I bought a car from these guys recently and the car I bought had so many problems and I only had it for 2 days! Do not buy from these guys they will take your money and won't help when u go back to them

After visiting the lot I found that the inventory was of decent quality but the saleswoman Christine Storfer was not particularly pleasant and left no room to consider negotiating on prices. A few weeks later I noticed a vehicle I was interested in was still available and doing a bit of research into blue book value found that it was a fair bit lower than the sticker price so I sent an email about it and mentioned that fact as well as my willingness to negotiate on the price due to my interest in the vehicle.

The response I received was venomous and unprofessional and slammed the door shut on any possibility of discussion about the price and any possibility of making a sale. I cannot recommend that anyone do business with this establishment due to the lack of professionalism and bad attitude when it comes to customer service. Thumbs down

I purchased a Honda Fit from Paul Herman on August 19, 2020. I am very pleased with the vehicle and the professionalism from Paul. He is very nice and not pushy at all. I recommend checking his place out. All the cars are very reasonably priced.

If you are looking for a better than average used car then this is the place to go, it's not your average place to just get something. You will find a nice selection of higher end as well as affordable cars at prices that are hard to walk away from.

Paul Herman personally sold me a LEMON. Takes advantage of college students. As soon as I bought the car and drove it for a week, it over heated and almost caught on fire! Since it was still within the 3 month lemon law, he reluctantly "fixed" the problem. I have had endless trips (13+) and tows to the repair shops around Buffalo who have repeatedly told me that I definitely got screwed on this one.

From my tires, to my alternator, to the transmission. lt officially died yesterday just after ONLY TWO YEARS. I've tried throughout the last year to contact Paul and he's shamelessly ducking me. Paul Herman, his rude Secretary and the rest of his crew will soon get what's coming to them!

Great place; after some research I found out they sold exotics for a long time. Mine is a coupe manual which I can tell he likes to stock for fun. Mostly they sell family imports sedans and vans. If your into manuals and he has one I can gurentee it's ridiculously clean! They also let me leave my truck there for a week when I picked up my new car. It was a great experience. They are deffinetly passionate about cars.

We've bought cars from Paul and recommended him to our friends. My son just bought a car from him this morning. Paul not only stands by his word - he once fixed a problem for us (at no cost) beyond the warranty period. I have utmost respect for Paul and Joanne.
