I highly recommend this dealership. I live in Michigan and I was easily able to buy one of the new X5's from their lot without any hassles or haggles. The sales manager Ricky and salesman Tyler were extremely good to work with. I felt my far fetched dream could be turned into reality after I contacted this dealership after I finally found the car of my dreams.

Their charges and fees were very nominal unlike other dealerships and the quality of customer service was out of the ordinary. The entire car buying process was fully handled online which made the car buying process so much easier, the process was so easy and transparent. In the end it was totally worth the 9 hour journey each way. I would definitely continue to go to them for all of my future car needs.

Great experience working with Blake. He worked with me around my busy work and family schedule and did a lot of the heavy lifting in purchasing my dream vehicle. Made great recommendations when customizing it and got it ordered and delivered even faster than I had imagined! Best BMW dealership in MD hands down!

Great experience at BMW of Towson! The service department is amazing! Terrence and Preston are the gentlemen I usually have take care of my car. They make it so easy to have my car serviced. I know when I drop my car off that any concerns I have will be addressed. I would highly recommend BMW of Towson!

I wish I could give a higher rating however, I want to leave an honest review to initiate some improvement. This was my first time at this location and my first BMW. When arriving to the service department, I expected to be greeted by my service advisor. I had to find my service advisor. Overall, the service advisor was pleasant and provided all necessary information. When contacted by my service advisor to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that my vehicle was being washed. Needless to say, it was not washed. Overall, good experience.

I love this dealership. This is the third car I've purchased there (and my husband bought one a week after I did based in my experiences) the sales process was easy, great sales people and finance person as well. I ordered a car and they made sure I was kept up to date about delivery. What I also love about this dealership is the Service team. They make everything easy and painless. So it's simple-when it's time for a new car I want to stay with the same brand and the same dealership.

BMW of Towson is always my go to place when something is wrong with my car. This weekend I was getting two tires repaired along with a third on the rental. I will just say I was having really bad luck with the roads in Baltimore. I appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the staff. I'm very grateful for Derrick! He worked with my mother for years and also took me on as a client and I'm very grateful for his patience and customer service! Thank you for always taking care of me at your amazing service center. I'm happy I can count on your team!

Just had my first service completed today at BMW of Towson. My service advisor was Jonathan (Yoni) Baron. Absolutely a class act and extremely helpful and professional. He had a wonderful, warm and inviting personality and made you feel right at home. To put this into context it's a Saturday and unfortunately he was all by himself today handling the mad rush of customers.

At 3:30 a customer came in with a flat tire asking if it could be done today. They close at 4 pm and had a ton of cars come in and he told the customer he'd try his best to get him sorted. That's an outstanding adviser! Pleasure meeting you sir. Cheers

Friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful group of people. Blake took the time to get to know me and that make the car buying experience much more of a personal decision and not a "sale". I waited a long time to be able to call myself a BMW owner. It was well worth the wait. The car is such a smooth ride! I feel safe. And I know BMW of Towson is there for me now and in the future.

He has a great attitude and was easy and fun to work with, very knowledgeable and explained the buying process with ease. He gave us a fair price for our trade-in and wasn't pushy at all to sell the vehicle we were looking at which made for a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience here at BMW of Towson! I was a first time car buyer, and let me tell you JESSE was phenomenal! He answered all my questions, and answered all my calls. He was on top of everything. I'm from Atlanta, and he made sure the car didn't sell to anyone else. He suggested some great places to eat when I arrived. He also suggested a great place to go to when I arrived before the dealership opened.

If you want a great experience I definitely suggest asking for Jesse! Tanya was the finance manager, and she was super educated! Even though it was a cash deal she did what she was supposed to without being mad that she was doing work, and not getting paid! She was super nice. Terry the sales manager was pretty strict, but I don't blame him he was just doing his job; funny guy though we got along towards the end.

If you are looking for a great experience take my word for it ask for JESSE! He was super professional, and gained a friend in a different state. He is super easy to talk to! Trust me, and do yourself a favor and ask for Jesse!
