Khaled killed it for me! John and Chad were awesome too. These guys as a team got me the car I wanted for the price I could afford. Great showroom and facilities. Absolutely no pressure, they were there to help me, not sell me. Was there multiple times, they were patient with me, my wife and kids. Will never buy a car anywhere else. Thanks again Khaled!

The experience I had with this company is honestly sad. My husband and I bought a truck here about a month ago and it has been nothing but problems. They covered rust on the frame with paint, the truck needed new rotors the day after purchasing, and now less then 2 months after purchase it squeaks everywhere. They make it the most difficult and inconvenient thing for them to fix problems that should have been taken care of before the vehicle sold.

They will avoid your calls and keep you on hold for 30+ minutes. Also don't leave a review if you want them to fix problems with your car. After my husband left a review we were told by the manager that the owner sent the part back to fix our AC because of our review. I wish I read reviews before we bought from here, other people have had similar experiences. Would not recommend.

Dealership does not stand behind their vehicles. My sister in law purchased a vehicle that broke down on the way home from their facility. The company would not repair it unless she paid almost $5000 for a new transmission. The employees don't have a backbone and were running away from my family members when they realized they came back to discuss the situation. The owner is apparently the only person that can authorize a buyback and conveniently he is always in Florida. What a joke, stay away from this place.

The owner and the management of this business are extremely unprofessional and don't stand by the quality of vehicles sold. They avoid me every time I call and when go up there, they hide in the back. Within a month of buying the vehicle my brakes were bad, ball joints were bad and my air conditioner never worked. They also sprayed a rubber undercoating on the rusted frame to cover up a huge problem, that I had to grind off and take care of myself on this 35k vehicle.

They kept me there for three hours, did nothing to fix any of it and said they "diagnosed" what was wrong. They are full of empty promises. Would not recommend buying a vehicle here.

Company is unethical in its business practices the have provided documents that say clearly you cat state that it was a commercial vehicle. Used pressure tactics actually chased me down to prevent me from leaving and got in my car. Added fees over the stated price. Kept me there hours. Than the real problem occurred. The vehicle looks horrible on the passenger side. Looked dirty when I saw it hadn't been washed.

When I was leaving they pulled up on the drivers side so I wouldn't see. After I noticed the problem I called and they stalled me. All I wanted to do was return the vehicle. Salesman said they had no knowledge of the problem and they wouldn't take bsck. I tried to stop finding of the loan but there stall tactic worked and capital one navigator was used.

When I googled the company had a customer rating of 2.9 don't know how it's that high eventually the gm called said what the problem was and that they tried to buff out which means they lied saying they had no knowledge and tried to paint as a deceptive practice. Not trusting them at this point to fix correctly I have contacted capital one for assistance since there collateral is worth much less than what's owed at this time. Additionally autonavigator said I could put $1000 down and there markups required me to come out of pocket for $2000.

I'm disbled use my truck to try and make enough money to put food on the table I've already lost 4 days of work due to this. All I wanted to do was get something to keep working because my truck overheated and blew the motor now I'm wondering if there will be food at the end of the month. I'll keep the door locked next time just put down the window.

Mr Chip was amazing. As soon as i walked in I was greeted with a smile. I felt very comfortable. No pressure and the car buying process was easy and simple. Chip is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Cant wait to do business with these guys in the future.

I purchased a Silverado from this place. Drove from PA. I got there and the door trim was falling off the outside. They took it back to the body shop to "fix". But it fell off a few weeks later so I had to fix it myself. They repainted the rear fender to cover up rust that I didn't know about and no one said anything about not even in the cardiac they gave me.

They agreed to repaint and and said there painter doesn't do shotty work. There was over spray on the rims. The failed to properly tape off. Needless to say after repainting it the paint is bubbling again do to the shotty work of the painter and not properly prepping the metal. I contacted Chip who is good with everything and was told to talk to John Ried.

Well he won't answer any of my calls or return any of my calls. The whole under body was sprayed to cover rust and this now flaking off too. I have now contacted an attorney. I don't recommend this place if you buy here make sure you really look over the vehicle. I traded In perfectly good vehicle for this.

We drove down to Auto Showcase from PA for an F150. Chip was helpful from start to finish, his customer service is outstanding! They made the trade in process super easy. And the paperwork was a breeze. We would definitely purchase another vehicle there. Highly recommend, this was a great truck buying experience! Thank you again Chip!

Just would like to say that they did a good job getting me the car I wanted and love the car but there was some things they agreed to fix and one was the passenger taillight and how they decided to fix it was put glue on it. That's not how you fix cars. The light was still not flush with the trunk and ended up getting lose again soo I fixed it myself, took the glue off and properly clamped the taillight on the right way.

I was very disappointed with that. Everyone is nice and I love the car and happy I got it but I would not trust them working on the car if that's how they choose to fix things. I would get another car or truck from them but you just got to keep an eye out for certain things if your not handy with tools yourself. That's my only complaint but the customer service was cool.
