Went to star auto body to get my windshield seal replaced, Jerry told me that to do the job, my windshield might crack I questioned him about why would it crack if replacing the seal doesn't involve removing the windshield Asked me how do I know that (as If customers shouldn't know how things on their car should be fixed or replaced) Told me to go somewhere else Very rude and dismissive Would not recommended if I had to

I've been using Star Auto Body for 20 years. Rob Sr. is the best and takes care of all issues. You just drop off the car and he handles the insurance end of it 100%. Every job has come out flawless! They even have a car rental next door which makes a rental vehicle, if your insurance covers it, a smooth transaction. Would not use anyone else for any of my cars.

These guys are the best! They have fixed multiple cars for me. Rob and his son Rob are the best in the biz. Rob jr can get into a rental at his new company ARA right next door! Don't hesitate to bring your car to these guys. They will do a great job in a timely fashion. Sometimes they have cool toys too. Go carts.

I first had car work done at Star Auto Body as a result of a fender bender. That was 7 years ago, and I am still a regular customer. Besides the body work, I also go there for regular car maintenance, or if something just "doesn't seem right" with my car. They are professional and won't try to sell you the Brooklyn Bridge. They also have a newly refurbished car rental area next door. And the Mt. Vernon West train station is walking distance away, for those who need to take Metro North. If you like honest mechanics, this is the place to go.
