Been a long Time customer until I need some wheel spacers which I ordered through fox tires and clearly overpaid. 350$ for wheel spacers smh all for them to tell me that they don't install them which I was promised that they do. Definitely don't recommend any one here

Great service. Great prices. Great tires and wheels. Home of the 12 minute total (yes, all 4) tire change! (Your experience may vary, my most recent visit took about 50 minutes for four tires and two tpms sensors in the door to out of the door on a busy Friday afternoon).

They had 2 younger men, 20s, put on my 4brand new tires, they were professional as was my initial intro at front desk with older service vet. Great experience

I came from Rochester and I'm glad that I did! I got there and was in and out in an hour! I will be using then more often! I'll travel for quality service and friendly people! Very clean, a place to sit, and you can see the work being performed. Thank you all for the quality service!

I will NOT be coming back. Last month I went in for a tire plug. told me had 2 get new tire. Also tired 2 get me 2 get 2 other tires. said they won't pass inspection next month. Said I'll wait till inspection. Just got inspection done. but had my husband drop off my car. Guess what. I didn't need not 1 new tire. I'm so upset that they took advantage of me just because I'm a female.

I had a Terrible Experience on Saturday 4/2/22 and Would give ZERO STARS if it was an option. I purchased 4 used tires, super overpriced, they did a rush job, and when leaving, I noticed the back rear tire was FLAT, they put on another one, but DID NOT BALANCE IT. All they wanted to do is Sell and I will NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER! I suggest you go to Community Tire on Seneca Street, much better all around.

If there was an option of negative stars I would have chose that, the first time I had my truck in they didn't balance the tires and it was shaking really bad. I took it back in and the rebalanced them but the air pressure was 7 pounds different between the front tires, they broke caps off of my Lugnuts, the valve stem caps were different, not all the same, And the torque on the tires was different on all of them, I will never go back there and you are warned

In and out in under an hour. Just my luck. The day before a road trip, I come out to a flat tire on my car. But no worries! I knew exactly where to go, Fox Tire! The staff was very attentive and matched my tire perfectly. They directed me to get two, to match, however I only got one and they matched the tred of the other three as best as possible. Great value, and great timing! They took care of me when I was in a pinch!

Fair prices and fast service! They really work with prices and are very knowledgeable when it comes to your car needs!

Both eric n jordan are piece's of shit that rob peoples money! Please Save yourself a ton if money and go somewhere that isnt here! All they know how to do is steal ur money n fuck u over! The guys working here dont know shit about cars all they know how to do is scam u into paying for pieces that arent even broken. Theres a tire place on Clinton where u can get new tires for 400 instead of used tired like i did wth these scumbag ppl for 400 for nothing cause they lasted 3 months wowwwww so long and after that eric wanted me to pay an extra 120$ for another 2 used tired soooo u wanted me to spend almost 550 in trash? this was my first time there n best believe its the last!

Go to walmart on Niagara falls blvd like i did yesterday after leaving this shitty ass place. you can get brand new tires for the same amount, they put them on for u n give a free wheel Alignment! Promise you its the best decision youll ever make!

Victor did an awesome job patching the flat tire on my Tesla Model 3. getting assistance from Tesla was a total disappointment, Thank you Fox tire!

I went there for a transmission problem and to have my taillights fixed. I believe I was overcharged for the transmission. The tail lights weren't fixed even though they told me they were. I had to return for a second visit to have tail lights actually repaired. And in the process of repairing the taillights they broke the reverse light cover and try to blame it on me.

I am very unhappy with the unprofessionalism. And now I have to wait a nother 1 to 2 days to have the tail lights replaced. So this will make my 3rd visit for one problem. Fox tire in my opinion seems very unprofessional to the point of being considered the ""shady mechanic" and price gouging. After the tail light is repaired I will never return there for any other auto mechanic problems or recommend them to anyone.

Went here for snow tires, and they were fast and efficient! Kinda pricy, but worth it for great tires.

Always the best. Before you spend a fortune on new tires, check these guys out. We very been customers for at least 25 years for a reason. Now my grown kids go there to get their tires. The tires are literally like brand new. I dare you to see a difference. Amazing prices and service! I hope they always stay open!

When your tire is Foxed up and you can't Foxing drive any further, and when you're like "oh for Fox's sake", it's time to go to Fox Tire. If you don't like this place, I don't give a Fox. It's actually the best value and most honest tire place around. and I would know. Because I never seem to tire of needing new tires.

I had a wonderful time getting my tires done at Fox recently (as wonderful as getting tires done can be) because they're very cheap and there were fair and they're fairly quick despite being very busy. While the owners are a little bit gruff and have some attitude issues, one of my good friends works here and I didn't even know he worked here.

So he took care of me and was a total sweetheart just as he always was on the soccer field - and for him especially, they definitely deserve their 5 star rating. So if you want someone to get it done, have Fox do you.

Possibly one of the most efficient car shops around. I have been there to buy tires and my experience was great. I was out of the shop within the hour with new tires, although I reached there an hour before they close. The only issue I have is, the reason why they received a 4 star and not a 5 star is, I had gone there to buy name brand used tires with the best possible tread quality and the guy at the front kind of duped me a little bit.

