Wow. I have bought a total of 5 cars from Northtown. Was going to buy my 6th vehicle from Northtown. That's when the problem began. The FEES! Let me list them so you can decide if you would like to buy a car from them. $75 for gas, $1000 market adjustment, $1400 Zurich Shield coating, and the best $75 for nitrogen! The air in the tires! Are you kidding me?
Full disclosure, they wiped most of the fees but wouldn't budge on the gas or Zurich coating. I don't want the Zurich coating and shouldn't be forced to get it. The car isn't even on the lot yet. Don't worry, no other Kia dealer in WNY is pulling this garbage. So they lost a lifetime customer over a stupid coating.

Matt C sold my husband and me a Chevrolet Trax and he was fantastic! We told him exactly what we were looking for and he hit the nail on the head. Then on delivery day he knew we wanted to get in and out so we could go boating lol and he did just that. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Matt and Northtown!

Looking for a new car? Ask for Rakib Ahmed at Northtown. He was top notch. We were just coming in to look around and a few hours later drove out in our new car! We did not feel pressured. He was very genuine and worked with us to make it a wonderful experience. The homemade chocolate chip cookies didn't hurt either!

I wrote a review 2 years ago about my experience with Range Rover service and a specific service writer. My review was addressed online as it was resolved. The fix was resolved, but not attitude of the service writer. My vehicle had several issues recently and it took several weeks to figure out. Again, I received attitude with same service writer.
When I ask to speak to an owner to discuss the service writer behavior, I received a call from a very arrogant man, Bill H.,w ho states he runs all of Northtown. But is not an owner. The same man I was told 2 years ago would contact me and never did. He seemed very unconcerned and tried minimalizing my complaint, as he states his writer is a good employee.
Well not to me and I am a customer of Northtown. I was told from Bill he needs a couple days to speak to writer. It is now 9 days later and no return call. His behavior in the customer service industry is no better than his service writer. When warranty is up, I will not spend another $75,000 with Northtown!

Have a lease for two years so far. 6 months ago had just a flat tire and the car doesn't come with a spare. Took Northtown over a week to replace the tire. After 4 days I called for an update and whomever took the call never notified anyone why the car was brought in. Took another 5 days to replace the tire and refused to supply a rental so I had no vehicle for 9 days.
Last week the clutch burnt out. Volkswagen Jetta with 20,000 miles. Was told it'll take a week till they can get to the repair and refused a rental with an attitude. Was treated like I was ignorant to request a vehicle till the repair was completed. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. I originally planned on buying my next vehicle from Northtown.
Obviously I'm never giving them my business ever again. Normally I'd keep treatment like this to myself but now that it seems to be their M.O. whenever I hear anyone discussing buying or leasing a vehicle I will go out of my way to save as many people I can from experiencing the worst customer service.

I am now editing my prior review. Manager Dave came through on his promises and I am now a very satisfied customer! I means a lot that he kept his word and delivered all that we were promised. It was a rocky start but after that was acknowledged and things were handled right, I would recommend this dealership. Thank you Northtown!

Nice enough dealership, good sales department, but dishonest service. I took my year-old car in to have the AC fixed and was told it was not covered by warranty because "a mouse ate a wire". Well, I looked at said wire very carefully, and there were no chew marks on it at all. What I did see was a partially melted housing, so clearly something had shorted out and broke the wire.
I pointed this out to the service manager but he refused to accept it, and I ended up shelling out several hundred dollars for the repair. Before I left, I told the service manager that I wouldn't ever be coming back, nor would I ever buy another Honda, to which he simply said "OK". When will these short sighted nincompoops understand the lifetime value of a customer? If you want a Honda, or service for your car, find another dealership!

What a great car shopping experience. We bought during the pandemic and upon entering the showroom, everyone was mindful of the recommended precautions. The selection of vehicles was outstanding and the buying process was done easily and quickly. Finalizing the finance paperwork was easy and the staff member stayed after hours with us to complete the paperwork and get it submitted. When it's time to buy another vehicle, we will definitely be coming back here.

I can't say enough good things about Northtown. Our salesman, Dan Rubino was a straight-shooter, courteous, and personable throughout the process. He knew we were working within a certain budget and helped us find a beautiful and reliable vehicle that we believe we'll be able to drive for many years. This is the first dealership that I've walked away from feeling good about the car buying experience.

Very nice people! Picked us up from our home and gave us a ride to the car dealership for free so we can shop for a car. They even personally delivered these very yummy chocolate chip cookies at the end of the month of our car purchase! Recommend buying a car at north town they're very patient and listen to your needs! They Don't force or push you to buy a car :
