300SDL (Ms. Bailey's her name) that most cant work on anymore but Vertuccis can.i also have a 2005 S430 4Matic i service here, also i have a 2016 S550 they take care of. Customer service was exceptional. They were efficient, priced right, and made our multi service appointment run smoothly. Communication was great. We were very happy with the experience and will certainly be using them again in the future. Also, there is a grocery store nearby to kill time in if you don't want to wait in the waiting room.

Great shop, Joe and his team are great, . They always are honest and prices always beat dealer. Price is not only thing but they consistently are better priced and do better job diagnosing problems than dealer. Had an AC issue dealer was thinking compressor, Vertucci found a sensor issue and fixed it fast and inexpensive. Cool Air again!

I drove from MA to purchase a car from Vertucci Automotive and it was so worth the drive. Joe was super friendly and professional. It honestly felt like I was buying a car from a friend and not a dealer. I just wish I lived closer so I could get any repairs/maintenance done there too! If you're looking for an honest salesperson I highly suggest you stop here.

Ive been bringing all three of my cars to Joe for years, he's done a very good job on all of them! Great family business and everyone who works there including his wife are super nice! I purchased my last truck from him and he made sure he took care of every little thing I found wrong with it and he wasn't a jerk about it, now that's great customer service.

Spent $1500 to get a boost leak and an axle issue fixed. They "found" that my control arm and ball bearing needed replaced. Apparently never checked the axle like I told them. The day after, on the side of the road with a broken axle because they deemed it as "safe" and decided to fix the more expensive parts instead. Don't trust this place. They took advantage because I'm out of state and knew I was going to be gone in the next day, so I couldn't do anything about them not fixing a thing on my car. Not worth your time or money. Just have a monkey try and fix your car. It'll at least be cheaper.

Bought a vehicle from this guy.now dont get me wrong he is a nice guy.but! We bought a 99 suburban and yes it is older but it was bought under the guise of being his personal ride to pull his boat. It leaks diesel in 3 places, brakes were not fixed correctly, tire he put on that delayed pickup by a week blew out on the highway 3 days into it. Those were just the problems that were not safe. Did I bring it back.no! If ya want it done right do it yourself!

Ive been bringing my BMW for service here for many years now. Joe has always been honest and has helped me make decisions on my car that would have costs thousands at the BMW dealership. One time, my driver-side window stopped working, the BMW dealer really didn't offer much input. I brought it to Vertuccis and Joe found that it could be done for free by the manufacturer due to a manufacturer default that was recalled. Vertucci's saved me $1,500!

I had a spectacular experience with Vertucci Automotive this morning for my DMV transaction. The customer service is stellar. The staff went above and beyond which was GREATLY appreciated. The young man (I wish I knew his name) was thorough and pleasant. Rachel was awesome! I highly recommend using Vertucci for your DMV needs.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable and reasonably-priced shop to work on your BMW, this is the place! They diagnosed my 2008 328xi as having a bad crankcase timing sensor. I was given an estimate for replacing the sensor, and some additional repairs, that seemed reasonable to me (including 4 hours of labor) and I approved the work. Three hours later, Joe (the owner) called and explained that they had figured out a simpler way to do the repair, the charge would be about HALF of what he previously estimated and my car was ready to be picked up. I'll say that again.
They figured out a better and quicker way to do the work and they passed the savings on to me. You can't get any more honest and ethical than that! I'll never go anywhere else for repairs on my BMW. And the car runs better now than it has in months! Joe's a good guy and he definitely knows his German cars.

Went here to register my vehicle and they were super fast and helpful. They also told me any mechanical problems to call the service department. I called them about a week after I registered my car and they got me in the next day with my repair! Awesome place if you're looking to buy a car or get work done! Very reasonable, great work and awesome service. You guys are the best thank you!

I asked them to email me pictures of a car as there weren't any on their website. After taking fresh pictures that morning and putting them up for all to see, I wanted to make an appointment to go see the car. I was emailed by the Sales Manager Arnie Shloemann. I gave the sales manager Arnie a choice of 1:30 or 2pm, and he said 2 works for him.
At 1:26pm I got an email that the car was already sold by the owner? I sold cars for over 10 years. If I made an appointment with someone, I gave them the courtesy of waiting until that time where NO ONE else could see that car. Sad

Great prices, honest guys. Got a flat tire and they fixed me right up. While I waited, Joe(the owner) came out and talked to me, gave me some great tips. Super nice, trustworthy guys that truly care about their customers AND get the job done for the right price! Hard to find garages like this one. What more could you ask for?

As an Active-duty Soldier, moving from one military assignment to another can seem tedious as relocating to a new surrounding can be difficult. Like anyone in my situation, settling into a new environment was far from easy; however the friendly atmosphere at Vertucci Automotive made the quest for finding a qualified and knowledgeable while also remaining inexpensive automotive team, a no brainer.
Upon my first visit to Vertucci Auto, I sought a simple tire changeover as winter was soon to arrive to Connecticut. The friendly staff, including Joe Vertucci, welcomed me with friendly, family-like, graces and sought to meet my consumer request. While waiting a short time period for my automotive service to be performed, I was fortunate enough to speak with fellow customers who mentioned that they had been reliant of Vertucci Auto for all automotive quandaries in seeking a timely and inexpensive resolution for years.
Simply enough, the sheer gratitude given from customers becomes apparent as the honesty and unsurpassed veracity continues from Joe Vertucci and his expert automotive team. Over a year later, I have continued to rely on Vertucci Auto with questions and concerns regarding my 16-year-old pickup. Most recently I neglected to have my oil changed with Vertucci Auto; instead I had went to a large car dealer who was located within close proximity of work.
Upon completion of changing my oil, the service tech mentioned that I should have my radiator hose and clamps replaced, along with a radiator flush. Instead of agreeing to spend over $200.00 to have a larger dealer perform the service, I simply drove my vehicle to Vertucci Auto and requested that they perform the service. Without having to schedule an appointment, Joe Vertucci and his automotive team put my vehicle on a lift to thoroughly inspect the radiator "issue." To my surprise, the Joe was upfront and completely honest when he said that my radiator hose and clamps, along with the radiator fluid, look perfect and that it would be ridiculous to replace perfectly good parts. Pleased with not wasting money, I reflected having my oil changed earlier that day at a large auto dealer and realized that some companies are in business to simply make money instead of quality customer care.

Joe Vertucci is a very polite and accommodating owner. Although i was charged 112$ labor fee (in which i wasnt informed of prior to or over the phone) but hey, all things in life arent free right? their diagnostic of my car was right. The process did take quite awhile. but that's common in all shops, right guys? I was not aware they gave out loaner cars, if i knew this i would have been able to carry out my engagements i had that day. They were extremely busy that day which i understand because peoples cars have problems every day. Awaiting my final conclusion on my car a few other customers rushed in and were getting talked to while i was up at the counter, but oh well, what can i do? Im a good person, and we all get frustrated sometimes am i right? especially when after two weeks of purchasing my car i have to replace something very big on it. joe was nice enough to call and ask about a turbo from someone he knew in Mass. in which i appreciated. Joe honestly cares about customer satisfaction. First impressions are everything sometimes i suppose.