I was looking for the best tires possible. I had purchased 4 all season tires with the best tread quality they could give me. So what he did was, he kept mentioning how he will give me Goodyear tires. So once all the work was done, I noticed how the front two were Sentury tires. When I asked him about it, he told me how he hooked me up and how those were almost new.

My problem is, sentury tires cost around $45-$48 brand new, so why would I go there to buy used tires at $50 that are better than said sentury tires. If I had to buy such quality tires, I could have easily done so. My intention was to receive all 4 tires either Bridgestone or Goodyear, but I felt a little jipped after this.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always willing to work within your budget and provide efficient service. Not in the best location in town but worth it for what they provide.

I came here fustrated after two other local mechanics evaluated the noise coming from my engine, then saying, "every thing looks good." I knew it wasn't because the noise got louder and louder. Well, I later found out that neither of those shops had a person that specializes in transmissions and/or cooling systems. I came to Fox Tire purley based off their website and yelp reviews lol.

I dropped it off on Monday and spoke with Ed, who said from what I decribed was wrong, it was my compressor. Ed called me an hour later and quoted me a price for a brand new part, then said give him a min.he then said he found me a used compressor.my total repair bill ended up being so reaonable and affordable, that I could afford to pay for it lol.

I picked up my car by 5 pm and to my delight, the noise was gone, my car rode smoothly and I saved a whole bunch of money. I will be back for everything else including oil changes, tires, whatever because of the expertise of the mechanics, friendly customer service and reasonable prices. Thank you

I was looking for a difficult to fine rim. " Larry" was very rude and not at all helpful. I would never do business with them again.

Fox Tire is an establishment unlike any other I've been to, yet so Buffalo. The kind of Buffalo establishment that make me proud to be a Buffalonian. They are the Broadway Market (during busy season!) of tires with an enormous inventory, and fantastic deals. The shop even overlooks the Central Terminal, so that's pretty cool too. Last summer, I ran over a nail in gridlock in that construction project on the 990.

You know, the project that finally smoothed out a lot of the reasons for busted tires in the first place, how ironic. My tire had a slow leak, and it couldn't be plugged. I just kept filling it with air, as the dealer told me it would need a brand new tire, and the one opposite replaced too, while I was at it, to the tune of $500. On a leased car. NOPE, not happening.

After hemming and hawing and being ridiculous with my air compressor, I decided I needed to visit Fox. I came in on Black Friday, and the place was just as wild as a Walmart with cheap TVs. They were able to get me a used tire for $65! That's what I'm talking about. So I paid, and sat & waited to be called. Though I was told it would be 45 minutes, I knew that wouldn't be the case.

Once you pay, you must stay and wait. I don't know what happens if you don't but my guess is that it's along the lines of what happens if you act out of order toward the Soup Nazi. This isn't a laid back full service kinda place where they take your car and call you back later. This is a pay, get in, get out, and get on with life kinda place.

I think I ended up waiting about 2 hours, but damn it was worth it. Just bring something to entertain yourself with (hey, keep it clean!), and wait for your name or car to be called. With the money you save at Fox Tire, you'll have more than enough to buy one of those cheap TVs at Walmart!

Had a great experience as a Canadian customer. Worth the drive, the exchange etc. for superior, friendly, fast service. I was helped by Larry who was knowledgeable, offered me options and gave me a great deal. No complaints, even a reception area with food available, bathroom, and bay windows for work inspection.

I have recently moved to Buffalo from NM. My tires were in really bad shape, and a friend said there was no other place I should go to get quality tires that were affordable. Boy am I grateful for recommendations from locals who know. From the moment I walked in on a BUSY Saturday, I received excellent service. Beginning with the gentleman at the front desk going outside to check the size and condition of my tires and then patiently explaining my options.

I was told there were several customers in front of me, and that there would likely be over an hour wait. I settled in, but the team at Fox had 4 new tires on and wished me well in less than one hours time. I could not be more pleased with the service and efficiency of Fox. Thanks, guys! I will definately be back!

Had a blowout while traveling cross country and needed a tire FAST. Called other places and they said "bring it in tomorrow". No good. My car is a tough to find tire size, but Fox Tire had multiple options on site, including same brand and type as was on my car. Awesome pricing, FAST SERVICE! I'm back on the road again. Dunn Tire told me they would not fix my flat tire and that I had to buy four brand new tires because I have 4 wheel drive vehicle. Over $500. My tread is not nearly low enough to cause that, complete bull. Fox on the other hand charged me a whole $16 and had me in and out in less than a hour. Not my typical area of town but I see why people recommend them so highly. Friendly service! Great prices! Quick!

Great spot for used tires and quick service. We came here after getting turned away from Bens who sid they didn't have any used tires for us. We got here and they found 2 medium used tires for us for $45 each. We were in and out in under 45 mins. Now as far as inspections go however, ummmmm no. With the recent laws regarding tints and what not, they turned us away for tints on the lights, as I'm sure all inspectors will start doing eventually.

Brought my work vehicle for tires and other work and never had an issue. Got to talking with Eric and inquired about new summer tires. Needless to say he hooked me up on some fresh to death Pirelli's for the mustang to look like a pony in heat during the summer months. He also offered to store my winter tires and rims while I'm out enjoying the summer looking fly.

For a white guy. This tire shop does it all from what I can see which is great cuz I need an oil change in the up coming month. And will be back for that as it's as low as 24.99.
