The vision that continues to drive the firm is the same as it was when the branding of the MileOne model was started in 1999 to build a client-focused, integrated network of automotive sales and service with the biggest range of manufacturer brands, easily accessible through convenient locations committed to allowing the client to control the sales and service relationship.

BMW of Fort Washington Dealership - Saddened and disgusted with the service and dishonesty. The service staff put my brand new 2022 m340 through their brushwash without my permission. Ryan Young (service manager) seemed to take accountability and offered to buff the car To correct the swirling. At first appearance the swirling is removed until you notice the buffer trails / holograms throughout the paint.
When confronted, they now claim they never took a buffer to the car. funny, as you can't remove paint swirling without and they melted my wiper blade with the buffer. High end dealership, I made the unfortunate assumption they offered high end service. Nobody is perfect, and it's one thing to make a mistake, we all make them. i would of been a customer for life if they corrected it, but then when they further damaged the car and flat out lied. really pathetic.

I was very underwhelmed by the experience at the dealership. My wife and I came to Heritage Hyundai excited to look at the Tucson. We left there very dissatisfied and decided maybe we should check Toyota instead. After looking, at the Toyota's, we are still going to be getting a Hyundai however we will not be getting it from this dealership regardless of distance (even though they are less than 2 miles from my our house).
The apathy of your staff, coldness, lack of interest and the sales rep forgetting our names really showed how little he cared/staff cared. When asking about testing cars, he was noncommittal at best. I get that there are a lot of people coming to buy cars and it's a seller's market but that's certainly not a way to get/retain customers.

Mr. Lonnie Overby is a superb sales agent! I called him to discuss the features I wanted in an X3 and he worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. His professionalism and experience made my shopping experience very easy. He is a great representative of the BMW of Silver Spring Auto Group. I highly recommend calling Mr. Overby for your automobile needs.

Truly can not complain about the team. I brought my wife's suburban in for unexpected service and had to get a rental. The team here went above and beyond to work us in to minimize the financial impact of having a rental for longer than needed. Four days later my wife is back in her suburban riding strong. Thanks MileOne Auto and thanks to the rest of the team at Hall Chevrolet.

My service advisor, Stephen Harvell at Hall Chevrolet did everything I could ask for with my truck, I had my engine light on and I came in with out an appointment, so I didn't expect to hear from him until the next day but he called before 12pm that day with my engine diagnostic. Also letting me no about my transmission fluid change that need to be done to insure the life of my transmission. I am very satisfied with my experiences at Hall Chevrolet.

Hi there my Gunther. We brought 2016 used Toyota Highlander from one mile one auto group on 4/3/21. We tested drove it everything seem fine.that unit on July 3rd we driving down highway the undercarriage bumper fall off there was 4 Bolts miss. We pull off the side in parking lot I cut it off so we can get home our 4 kids where with us that day. i call back up at mile one mile we took up there so they told us this Insurance claim so we call our insurance we took to them look at they won't fix because there existing damage to this suv mile one say that we hit something on highway we never hit anything because if we it won't be running.they call me yesterday trying tell our Insurance expired that's why they won't fix it that's lie our Insurance is good until November they are trying scam us The passenger side door has a dent and rust the tail light gets water in it it's cracked they sold us a beat up SUV.
The pictures show the existing damage that not from us. Our Insurance body shop says there's rust and corrosion or insurance was never canceled and it never expired we have the card I been fighting this for 3 months now. I filed claim with Better Business Bureau about this

A gypsy repair guy promised to fix my car and. "Make it look new". In reality, he made it worse! I went to Mile One to see if they could undo the damage. I said I didn't need it to be perfect, just make it look a little bit better because I couldn't afford a complete restore. Maybe what they did wasn't perfect, but what they did do was amazing!

This place is not responsive and I suspect that they are trying to make money off of insurance companies. They view the insurance company as the client, and not the car owner. First of all, my car was in this place for two weeks and NOT ONCE did they call me. I would ask "when should I hear about the status of xyz?" and they would say "Probably Friday".
Come Friday, radio silence. They broke some interior brackets, which is somewhat understandable, and told me that they would call me first thing on Monday. I call on Monday, only to find out that the person that was supposed to call me on Monday will be gone until Wednesday. It's been two weeks since my car was supposedly fixed and I'm still waiting for them to replace parts that they broke! Secondly, I brought my car in for the back passenger door to be replaced.
There was no damage to the trunk. However, they still took apart the trunk (removed the spoiler, broke the brackets holding my cargo net). Also, they removed the roof rack. Why? I wouldn't really care because the insurance company is paying for it, but it seems shady. I definitely would NOT recommend taking your car here if you are paying out of pocket.
Moral to the story, I just wanted my car to be repaired. They broke my cargo net brackets, which are not big or expensive parts, but it has been a HUGE hassle to have them order the replacement parts. This should have been easy for them to fix.

2010 750I full front bumper replacement, it took a week, but is that bad considering the wait for parts? Id say NO.picked up the car today, looks like a new car, and what I mean is not only is the bumper on, the wash, waxed, vacuumed, the car looks like its ready to sell.so far so good, I don't expect any issues, I HIGHLY Recommend!

I can't speak to quality of work yet bc after 40 days, I still haven't gotten my car back, but I can speak to their extremely poor and rude customer service. As I said, I sent my car to be repaired 40 days ago. I've been given at least 3 dates of completion, today being the latest. This time last week, I was told my car would be ready but they found something else that needed to be fixed; my windshield. It's taken them an entire week to fix my windshield, which is ridiculous since there are services that will fix a windshield in a day.
My car insurance will only cover 30 days for a rental car. As you can imagine, I can't go 10 days without a means of transportation. As I attempted to speak to someone at this shop, they kept talking over me, and when I asked if they could help with some of the extra charges I have to pay for a rental car since they took their sweet time fixing my car, they flat out refused and told me to go ahead and write a bad review.
So here's the bad review. For any service-based business to be this rude, inconsiderate, and lackadasical is beyond unthinkable. It's even worse considering what I was asking for wasn't very much. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else.

My car recently suffered some minor damage to the rear bumper, and based on the suggestion by my dealer in Silver Spring, I ended up using the MileOne Collision repair facility in Beltsville. Overall my experience was a positive one. Coming from Virginia, the location of the facility was less than ideal for me; however, the shop is located only three miles from the Beltsville metro station, making it somewhat accessible by public transportation, if not going with a rental car option, which I did not require.
The other downside of my repairs was that my car was in the shop over a week; however, given that it's a European sports car, I did not expect parts to be readily available. Neither of the above, however, reflected in any way in the quality of the work done on my car. During the repairs I received meaningful updates from Ron, my repair advisor at MileOne, clearly explaining each step of the process and what I should expect to happen next.
And when it came to working with the insurance company, ordering the parts, and fixing the car itself, everything seemed to work out as Ron had indicated to me. When I retrieved my car, given the minimal nature of the damage, I expected the car to be in the same condition that it was prior to the accident, and I was pleasantly surprised that the car felt and looked like new.
